THIS ROCK SYMBOLIZES... Rock: Time to Go ignored two of the does and went straight to the mare, even though she wasn't the one accepting rocks. She had barely even painted on her rock: she'd taken some mud and used it to glue a slightly crushed, misshapen yellow beetle onto the rock. "Insects kill our food supply," she said shortly.

THIS ROCK SYMBOLIZES... Rock: "I painted this rock to look like my grandmother, Eleven Journeys Blessed." Seven Steps Back said, smiling proudly. "She's always travelling, scavenging, and bringing back all kinds of things. I really enjoy her stories, though. Even if some of them seem a bit too tall!"

THIS ROCK SYMBOLIZES... Rock: "What it represents?" asked Optimist, looking very confused. "It's, um - it's pretty! I think loss just means change - there's always a silver lining. This rock is silver! Under all the shadows."

ALAS, POOR ANIMAL... Kin: Cursed CrescentSkull: Cursed Crescent stands silently for a moment, and says softly : This represents Hope. How it waxes and wanes, like the Moon. How it seems to hang on by a sliver, and sometimes... how Hope... is lost.

THIS ROCK SYMBOLIZES...Rock: By The River finished painting the rock, mushing bright colored berries and such over it, and finally stepped back. "This is Toxin he's..." she paused for a moment, a smile stealing over her face. "He's special to me..." she finished up in a rush as she set the rock nearby. ALAS, POOR ANIMAL...Kin: Guardian of Life Skull: Guardian slowly dipped her hoof into mashed up berries and placed red prints across the skull in various spots.... swapping hooves grass in varying states of life and death carefully put along the bottom, to represent the changing of seasons. She had found some fallen leaves and using mud stuck them onto the skull as well, and stepped back. "All things die. Even plants and trees." her words quiet. "Of course those tend to come back..." she finished quietly before walking away.

THIS ROCK SYMBOLIZES... Rock: Naptime picks a rock, and some paints, giving the entire top surface a wash in blue-grey, and then blowing on it until it's dry. At which point she adds some black lines, that sort of resemble closed eyes. "This rock tells of all the sleep I have lost. I am not sure where it went, but I can't seem to catch it." Naptime says, mostly jesting, to cope with the stress of never getting am good night's rest.

THIS ROCK SYMBOLIZES... Rock: ( #8B7B8B ) Moonflower wasn't sure why she decided to paint a rock, she'd never really lost anything. Or maybe she had. Picking a rock, she starts layering pigments on them. When she's done, Moonflower presents it to the three. "It's the home of the Kiokote. I've never been there, as I was born in the swamp. My mom was born there, though, and I grew up hearing stories of vast plains of grass and trees and rivers and sky for as long as the eye can see. I cannot miss what I never had, but it is lost to me." she explains.

THIS ROCK SYMBOLIZES... Rock: "I found a piece of crystal and painted it to look like me." Tourmaline said, nodding to himself. "If you let it sit in the sun a bit, it'll make colored spots on the ground. I thought that was pretty."

THIS ROCK SYMBOLIZES... Rock: ( goldenrod ) Swamp Song finds himself here with one of his sons, and it's a booth they could both enjoy. The two bucks pick their items and silently paint them. Swamp Song picked 2 rocks, stacked one on top. He layers the bottom like a rainbow, the top just gets some erratic scribbles in a dark color. "This rock represents lost fear. I am still not as brave as some, but I have lost a lot of my old fears."-- ALAS, POOR ANIMAL... Kin: The kin you want drawn. Skull: ( #4bdfda ) Turtle-bird picks his skull, setting it next to his father before heading off to search for some items, and grab the paints on his way back. He paints the skull, sorting through the items he had gathered while it dries. When it's ready, he carefully fills the eye sockets with his chosen bits, and brings it to the trio running the booth. "I dunno that I've ever lost a someone or a thing. But I have lost time, so that's what this skull is."
