Alkidike hybrid. Nope. He rarely saw any of the amazons themselves. Shea lived in the northern part of Tale and few, if any, of the Alks went there. So he simply shook his head at the question.
When he learned her name he repeated it in his head. Ziel. How odd. Not that he was allowed to judge. "I'm Shea." It was all he got out before she hit him with some more questions. The boy had to wonder if this girl always spoke so much or if it was only when she met someone new. "I'm traveling. On my way to Sauti." It was the best he could answer on that one. "And out here...? Not much."

“Well I hope you meet some while you’re traveling!” She was sure he would change his mind then!
“Sauti, ohh Wind people live there right? You should head to Matori!” She was a little disappointed that there was nothing to do out here. That was so boring! “In Matori there was always something to do, fishing, collecting things the sea brings up. Too bad there’s nothing to do here. There’s a lot of dirt and trees.” Not much else and she wasn’t exactly the bug collecting type. Or bark coloring… Or rock collecting really. “So what do you do here?”

She wanted him to meet some? Shea wasn't so sure he wanted to. Then she asked questions about the wind tribe and once again mentioned Matori. The leaf boy frowned at her. "I'm not going to Sauti for fun, miss Ziel. I'm going there in search of my Uncle." He still couldn't see why people liked to travel so much. To him it had been his life, more or less, and he hated it. Shea wanted to settle down. Still, he sighed.
With her mentioning all there was to do in Matori he thought about the things he could do here. "You can go fishing around here too, you just have to find a pond." Was there one close to where they were though? He didn't think so. "I usually practice with my sword and hunt. There are a few decent sized villages that I'm sure you could go shopping in." Girls liked to shop right?

“Oh, I’m so sorry!” Oh opps! That had been a little forward of her. “Is your uncle missing or…?” Well what else could the guy be if Shea said he was going to go search for him.
“A pond…” Ziel lifted a brow at him, a pond… Really? Ponds were for tiny children who didn’t know how to swim! And then she narrowed her eyes and gave him a disgusted look when he mentioned shopping. She couldn’t believe he’d just said she could go shopping! “I’d much rather just meditate at this point if my activities are shopping and fishing in a pond.” She sighed softly and shook her head.
“But in any case, I do need to get going! T’was nice meeting you Shea! I hope to see you in Matori one day!” And with that she hopped off in the same direction that she’d come from. She was hoping they’d be leaving Tale soon!

"Something like that.." It was more like his uncle was being a coward and running away from his family. Shea was none too pleased with the man.
He took note of her look and shrugged his shoulders. "I'm not sure what else a girl would like to do." It was a weak defense but it was all he had. Shea sighed and looked away. This is why he wanted a pure leaf girl. She would know what Tale had to offer and wouldn't complain about a pond. While he was busy thinking he heard Ziel say that she had to get going so he gave his attention back to her. The boy nodded to her and gave a mumbled goodbye just as she started to hop. Shea tilted his head as he watched her then shook it and rolled his eyes. "Girls.." He said to himself before he too started to walk again. He had wasted enough time speaking with her and now he needed to cover more ground before the day was over.
