"Well you're being rather literal.." Alg's brows lifted with slight amusement, that twitch back at the corners of his lips. "Burning effigies for ritual are also not uncommon this time of year." He sipped his tea again, "Besides I'm not sure a bit of fire would work on Sunny. I doubt we'll find out her weakness was fire all along." There was a patronizing edge to his words which was unusual for Algie, amusement at Shun's very literal interpretations of everything. "And since when has any of this been straight forward..?"

"Yes... I suppose so," Shun said, furrowing his brow. There was something in Algernon's tone there that he picked up on. It wasn't quite demeaning, but it almost felt as though he was mocking him in a way. His fingers twitched. "None of it has been," he sighed, "It would be nice if it were for once, however."The thing was... the other posters had been relatively literal. A foot in a forest, shadows of wolves in a library with a full moon, and glittering masks.

"Yes, perhaps the next earthquake will spew post-it's from the center of the earth with an invitation to a proper witch burning.." The professor again seemed to be having a chuckle of his own. "We've had fog and index cards so why not?" The rain seemed to pick up, even the umbrella not much defense when the wind started whipping and rain splattered his trousers making them man glance down and frown. "There's certainly something on the horizon. That's for sure." His tone now was a bit of a grumble.

There was another slight twitch there. While Algernon was amusing himself with all of this, Shun failed to see the humor. At least the older man did take on a more serious tone before long. His attention turned as the winds and rains picked up. It wasn't going to be much longer before he was completely drenched. "There is always something on the horizon. We just have a little more of an inkling of what lies ahead. I will try to find what I can, but I do not have high hopes that I would be able to pick up on much else."The cage apparently had not been this weak before.

"Well," There was a rumble, his brow furrowing but then again looking slightly amused, "If this is a precursor, I bet it'll be exciting." The professor's prim smile had cocked into a slightly crooked smirk as his brows bobbed over his glasses. Another subtle rumble had him rocking and huffing with a wry sound. "It is coming down cats and dogs though.." He moved and shook a pant leg with a frown, eyes then darting around into the rain, "I should be getting inside."

"Exciting... that is one way of putting it I suppose," Shun grumbled. Looking around, he just sort of nodded grimly, "I have a feeling this weather will not stop anytime soon either. And I should get somewhere dry myself before I become completely soaked."With a sigh, he rolled his shoulders, nodding curtly to Algernon. "Take care of yourself, Professor."1301

Alg flipped some fingers from around his umbrella handle and took a few steps down the path, "Stay dry, Shun." Alg begun moving away and called as an afterthought with a chuckle "And give us a ring if you get invited to any bonfires.."
