Nate had his eyes closed as the cell door opened, his head was slumped forwards and mouth slightly open as if he was unconscious, blood seeped out of self inflicted wounds on his wrists and dripped down his hands. For all intensive purposes it just looked like he was still stuck in the chair and hadn't recovered from the stun rods from before. A man approached and threw a bucket of water over him which caused him to open his eyes and reel forwards in shock, he kept his hands together behind the chair to make sure they didn't discover his ruse. The man who had thrown the water, set down the bucket and approached. He spoke with a heavy accent, if he was one of the men who had kidnapped them originally Nate couldn't tell, not that it mattered too much at this point he was just waiting for a moment to strike. "Comfortable?" The man was standing just outside of the light and obscured by shadow, clearly trying to use the light to his advantage and make disoriented. There was a second man in the room, he was busy setting up an array of drills and scary looking devices while the first talked. "I'm going to kill everyone, you two first." Nate gritted his teeth, as the man stepped closer and punched him, he was large man with a face like a fish, he hit hard and that seemed like the best thing he had going for him. The second man put on a pair of gloves and stepped forwards, he was considerably smaller than the first and wearing a mask over his face. "Ooh, Scary. Now we're going to inflict pain onto you until you either tell us what we want or show us something special." The man grinned and turned to leave but as he did Nate reached out and grabbed his shoulder, standing up in one quick motion. He had used his power to break his constraints, but they hadn't presented a better opportunity until now. The one who was speaking he had deemed a larger threat than the other and was focused on taking him out first. "Let me show you something special." He punched the big man square in the jaw and as he did he charged his fist releasing it in one explosive blast. The man understandably couldn't withstand the force and his jaw detached before launching across the room, needless to say a second punch straight to the man's temple finished the job and caved in his skull. A loud siren went off in his room and he took a step over to the second guy, unfazed by the noise.

Six men burst into the room armed with cattle prods only to find the second interrogator pinned to the wall and Nate smoking on the other side of the room. The crumpled mess of the first man had been dragged to the side to give Nate plenty of breathing room. He picked up the first of several knives that was intended for him and rested it in his hand. One of the men threw up when he saw the body on the ground and anther turned to pat him on the back, in that moment when they were both distracted Nate rushed forwards, stabbing the two in the neck and finishing them off quickly. He turned to the rest of the group and dodged backwards, before bursting forwards and plunging the knife deep into the chest of a third. He couldn't pull the knife back out but it hardly mattered, he grabbed the fourth as he swung at him and burst his hands in opposite directions so that he could break the man's arms. "What the hell is going on here?" The other two men took a step back and Nate took advantage of their hesitation by burst kicking one of their legs backwards and punching the other until he stopped moving. He staggered out of the room and turned around to look at the man who had made them stop. He was out of practice, once upon a time he could clear a room like that without breaking a sweat. Perhaps it was the smoking. "Well done and I though that nerd in the next room was going to be the more powerful super. You really cut through my men, what's your trick? Super strength? Doesnt matter, this is the part where I kill you." Nate spat on the floor and straightened up to look at him. He needed a distraction so that he could catch his breath, the side effect of using his ability was that it drained his stamina.

To say Nate had made it to Takuto was half right, he had landed in front of the right cell, yes, but whether he could open it and let the kid out was another matter entirely. "Is that the best you've got? You killed eight of my guys, I'm going to make you suffer before I put the knife in." Nate had managed to stand up and was holding himself together, but he was clearly drained. The man he was fighting looked fairly normal, it was just that every time he hit him he was launched backwards with about the same force he put in. He was running out of options when he noticed Takuto standing behind the gate and grinned. "Sorry, I was trying to wear you down, then make you tell me where he was... But it seems that's not necessary any more now is it?" He walked up to the man and casually countered the three punches the man threw, predicting where he would strike and deflecting the attacks as they came, he knew how to redirect motion due to his own abilities so countering attacks like these was relatively straight forwards. Once he was within arms reached he grabbed him, and started pulling him towards the edge of a walk way, he could only see darkness below and guessed that this would only be a temporary solution, but he was too tired to keep fighting. He began pushing and eventually managed to overpower him and shove him over the edge. There was a slight thud then silence so Nate assumed the matter was resolved for now. He proceeded to the door and pressed the release button, which gave him a massive electrical shock before opening the door. "Damn dodgy wiring, you okay?" He put his finger in his mouth to nurse the pain and then rested against the wall to rest.

He wiped the blood off his hand onto his shirt and ran his hand through his hair, he was sweating and could feel the moisture beading on his temples. He stepped off the wall and and staggered forwards, picking himself as he moved forwards until he reached the bodies. "Slow down a second there." He bent down and picked up a stun baton it was better than using his fists if only marginally. If he got really luck he wouldn't even have to show Takuto his abilities or could mask them using the rod. "Thanks for the assist back there, that guy was becoming a real pain. Come on then, these guy's just had the stun rods but I think I was kicked past an armoury or something a little way up the corridor." He was fairly sure that they could threaten people to get by, Nate was no stranger to murder, that was obvious but he didn't want anyone else to take the plunge if they didn't need to. Besides these stun rods packed quite a punch on their own. "So I kind of fought my way out, that last guy was just the tip of the incredibly bloody ice burg, so I'm going to need to get something to eat really fast before my stomach started eating itself and I get the grumblies." He cracked up a little and shook his head, clearly something was getting to him, it was probably the adrenalin. Or the sleep depravation, when was the last time he had slept properly, that drug induced coma hardly counted. "We should get moving." He had heard that guy imply Takuto was super and while that may be he didn't think it was his place to address it without reason.

