Sub would arrive on the island with his little Scraggy in tow. The little reptile still didn't have a name but it had grown a little closer to the Dark One since their last contest. At least this time he wasn't having to chase after the Shedding Pokemon, yet.

"So here is the plan. I point at something and you attack. Got it? No jumping wild Pokemon just because you feel like it." Sub informed the Pokemon, however the young Scraggy just rolled its eyes at its trainer, ignoring everything he said.

"Look, a shipwrecked over there." Sub said as he pointed out the remains of a seafaring vessel, proceeding to walk in that direction.

Before long, Dan and his dragon would find bigger problems to deal with in the forest. Shelgon would suddenly be assaulted, having a berry flung in his face and impairing his vision. A rather large primate would swing down from the trees, rearing back for a follow up Rock Smash. Fortunately, it was attacking from the front where needing to see wasn't so much a problem. "Shelgon, Zen Headbutt!" Dan called out, the cocooned reptile using psychic energy to repel the fighting type attack. The ape shook its hand, leaping back to distance itself; Shelgon taking this opportunity to get the berry juice out of his eyes. "This is a new one. I swear, just when I think I know my stuff... Alright, if it's a battle it wants...!" Pointing forward, the trainer would direct his Pokemon into battle. A stream of flames would encroach on Passimian, threatening to burn it. But the ape charged head first with Double Edge, straight through the fire. Shelgon would take the blow, sliding back as the enemy tackled him. With another Zen Headbutt, the Passimian staggered backwards, its body crackling with a pink energy. Before it could recover, Shelgon lunged forward and jabbed it with Dragon Claw, sending it onto its back unconscious. "Whew! That could've been bad. Hm? What's that number? 04?" Dan mused, looking at the knocked out primate. Did this mean it wasn't alone? Perhaps it would be best to move on before its friends showed up.

Just after a few feet into the darkness of the ship the Gastly Sub had pursued jumped out and wrapped its self around his head this time, the Dark One gagging and gasping as the sentient cloud of poisonous gas took him by surprise. "Ack! Scraggy!" Sub called out, or at least tried to. Cry as he might though his Scraggy did not come, leaving the man to swat away at the cloud in vain. Was this the end for our hero?

"Scrag!" Shouted the Shedding Pokemon as it rushed in and would dive head first at Sub and Gastly, its head giving off an aura of dark energy as it executed a Payback attack, the Pokemon slamming into not only the Gastly but also his trainer's head, knocking the ghost away and the trainer to the ground.

"Hey! Watch it!" Sub complained as he sat up holding his head, Scraggy however just gave him a look that said 'I still saved you'. As for the Gastly it ran off again, plotting its revenge.

This was a safari, but Dan didn't expect to see so many different foreign Pokemon on this excursion. Pokemon like Cutiefly that had the Snagem staring in awe. It was one of the smallest he'd ever seen, even smaller than a Diglett. Once it finished gathering pollen from the flower, it flew off out of sight.

Sub and Scraggy would chase after the Gastly through the darkness of the destroyed ship, right on its tail for most of the time until they lost it once it passed through a particularly decayed door. Sub would kick the door open in pursuit of it only to find that it really was gone, the Gastly nowhere to be seen.

"It's gone. Oh well, let's g-" Sub's sentence was cut short as he turned around to face Scraggy, only to find a different yellow Pokemon standing behind him.

"Mimi?" It sort of chirped as it looked up at Sub, at least, he thinks it was looking at him, what was wrong with its head?

"Um, hi?" Was all Sub could say as he greeted the strange Pokemon, kind of reminded him of a Pikachu but creepier. Where was Scraggy anyways? Oh, there he was, right behind Sub clinging to his leg, terrified of the strange new Pokemon.

"We'll just uh...be going now..." Sub said as he slowly stepped around the weird creature, both he and Scraggy never taking their eyes off of it as they exited the room and slowly closed the door behind them.

Ekans, however, had other plans or Odd. For some reason, it felt threatened by the channeler's very presence and lunged at him, fangs alight with poison's glow. "Not today!" Odd exclaimed as he spun around, releasing Entr'ACte between them. He'd sensed the snake's malicious intent just in time to react, seeing as Entr'Acte emerged from his ball practically in the serpent's mouth.

"Kaaaaaans!" Ekans exclaimed, recoiling in pain when it's Poison Fang not only failed to do anything to the Steel ghost but it's body had caused those fangs to stab painfully at a substance they simply couldn't penetrate. "Shadow Claw."Odd directed, watching as the snake was slashed at with Ghostly energy and sent flying by he physical moment Entr'Acte put into it. It wasn't going to come back after that, slithering away without even bothering again.

Arkelos and his team head off for the Island. "What treasures might we find today." He pondered to himself. "Alright team, lets go out and do this. Unfortunately i can only take one of you. However the rest can join for the exercise." Turning to Abra, "Darling, do you have a lock on the location of the island that sub mentioned?" Abra grew quite, "I think i do, but only location i can pinpoint exactly is the entrance to the festival grounds." Arkelos smiled, "That works perfectly, don't forget to join us if you would like."

With a flash the group disappeared.

Outside the Grounds Arkelos sees a several of his comrades headed out to their areas in search of this pokemon. "Well it looks like it already started, Late again as the norm." He laughed to himself. "Well let's see what we can find ourselves." as they make their way to the Island's forest.

"We're here at the forest, ready Rockruff?" Rockruff lets out an excited bark. "Onward we go." Not a moment after a pokemon jumps out at them.
