Nestled in some of the shurbbery was an egg. Dana looked around, it didn't look like it was in a nest...or like any parents were nearby. Curious she picked it up and waited, almost expecting an angry pokemon to come out and chase her away. When none did, she decided to look it over I mean if now one wants it... Without thinking too much about it, she took the egg with her and kept walking. When the two reached the Sana and Daliah, the older twin was petting Marcus and reading the notes she had taken on his moves "Did you guys like it okay?"Dana asked propping down and reaching for some snacks of her own. Noel looked confused as they landed once more on a different island in Alola. This was… Poni Island if he’d read his map correctly and right now they were in the Poni Wilds, the outskirts from what was the Seafolk Village. He kind of wanted to see the so-called village; people who just lived on boats shaped after water pokemon? That sounded amazing and like something worth witnessing. He wondered if they gave rides or anything on the boats; he’d read that there were some excellent restaurants around Alola. His stomach rumbled at the thought of eating. When was the last time they’d had a proper meal exactly? He couldn’t recall. Maybe there’d be food at the festival for him to enjoy. That’d be awesome.

Actually, Noel was now curious about the local cuisine. Every region had their ‘thing’ and he wondered what that might’ve been for Alola. It seemed sort of tropical in all ways, so it probably made sense that most of their foods included vibrant and bright flavorings. Thoughtful, he pulled out his pokedex once more to see if he could scrounge up some more information for these inquiries he was having. The pokemon here were far too tough for his team (at least, that’s what the map had mentioned regarding the strength of the pokemon) and so he and Algernon stuck to the main path, avoiding the grassy areas as best they could.

Pausing, the white-haired lad took a moment to look around. Maybe there was something they could seize off the trees to eat? He wasn’t entirely certain what was edible and what wasn’t but there was probably a way to find out. First, he had to find something that they might want to eat. Algernon had stopped as well, watching his trainer curiously as he scanned the area, in particular the trees. Soon Noel perked up as he spotted a decent sized yellow fruit hanging nearby. "Come on, Algy! Let’s see if we can grab that fruit!" He remarked, scooping the pokemon up and rushing in that direction with the Espurr in his arms. Algernon gave a gasp of surprise, clinging tightly to the young man as he rushed under the tree.

Noel stopped and set Algernon down as they reached the base of the tree, not hesitating to set his stuff down and begin scaling the thing. Algernon looked alarmed at his trainer’s actions, beginning to chirp a bit in panic and waddle back and forth in response. Noel paused in his climbing, glancing down to the Espurr and attempting to give him a soothing smile. "Don’t worry, Algy. I’ll be careful. You just stay down there okay?" The Espurr paused only a moment in his frantic actions, paw over his mouth as he stared up in concern. He clearly didn’t approve nor want his trainer going much further but there was no stopping him at this point.
Once that was handled Noel continued pulling his way up, finally reaching the top and able to grab the supposed fruit. It occurred to him that it seemed to be nestled in the tree as opposed to attached to it. Snatching it up and pulling it down caused him to frown even more and soon he came to realize that this was no fruit but rather… an egg. Wow, what a good find. Though disappointing since he was still hungry. Carefully tucking it in his jacket, Noel climbed down and showed the thing to the Espurr who seemed both amazed and relieved. Noel smirked a bit and sent it off, scooping up his pokemon as the rider arrived. Well, they didn’t get to eat but they got the egg at least.

As he flew between islands, Zero suspected he might have a bit more difficulty with the next area. Upon arriving in some sparse but rather untamed piece of land, another Trainer approached. The girl could see where this was going considering that the Pokemon around here seemed rather strong. They would even give her Venusaur a hard time. As that was the case it was more reasonable to find a Trainer or do the usual egg searching. Though that choice hadn’t popped up in some time but she would rather take battling a Trainer over finding an egg. It proved more beneficial for her Pokemon and cut some time off the egg searching.

Surely the bigger guns were going to come out so Misa returned Jigglypuff. So to replace Jigglypuff Misa sent out Mankey. This Trainer appeared to be the Normal-type which meant that Mankey ultimately had an advantage with its type and its moves. It was a matter of how much would it take before she would need to replace it with another Pokemon. Plus there were still about three more areas for her to explore. They were most likely all Trainer battles with the exception for the last one. The last was just the usual so that just left two more battles to be fought and won.

The last opponent didn’t stand a chance against Mankey. Even with the two being close in levels, Eevee still didn’t stand a chance against a Fighting-type move. Now all Misa needed to wait and see what the rest of her opponent’s Pokemon were. So as the Trainer turned in the fainted Pokemon it was immediately replaced with a Zigzagoon. It was one of those Pokemon she could have caught in one of the past regions. Due to her own clumsy mistake she believed that she could have run into such a Pokemon if she were to travel through the rest of the region. That presumption did not bear fruit when she wasn’t able to see a Wild Zigzagoon.

Another out land area was their next destination, though this one was far more expansive than the either the meadow or the ranch. There were numerous patches of grass, trees and flowers about leading towards a city in the distance that looked to be occupied by stylized boats. Ashley wasn’t paying enough attention to make it out fully, but it seemed like a very interesting port city.