(OOC: Nah, its fine. Besides I just got the one.)

Nate stood looking at the table of assorted tools, most of it was either bloody and hadn't been washed or just rusty, it was kind of hard to tell under the light but either way he was fairly sure he had made the right choice killing everyone. "I think we're a little past gangsters at this point. I mean I don't really know what defines a gangster but that guy's wearing a lab coat." He was refering to the guy he had pinned to the wall and trying to ignore the fact they were inside his cell. "I really didn't want you to see this, I kind of went a little crazy." He looked at the guy he had left the knife in and then stepped backwards and sighed. He opened his hand and caught the box. He was happy to see there was a lighter in the box, the last thing he wanted at this point was a box of smokes and no way to actually smoke them. He breathed out smoke and raised his hand. "Is there any other kind?" He heard someone coming and stepped out of the cell to see a man running in the opposite direction, screaming. "There are at least two people left plus the scientist looking guys, I'm going to need some sort of list of everyone who works he just so I can make sure I get them all." He let the man run, he would hunt everyone down eventually it was only a matter of time. "I didn't see anything like an armoury on the way in. so, that way?" He pointed deeper into the facility and started walking, it was also the way the guard had taken off running so this would kill two birds with one stone.

There was a dial on the stun baton that was used to regulate the charge on it, Nate held it up to the light to check he was turning it up before cranking it to full. "There's something different about seeing it on screen and seeing it in real life, I just don't want you to turn around and start killing puppies because you want to replicate some weird feeling you get when you see death. I've seen it, it happens. I think eventually he was arrested, broke out and is now loose somewhere. He writes me a card at Christmas. He's not all bad." He shrugged. Other than the initial part about killing small animal he didn't think there was anything further that needed to be said about his psychopath friend. They heard wailing coming from somewhere ahead of them and Nate picked up the pace, before coming to a dead stop next to a sealed cell. The door was chained shut, and the only way in was a tiny gap at the bottom for shoving food through. He pressed his ear against the door and could shuffling from inside. "Remember this door, we're going to need to find some keys... We'll come back for you. Lets go find that control booth." He started walking again and stopped, there was a split in the path, one path continued along the catwalks and another led down a dingy looking corridor. Nate couldn't see anything in either direction. "What do you think? A control room might be overlooking the cells or it could be a sealed room by itself." He looked to Takuto for his opinion.

(OOC: Sorry it was a bit all over the place, I couldn't think of a good way to approach the question? Especially after I already said I wouldn't.)

Nate looked at him. "Look, I ripped off a man's jaw and stabbed like four people. You just looked at them, you didn't even retch, just started going through their possession like this is some sort of video game. I'm worried about you. If your desensitised to this sort of stuff how will you cope when we free these kids and someone has to console them? I wont be me they run to, I'll be the guy they cower away from because I've got blood and guts all over me." He looked at him and realised he had been talking for a little too long. He slowly took out a cigarette, lit it and breathed deeply for a second. "Apologies, it gets a bit much sometimes." He followed Takuto's hand as he pointed down the halls and then motioned towards the labs himself. "You think their are labs down there? Alright lets try down there then." He walked on ahead for a bit before looking back at Takuto. "I thought I could move past it and ignore it but curiosity and all that." He breathed out, making sure it was down to the side. "Your a super aren't you? I heard the guards talking but I've had my suspicions for a while. There is college smart and what you are. No offense." He had been trying to ignore the signs for a while, blocking them out and trying to convince himself that kids were just better with computers than he was and that was all.

So long as he said he understood that was enough for him at the moment, perhaps if he remembered he would ask him again later. Or maybe he would just forget, fall back into his old ways and expect the kid to be able to kill without hesitating even slightly. He put the cigarette back in his mouth as he slowly began to wonder if he had some form of PTSD or something that made him irrational at times like these. "If you say your fine, I'll just take your word for it. I'll stop taking your word if it if you start staring into the middle distance or flipping a lighter while doused in petrol though..." He shrugged. The second one was a joke, although it was only really to appeal to is own sense of humour. As they walked he tried the doors they passed, most were locked or jammed, but he was mainly doing it for Takuto's sake. If anyone was going to remember the way back then it would be him. He nodded when his suspicions were confirmed, it might have come as a bigger surprise if he wasn't powered or had worked somewhere else. "Well as long as you do what you want with your powers, that's all that matters." He didn't care about heroes or villains, just doing what was right according to the words of Nate. "I am, although I dislike using my abilities. They wear me thin." He looked at him. "I can make parts of me move really fast, you ever see Fist of the North Star? Well, at the height of my day I could do something like that." He laughed a little to himself and shook his head.
