QUESTION RE: META POINTS, for regaining powers do Noble powers all need to be regained at once, or?

They are regained one at a time! However once you regain your first noble power you also must continue to follow other noble rules SUCH AS noblesse oblige.

Just to clarify, characters with powers that are actually appearance changes ((like the horns, eyes, etc given out in the fairy ball meta)) are gone until recovered, or are the appearances static?

Trying to understand 'points' here... the dice roll total = the points I can spend to reclaim powers and such, right? So if this roll were for the event I would have the 3, 1, and 4 to apply to prompt response options, and additionally have 8 points.
If I'm right, can these points be saved for later?

hello!! is it possible to use your points more than once on the same thing? example: i have 9 points, could i use 6 for persuasion (+2) and then 3 (+1) for combat? or do the points have to be used all on separate bonuses?

If our character had +1 persuasion and rolled a 4 for the current prompt, would their debuff become -1 persuasion?
