Uzumati let out a breath of surprise. His back tensed and the man had to swallow the immediate growl which tried to escape. It was strange to feel someone actually touching him. He hadn't been touched by another earthling in forever save for the occasional touch of his uncle who taught him more about earthling brawling.
Still, the man did find his body relaxing a bit more as she began to rub more. It did feel rather...nice? Flushing quietly at the thought Uzumati made his body still so that he wouldn't move while she did things. Though an occasional shiver did run down his spine at the strange sensation of touch.

“You must definitely need to bathe more.” Ziel commented as she moved on from his shoulder to his back. “Don’t you like being clean? I can tell you, you will feel extra nice after this!” Plus he would smell great so that was always a nice bonus from soap. Once she finished off with his back she made her way back to his front and then extended him the soap.
“You’ll have to do the rest of you.” She gave a nervous laugh. “I think this is the part that my mom tells me I am being way too weird for the regular folk.”

Uzumati did growl at that suggestion. Bathing, him? Maybe once a month if they were lucky. The male pursed his lips in protest as she continued to clean his body. Then again if it always felt this relaxing...it was tempting. But to do it himself? Wouldn't that be a chore? Honestly, was it even normal for someone to clean another like this? Just the thought of doing such a thing with his uncle threw a red flag. He would most definitely rather bathe himself in that case.
"Hm?" Uzumati frowned before slowly nodding. That much he could do. After all the lectures his uncle told him about not doing this and that the man knew better. Though it still confused him. A body was a body - did it matter? Shaking his head, Uzumati offered Ziel a small smile before taking the soap into his own hand. Of course at the same time it slipped and the man nearly dropped it. In the process of catching the thing, the man did flail a bit before reemerging from the water with the soap clutched in his hands victoriously.

“Growling is rude,” Ziel said with not a single note of seriousness in her voice and then she growl right back at him as a joke. As te soap slipped, Ziel tried to catch it herself, stumbling with both Uzumati who was trying to catch it and with the soap itself. In the end, he ended up in the water and Ziel stumbled back until she fell on dry land.
She chuckled when he actually came back up with the soap. “Better not lose that or you’ll owe me a new one!” She warned him with a giggle. She wasn’t serious because she doubted he knew how to make soap.

Uzumati shot her a look at the growl before realizing it was a joke. She was joking with him. Cheeks flushing the man looked away again in protest. Why was it so easy for her to be so open and happy? He was still adjusting to it, but at least with her he didn't have to be completely on guard anymore.
As he held the soap in his hands like a cherished prize, Uzumati slowly nodded. He would take care of things and then bring it right back, "Wait." He stated quietly before glancing around. After finding a bend in the stream Uzumati waded towards it until he was hidden from view....several splashes and gruff growls later the man emerged completely soaked in water. But at least he looked clean...well as clean as could be with someone's first time truly bathing.
As he came back the man held out the soap with pride. He had managed to keep hold of it despite it all. As he held the soap out to Ziel, Uzumati slowly smiled in thanks.

Ziel ignored the look he gave her but she almost laughed again. He was being so serious! She watched him go and began braiding her hair in the meantime. She was almost done by the time he returned and extended the soap to her. She grabbed it from him and put it back in its handmade leaf case and closed up her bag.
“Well I need to get going.” She grabbed her bag and stood up. “You should come visit Matori one day!”
