Cuileann curious as to what fun events they would have this time she began to wander about seeing all the different booths soon finding herself having a really good time just looking at everything. It was amazing! Everywhere she looked something was there to keep your interest. Noticing a game booth where no one seemed to be at, she walked over and saw the game was simple though required some skill. Shrugging to her self she figured why not? The prizes were cute either a familiar or some small trinkets.
Picking up the pink shaped plastic hearts she began to toss towards the box of chocolate shaped squares in the middle of the booth, the goal was to land one of your hearts in the box. Depending on where in the box your heart landed was the level of your prize.
So far she had tossed 4 with no luck, this was somewhat difficult then on her 5th toss it landed in the middle of the center box! She was escatic! The attendant motioned to the familiars and smiled, carefully she looked at them. She loved her familiars and wanted a new one to spoil. Suddenly one came over to her and looked up at her and her heart was taken. "I would love to have this one if I may" with that she took her new friend and walked off to find a sweet treat or some cold milk for her new friend.
Sighing to himself, Lokni began to wander the grounds of the Jubilee. This time of year was one he adored, the weather was cold but the hint of Spring was in the air and he was giddy at getting more data for his thesis. He kept his eyes on those around him, observing their reactions to the chill in the air and how different races handled it. Taking a small break, he stopped at a table and noticed some sweets. He happened to have a small sweet tooth, so he asked how to obtain one box and was giddy when he was handed it and waved away with a smile. He nodded and began to walk off but not before he sampled one of the chocolates.

Kayndie decided at the last minute to check out the Jubilee with her charge Dayanara but the little one could not contain her excitement and ran off to find her new friend Pyre, or that is what Kayndie thought she said. Sighing to herself, she sat down at the table to wait for her.
Karayas was full of energy, so much so as soon as she got to the Jubilee she ran so much she got sick, sitting on the ground underneath a tree she waited until she felt better before getting up to explore some more.
Iason was a little apprehensive about the Jubilee, he knew it was time for most couples to express their feelings and he felt left out. He did not have a SO in his life, all his time was spent on his studies so he could graduate and start his career. Wandering around with no real destination in mind he happened upon a booth that had a Nixie attendant who had some pretty trinkets displayed. He could not help himself he walked over and chose a plant to go with the one he won in the Winter Festival.

Excitement was all he felt, Kalek loved the idea of the festival type festivities hosted by the school. Although he did not fully understand the reason behind this one he knew there would be games and sweets so off he went being careful not to get overwhelmed and lost like last time. Randomly choosing a aisle of booths he came across the dart game! He loved that one even though last time he was not allowed to try maybe this year he could. Walking over, he picked up a small dart and the attendant nodded so he tossed it hitting a bright pink balloon near the middle. His prize was nothing, he got the one balloon with no prize. Shrugging he laughed before trying his luck at a different game.
Eberly was apprehensive about attending the jubilee, this time of year was about budding romance but he decided to go anyway. Inspecting the many booths and goodies there was to be had, he wandered over to a small booth that had a hammer game. All he had to do was whack the stuffed animal Vespercats and get a high score. He figured why not? The game started and sure enough he had a high score which allowed him his choice of a familiar. Spying one he always wanted he asked for that particular one and held out his hand speaking softly to it, it did not hesitate but came right to him. Off he went with a smile on his face to explore more of this festival.
Ostander was not feeling this jubilee as of yet, wings fluttering abit. There was a rather nasty chill in the air and his wings rustled against it, and he was getting grumpy so he decided to go back to his dorm and call it a night.
Dayanara had come to the jubilee with Kayndie but she was so excited she ran off hoping to find Pyre her friend from school, unable to find him she just wandered around when a pretty Vespercat suddenly appeared and rubbed it's head against her leg. Giggling she petted the soft fur and looked it in the eyes before realizing it wanted to go with her. "I am sure Kayndie won't mind I already have a few familiars but one more won't hurt a bit" with that she walked off to explore the jubilee some more with her new friend trailing behind her.
Coralynne was standing inside the Jubilee grounds amazed at all the hustle and bustle of those attending, everywhere she looked was all different races and genders enjoying themselves by either playing a game, choosing trinkets, playing with a familiar, or the best part eating sweets! Now that was something she knew about, wandering over she spied a small cart that had all kinds of sweets. She wanted to sample a few to see what they tasted like and if she could figure out the ingredients by taste alone which she was really good at. Stopping she politely asked for a cupcake and the taste was something she had never had before, she walked around taking small bites trying to place it and before she knew it, she ate it all.
Hella arrived at the hunter's jubilee she looked around at the various booths and decided to play a game of darts. She popped two of the balloons and won a box of chocolates, not a bad prize. She nodded her thanks to the Pink nixie running the booth, then wandered off to go find something else to do. She needed a break from her classes, so going to the jubilee seemed like a good plan. Her tail moved about behind her and her little wings fluttered not much use to them. Being awoken in October was a strange thing indeed, but it was a normal part of Hella's life now.
