“Oh.” Bellite glanced down, blinking rapidly and looking over her new outfit. Her new…whatever this was. “How did…how did you do that? I…” She swallowed and nodded. For once in her life no clever words came to her head, and for all of her book knowledge, she had nothing to prepare her for…for whatever this was.
It was kind of incredible. It really was a new adventure and…there would be so many things to learn. So much to discover. “So…yeah ok. Lets go and do that…this is kind of overwhelming I think. I think I am a little overwhelmed.”
She turned her eyes to Evan and leaned down, picking the little youma back up, hugging him gently.
“…I like the new clothes though, they’re edgy. Exciting. Is this…what you’re wearing? So I’m going to think it’s safe to assume that you’re not from some comic convention?”

Sanidine laughed quietly; it hid the shaking in his voice as the adrenaline came crashing down.
He had succeeded--she wasn't a youma. He was going to teach her everything.
"I figure it's overwhelming. But we'll work through this, I promise." He clasped her on the shoulder and gave her a reassuring squeeze.
Evan seemed happy and nuzzled closer to the girl; he had been stressed and worried but now that she was most certainly a human he seemed to relax. He let out a quiet chirp and a little purr.
Sanidine watched him and just shook his head. "These outfits are our uniforms. They're magic. If we're going to go get a drink, we'll need to power down. And Evan over there," he nodded to the youma and sighed. "He'll need to go home. At least while we're getting coffee. After we pick up some snacks, I'll take you to a safe space and we can meet up with him again."
He figured she'd feel better with Evan around, and if he treated her to food and coffee maybe she'd be a bit more receptive. He'd teach her to power down and power up, the basics, and answer all her questions--in the Dark Kingdom, just to drill in the fact that this was all real.
Learning about the Negaverse wasn't going to be easy....but then, nothing good was ever easy.
