I actually ended up buying mine off the Marketplace. However, they come from the Jack's Surprise bag 2k16, which drops only from Watermeat, and is a rare drop to boot. And then, there's 16 other items you can possibly pull, as well. Watermeat only appears in Stage 5 of Milky Way.
Sycamorte Killer? Stage 4 Sycamorte killer! Year of Fire is Wishful's strongest attack. Use heals as needed.

Regarding that, I got one yesterday & to me, he seems to have more along the lines of Florette & Dusky Florette accuracy oppose to spirited ember accuracy.