Arachnne looked down, shortly after she arrived at the jubilee she seemed to have gained a companion. A heart-adorned revenants attached itself to her leg and she smiled "Well hello there, perhaps you would like to come and live with me at the library??" She asked the charming creature. She then picked it up and continued to look around the festival to see what else there was to do there. It looked like a beautiful happy festival and Archnne couldn't help but wonder if she might meet someone special here that she could connect with, it would be really nice and rather romantic.
Azriel inched his way in to the jubilee he had hoped he could get something for a closes friend, so he decided to stay a while and look around. every game and every contest he entered however. left him empty handed, he found and decided to hang out a bit longer. maybe he could get something eventually. but despite not getting anything today he had lots of fun playing each game!. in the end he ended up getting a plush!
Morginn looked around him with a feeling of excitement, his antennae straight up and twitching around while his wings fluttered about. Technically he was here to be an adult, while all the kids ran around and did things. In reality he was a bit of a big kid himself, and loved a good festival.
Plus Alrai was here with him, helping him keep an eye on the kids. During Hunter's Jubilee. Morginn wasn't reading into it or anything, nothing like that! It was just nice to get to spend some time together with his landlord-turned-acquaintance-turned-friend-turned... Okay, he had a crush. But no reason to go making things weird. Just keep an eye on the kids and have a fun time!
He turned to look over at Alrai. "What should we do first? I mean, you know, to keep busy so it doesn't look like we're just lurking over the kids," he amended, hoping he had hid the eagerness in his eyes as he looked at all the games and food stalls.
Rowan sat a bit apart from the gaggle of people, looking at the noise and crowds with a sense of distaste. They hadn't attended the Jubilee last year, but this year they thought it would be good to at least try being more social. They were determined not to go it alone though, that would just be a nightmare. They'd invited one of their...friends along. Rowan still hesitated to use the term friend, even in their own mind. It just felt strange. Were they friends? It seemed like it, but Rowan wasn't really the best judge of the social interaction bar. Maybe they thought they were friends, but rather they were just being humored or something.
Rowan resolutely shut the thoughts out and drummed their feet on the ground, sitting on a bench and waiting.
Vincent looked at the crowds with a sense of excitement, though he stayed by the Academy doors. There was all sorts of stuff going on, some inside and some outside. He was really looking forward to exploring the festival, though he hadn't been able to convince Giselle to come out. He'd thought it would be a good time to show off some of her jewelry pieces, but she said there were so many giveaways and prizes that there probably wouldn't be that much interest.
A little disappointing. Vincent had made plans to meet up with Mielle (hence his position by the door, waiting for her), and it would have been nice to introduce them. Ah well, another time. As he stood there he noticed something...weird. The rocks by the garden bed framing the doorway. Did one of them have...eyes? Vincent walked over and checked it out. Huh! Weird. He picked up the rock and examined it closely, then shrugged and slipped it in his pocket. It must have been one of the younger freshlings. He'd see if maybe there was a craft table set up somewhere and find out if someone had lost it.
Hunter's Jubilee was a time of mixed feelings for Kyleigh. She loved the overall atmosphere of love and affection and of course the flowers. Oh, how she loved the flowers... But she didn't have anyone to spend it with. This year was no different, but she viewed the festivities with a different eye. She was glad their world could move on from what had happened. She still shuddered to think of it and tried to ignore the memories in her waking hours. She was here to focus on love, even if currently the only love she had was from her familiars. Speaking of, she felt something brush against her leg. Looking down, she smiled at the colorful Revenant. "Oh, how cute!" she cooed and bent down to stroke its fur.
Taegan was once again at a festival meant to celebrate love. He heaved a sigh. Maybe one day... He only came for a little while anyway. The tall Litch had just felt a need for a break from his studying. He was so close to graduating. So close to university. Just a little more work was all he needed. He huffed a sigh and took a cookie from one of the refreshment tables as he looked around. He studied the games and events available, wondering what the best place to begin would be. While he debated, a fluffy vespercat hopped up onto the table next to him and looked at him expectantly. "Cookie?" he asked and offered it to the feline. Who looked at him like he was insane. Right. No cookies for vespercats. She didn't seem too bothered by it though and rubbed her head on his arm, purring softly.
The first thing Bibiana did upon her arrival at the Hunter's Jubilee was find herself a bracelet to add to her already giant collection. She squealed when she found the perfect one and slid it on her wrist. She couldn't wait to show Ghester! Speaking of, she wondered where her boyfriend had gotten off to. She giggled at the thought. It was still strange to her that she had a boyfriend. But she wouldn't change a thing about her Ghester! He was funny and adorable and so sweet and kind and she just loved him so much!
So far, Lestari was not overly impressed. She still wasn't sure why she had decided to come out instead of staying home and working on her designs. She sighed. One hour. She would stay for one hour. Who knew, maybe something wonderful would happen. Maybe she'd meet her soul mate. Ha.

