"Wow, I didn't expect him to move so soon! I hope Amonee says yes!" Nucleo's voice sounded with breathy excitement. He had a feeling he knew who the cake was for, or at least hoped it was for. It'd been clear from the moment he'd met them that the two jadebloods shared a special bond. At times it made him feel lonely but yet he was still happy for them.

A voice whispered at the back of his mind but he quieted it down. There was an even more important question he still needed to ask Eilidh.

"Hey... did you make another cake besides this one?" Tapping the pale cake Nucleo raised an eyebrow at the tealblood.

"A... red one?" Her expression was adorable beyond words.

Eilidh nipped at her lip, "y-yeah... I'm sure he will accept." She agreed, smiling to nucleo. "And maybe one day... even if it isn't me.. you'll find your pink too." She said with encouragement. "I can't wait to work at the nightly grind... I-I hope everyone likes my food." She giggled a bit.

Eilidhs face flushed teal as nucleo asked about another cake. "W-well.. m-maybe," she replied, taking nucleos hand and softly leading him. "O-oh! I-i think I heard amonee and xavvy!" She distracted, moving to find the rest of her group.
