His brow arched slightly higher as the other man continued to speak. He'd never heard someone have opinions like his though he supposed there had to be people out there like that.

"Do you have anyone you like spending time with? Or are we talking straight loaner here? People you go see, or do things with, that you don't -have- to do. So people you work with don't count unless you see them after work because you want to."

How to get the little deer out of his shell. That was going to be a fun game.

"Sounds like you've been running into some really boring people then. Or just assholes, could be those too." Given how strange the other man was acting he could see why people would probably dismiss him outright. Sometimes the fun was in finding out how someone ticked though and the corrupt senshi seemed like a very interesting puzzle.

He liked puzzles.

"I bet you're insanely smart right? Smart enough most people dont want to deal with it?"

"Some people have to be the smartest one in the room or a lot of people don't like being around people smarter than them because it makes them feel stupid. Rather than wanting to learn from those around them." His parents had always told him try to find friends who were smarter because that would make you smarter. He never got why some people didn't agree with that. "Or they're insecure and it's intimidating. Doesn't mean anything's wrong with you though."

For all that he had his quirks the corrupt senshi seemed, at least to him, to be alright. It wasn't as if he was rude or anything.

Just not a people person.

"It's a little easier if you know how other people's brains work. But that's a hobby not everyone is into." He laughed, tempted again to reach out and flick one of the bells. The senshi's uniform was interesting and he wondered how anyone got anything down with him around.

The jingling and the cute face had to be terrible distractions.

"The fact that they dont follow predictable patters is what makes it fun." He laughed softly. "Bullshit too when you're trying to keep a relationship with anyone going but otherwise fun."

He tipped his head slightly before a thought occurred to him.

"I could give you the name of a few books to look into. Might help?"

Arachne kept his groan to himself at the small expressions that crossed Almandine's face. The guy was way to cute for his own good and it was a shame someone else had gotten to him first and messed up his starseed.

Not that something like that had ever stopped Arachne before.

"How do you," He waved a hand at Almandine indicating his uniform. "Corrupts communicate? Phones? Or did the Negaverse give you something else?" A phone would be easier to make a list on but he didn't know if they got them.

"How about I give you the name of a good book to look into and you can meet me back here in two weeks? That'll give you time to read."

And it would mean he could plan to spend the night chatting up the other man about psychology.

"And time to find out how you're supposed to communicate, deal?" He didnt really think his phone would with with a corrupt one but he couldn't find out if he didn't try.