Aellys was just having a good time watching his son enjoy the games. He didn't have much of a love life, but he was glad that Bryony was in his life. The Litch wouldn't trade the little one for anything. Not a single thing. He smiled a little as Bryony played a game excitedly and laughed softly when the little boy jumped up and down. "What'd you win, kiddo?" he asked.
"Daddy, look! I got a pet rock!" Bryony beamed as he ran over to his father. "It's so cute. Look, it's got eyes and everything!" He completely missed the slightly creeped out look his dad gave the rock with eyes. "It might be obvious, but I think I'm gonna name it Blue," he stated before kissing the top of the rock's 'head.'
Tamandani was excited for the first time she would take three of her children to a festival. So far the girls and Cinnabar had gotten along fairly well. There were, of course, some bumps in the road, but the professor felt as though she had handled them well. Not to mention she now had the help of Ember. Thoughts of the other Nightmare never failed to make her smile and now was no exception. She wondered where her darling and their other child had gotten off to while Crux, Maylis, and Cinnabar played a game.
Crux still had reservations about the newest additions to their family, but Tamandani had assured her and Maylis that just because Cinnabar and Cinder had come from stones imbued by her it didn't mean she loved her adopted daughters any less. Maylis had taken her at her word and was even now letting Cinnabar choose what game they would play first.
Maylis was torn between her oldest friend and sister Crux, and their newest sibling Cinnabar. She was trying to make nice between all of them but Crux was still suspicious. Maylis wasn't sure how to fix that... But so far everything seemed to be going well. Cinnabar had just picked the game they would play first when a small flight of crocobees flew into their faces.
Cinnabar yelped at the crocobees and hid behind Crux, oblivious to the older freshlings suspicions about them and Cinder. Crux snorted and said Cinnabar was being a scaredy cat. They were just crocobees. Cinnabar watched as Crux and Maylis befriended two of them while the third hovered uncertainly in front of the mutant. They reached a hand out and smiled as the creature landed on her fingers.
Drayden chuckled softly as he watched Gryffyn play games. The little hybrid was having fun, and Drayden was glad of it. While he watched, a vespercat wound it's way between his legs. "Well, hello there, cutie," he said and bent to pick it up.
Gryffyn was pleased to show his father the cute little plant that he had won. "They called it a Love Fern!" he giggled quietly. "It's kind of cute, I wonder what it will grow into," he wondered. "Ohhh cute vespercat, dad!"
Zeta was unsure of when exactly it happened. But one moment she was alone at the festival and then next there was a jackalope resting on her lap. "When did you get there, little one?" she murmured. He kind of looked like he was wearing a suit. "Snazzy dresser," she smirked.
Once he'd laid eyes on it, Sid was unable to resist the multi-colored bracelet. Sadly, the table he'd found it at had only one. Maybe he'd be able to find another for his Corasett later. Matching bracelets might be cheesy, but that's just the kind of guy Sid was. He grinned to himself and was on the hunt.
Nemoi scuttled around the festival, keeping her ears perked as she scrounged around the grounds, looking for anything that might have been discarded or forgotten. The hope was that Nemoi would find a morsel of food, or perhaps a neat trinket to stash away and add to her collection. But so far, no luck ...
Willow had been skimming every little stand for something special she wanted to get more plants, but she wanted to also get something for clove. so she chooses to get a plant that her and clove to grow together! nothing better than growing up just like your plants. she smiled and chooses a rainbow potted plant as she brought it back to the school to eager to wait. she made her way to cloves room and knocked on the door before Promptly inviting her self in " he clove! lets take care of plants together!" she said with a cheesy grin on her face.
Zinnia wondered aimlessly but exsitedly threw the jubilee she wanted more plants to add to her's and ever's home, something she could grow in celebration of one year she smiled as she found a stand filled with plants. Willow was there too and had ran off with a plant. she sighed and giggled a bit at her daughter and then paid for willows plant then bought one for herself. she carefully cradled the pot as if it were a soul stone. she loved plants just as much as she loved her children,
Kalani wandered through the festival with wide eyes, trying to keep their tail close so it didn't get stepped on. There were so many people! If only this could have all been underwater it would have been perfect. Even with the special charm that kept him from drying out there was still a lot of walking needed to see everything.
And Kalani wanted to see everything. There were so many things all over the place, all kinds of bright colors and interesting sounds. Tons of candy was being given out, which Kalani had every intention of stocking up on at some point in the day. Chocolate was one of the delights that made walking around on dry ground worth it!
He noticed a group of people hanging around a particular table and wiggled closer to find out what was going on. The table was filled with weird balls of all kinds of colors. What in Above...? An adult saw him struggling to get a closer peek and smiled.
"Here you go. If you shake it it's supposed to predict if you'll find someone special," they said, handing Kalani a ball.
"Thanks," Kalani replied, though they wrinkled their nose a little in puzzlement. Someone special? Did they need that? They gave the ball a vigorous shake and watched it, but nothing happened. Huh, must be broken. But it was pretty and Nanners would probably like to play with it, so he tucked it under his arm and moved on.
