Lixes looked down at the wound before he shook his head, "Naw, it's alright. Just a little cut and one that I was able to wrap up fast enough. So long as my parents don't find out about it I am sure that it will be fine." He said it in a reassuring manner, not wanting to worry Rajani about his little wound when she was the one that had it a lot harder then him. Getting carried off by a villain had to be scary! As such they really should move away from him before he had a chance to wake up and come after them.

Turning slightly he glanced as Rajani through his hair, then looked forward again, "You're going to head home? In that condition? I think at least a meeting with a healer would be a good.. huh? Wash?" He gave a twitch of one ear before he said, "Hmm... well, there is that river we went fishing in but... I thought you hated swimming?" He was a bit confused as to her sudden change of mind when it came to the water. That was until she said that she didn't what he'd done. He'd come in a bit late, after she'd already been kidnapped, so he couldn't really say much.

Instead he gathered up his things, checked on the unconscious villain again, before looking at Rajani, though only through the corner of his eye since she didn't want him looking her way. After a quick glance he said, "Do you want me to lead? To a healer, the river, or both?"

Lixes gave a humming sound, seeming as though he was trying to figure out how to go about helping her out. How to help when she didn't want to be touched? That did make it a little more difficult since he wouldn't be able to pick her up and carry her to safety like a hero should when it came to a damsel. So what else could they do? He looked from side to side before he pointed at Pyre,"Ah-ha!"

"I have an idea. What do you think about riding on Pyre's back?" He asked to her, whistling to the fiery radaku who can walking over to where the two of them were at the moment. He knew that she didn't want to be touched but maybe a radaku wouldn't count? He wasn't sure but if she didn't mind Pyre then she could climb on his back and and be carried that way. It wasn't the same as him getting to carry her away in a heroic manner but at least he would be able to do so by proxy.

Lixes gave a shake of his head as he patted Pyre on the neck, "He's a lot stronger then he looks." Giving the best smile he could muster given the situation he said, "You don't have to worry, small or not we are still heroes, aren't we, Pyre?" The creature gave a little huffing sound, as though he didn't care one way or the other. He was here to look after Lixes after all, that was what he was trained to do, to protect the one that always wandered off. It was likely only the fact that Lixes was no longer giving attention to Elsif that kept the radaku from wanting to bite the guy for what he'd done to the blond.

Patting Pyre's back he said, "Come on, hop on! It sounds like that guy is starting to wake up and I don't want to bash him with my hammer again." That was a lie, there was a part of him that wanted to do just pretty badly but the majority of him was all for a strategic retreat. He'd already saved the damsel, the villain was down, now it was just a matter of getting them safely back to where they longed. Tightening his hands on his hammer he turned to face the twitching Elsif, "I will keep an eye on him while you get on Pyre's back, then we can leave."

Retreating didn't feel heroic but he had to think of the others he was with above himself. Getting her to safety was far more important then taking out the villain was, of that he was certain at least.

Eyes on Elsif he lifted a hand, making a motion with it, "Pyre, go." He said, something that caused the radaku's muscles to tense before he started forward, carrying Rajani along. The direction that he took wasn't one that was exactly random, instead started back toward Andile. Lixes would be able to change his course later but for now the radaku was moving toward a place that he knew to be safe. Lixes glanced toward the pair for a moment, making sure that they were well on their way before he moved away from Elsif, backing up at first, not trusting the villain with his back. Only once there was a good amount of distance between them did he turn around to rush after the other two.

Alright, he'd gotten her away from the bad guy and now he had to get her to some safe source of water where she'd be able to wash up. After that... well, he wanted her to go to a healer but he supposed that she wasn't going to go for that. As such maybe he should escort her to Sol? Hard to say since he hadn't really traveled that far himself before. So... maybe... he could send a message to Sol and her family members could come pick her up from Andile? He wasn't sure what to do exactly. He was planning this on his own, without much needed input from Rajani. It was something that could come later though. He had to take things one step at a time or else he was going to be buried with various possible ideas without really getting anything planned out.

Lixes walked along at Pyre's side, allowing Pyre to lead the way for some time, until they got to where the path split. It would either take them to the village or to the river and he nudged the radaku toward the water. While he felt that it would be best for them to go back to Andile to get her healed he knew that she didn't want that. Healers were too hands on for her tastes... so maybe they could find one who used magic? He nodded to himself, glancing at Rajani as he said, "We should find a magical based healer for you. One that can heal your wounds from a distance with magic. We can do that after you bath though."

As they got closer and she asked him about holding onto her while she washed up his eyes went wide, his cheeks going a dark red, before he set to shaking his head rapidly, "W-What? I-I-I could never d-do something like that!" He said, sounding more then a little embarrassed over doing something like that. He shook his head again, "N-No... but we will f-find you a very shallow part of the river. There is a sand bar that might work, were you can step into the water without worry of rocks hurting your feet and you can clean up there."

Lixes seemed to debate over it before he said, "I see... we will find you somewhere safe then. I will also go in first to make sure that the spot that we pick out for you is safe." He hope that would be reassuring as they reached the river and he looked at Rajani, "You stay on Pyre's back while I search for a good spot for you, that way you will remain safe." With that he jumped into the water, the spot he picked being up to his waist, so he decided against this spot being the right spot. They needed a nice, shallow area, that had a very gentle current. He still felt that the best place would be the sand bar since it was the most comfortable, the safest, and the sand was useful for scrubbing off clinging dirt, sweat, and blood.

That thought in mind he started that in that direction, whistling to Pyre to continue to follow along after him. As they walked he said, "Our house can be pretty active, my two fathers, two brothers, and myself. It used to be a lot more lively but..." He trailed off and then shook his head, not seeming to want to get into it. Either way it was best that she didn't go to his place since she likely would like so many people being about. He'd find a spot for her though himself, to make up for the fact that he'd seemingly disappointed her.

Lixes gave a nod of his head, "Yep! I am not sure if they are about today though. They sometimes go to their 'secret spot' to be all cuddly." He wrinkled his nose a little, as though he didn't want to think about his parents being all cuddly with one another. He gave a shake of his head before he continued to walk along just a head of Pyre. At the mention of his brothers he seemed to think on it before he said, "Hmm... I can't really see them as scary... but that's me." Drexl might be a giant but he was so softhearted! Especially when dealing with his 'princess' so he couldn't see him as being anything but cute!

As they reached the point in the river he was seeking for Rajani he glanced her way, blinking a couple times as she mentioned him holding her again. His cheeks colored again and he said, "I... I don't know... I mean you're a g-girl after all and as a hero I shouldn't be intruding on a damsel's bathing." It just seemed weird and wrong to him... but she seemed so insistent. After a long moment of thought he reluctantly said, "I... maybe... if I don't look at you while you do so? It should be alright then... I think?"

"Eh?" Lixes actually looked a bit surprised as she said that she wasn't taking her clothing off, that she was just rinsing off. That made a world of difference actually as he didn't feel as though it would be right to around her otherwise. Knowing that she wasn't going to be stripping sound made it a lot easier for him to deal with the idea of holding onto her, "Ohhh, well then, that changes things! I don't mind helping out with that then." Phew!

As she gave him her back, requesting that he tie it back up, he gave a nod, "Can do!" Stepping closer he quickly tied the ties that she had on the back of her shirt. Once that was done he said, "Come on, we will let you rinse off!" Best to do it quickly so that she wouldn't have to be in the water long he though to himself as he walked over to it, stepping onto the sand bar first.
