He let out a huff of air at the mention of Zena. "Well there goes my plans of knocking you up so you can't waddle up to Zena." He said with a playful laugh.
"I was hoping you would be too fat by then." He poked her stomach again, this time pulling her shirt up to show off her stretch marks from the first birth.

The exasperation that hissed its way out of Liira's lips was nearly chilling in the hot Tale room. If looks could have killed, Tau would have been six feet under ten times over before the day was done.
"Very funny, but we're making the trip. There's no way I would even be showing by then." She poked him back, flipping over on the couch to face him. She pulled him in closer. "Now listen to me, and listen well. We're going to Zena, we're making a baby, and you're coming along for the ride. Don't think for one second that I don't run this family." She joked, though the words were serious and true enough.

Liira had turned over where she was, looking Tau dead in the eyes and... well he laughed. She was a spitfire and well, she was right. She owned this relationship, and he wasn't too proud to admit it. He would let her run it because, let's face it, he wasn't the one pushing ten pound anythings out of his body and wrecking it in the process. He was there for the first birth, he knew what was up. He damn well respected Liira for it.
"Yeah ma'am. Whatever you say." He laughed.

She got up from the couch and pulled Tau up with her. He towered over her small frame, but she had enough intimidation to shrink him down to her size no problem. "Now let's get started." She called out, pulling him into the bedroom.

"Yeah ma'am." He laughed out again, letting his wife lead the way.
He might not have thought they would start trying right now, but there was no harm hoping they would have to try many times before getting it right, right?
