Zinnia had been waiting in anticipation for this day for a while now, her first children together. she had many children she loved, from ever's imbuing with his close friends, she loved them all. Now it was time she made her way out in to the green house , beside hers and Ever's home. unlocking the door as she made her way in, gathering the stones up , they were all laying in a bead of flowers together. safe from the cold. she picked them up in to her big fluffy arms and closes to her hear " wake up my little blossoms. we are awaiting your arrival" she said in a delighted tone as she hugged them close.

But he really couldn't wait any longer!
His hand extended, brushing his fingers against the two stones. Oh, she was going to kill him.

Awakening RP: Kira didn't mean to wake the kids. That was Zenith's job, honestly. Kira had, for a long time, let Zenith know she had the worst luck awakening kids. Kira wasn't touching it. Nope. Not with a ten foot pole.
Except, she was, apparently. October had come and the stones had been carefully tucked away in a cabinet. Sometimes, Kira dusted them off, believing that while they were stones and couldn't exactly feel, it'd be a crime to let the poor stones get dirty.
This time, she had been clumsy. The feathered brush smacked into the stones, sending them tumbling out of the cabinet. Kira had two quick choices to make; grab them and awaken them by accident, or risk them shattering.
So she grabbed them.
s**t....
It was October still.

Meris had well shocked himself when he had talked to Adora about adding to the family. Seraph and Cybele had grown up and were teenagers of all things now and even the two children they had taken in where reaching their early teenage years as well. However this time he was going to be responsible. He had gotten the stones and they had imbued in September.
Only Meris hadn’t planned on the influx of work that had suddenly dropped itself in his lap. By the time he was able to come up for air it was October. Yeah he wasn’t going to awaken them in October… not this time. He saw the way that people sometimes looked at his children. Sure they had survived and their mutations weren’t that bad… but he couldn’t do it. Not again at least.
So how had he ended up in his current situation? Well someone had broken into their house. Meris wasn’t one to worry too much about material possessions. After all he was a rather famous musician and he could just replace it. What worried him is what if they accidentally took the soul stones. He had heard it happening to rich couples before. Since it looked like October was going to be another crazy month Meris decided right then and there he was going to give in to the paranoia and carry the two stones around until he could awaken them in November.
Of course that was his first mistake, but Meris thought he had it covered. He made sure that every inch of him was covered in clothing other than his face just in case for some reason he had to touch them. That way no bare skin would touch the stones. However then the second mistake reared its head, Meris had been late for a concert, which was a first, so he had thrown together most of his performing outfit. Unfortunately that had left both his arms totally bare since he hadn’t grabbed the gloves or the attachable sleeves.
The third mistake was that he had grabbed the bag with the soul stones in it, since he apparently needed a badge to get into the building he was preforming at, and said badge was in the soul stone bag. To his credit he hadn’t suspected he would get separated from the rest of his band. He hadn’t expected crazy fan girls and he hadn’t expected said crazy fan girls to be dating security, of course he hadn’t found out about that until later. So he was not expecting to find some crazy a** girl riffling through his bag in his dressing room. Considering they were known to steal articles of clothing, and often times thought they could steal him away from Adora… well like hell he was going to let anyone crazy enough to sneak into his dressing room to be anywhere near his soul stones. After all they were probably crazy enough to either smash said stones or steal them. Meris was not into cache imbuing or anything that didn’t have himself as a huge part of his children’s lives.
He didn’t really remember what happened next, only that there had been fighting and arguing and shouting. When it looked like she was going to throw a fit and fling the bag into something that would even potentially hurt his unawakened children Meris had yanked the bag out of her hands. Only the soul stones had slipped out and ended up touching his bare skin, even worse his bare hands.
Seeing as she was probably in a crap ton of trouble, the fan high tailed it out of the room but Meris wasn’t paying attention to her any longer. Nope he was sitting there on the floor staring at the stones he had just touched and praying to gods he didn’t often speak to. All he had wanted was to keep them away from crazy people. He hadn’t meant to touch them. Maybe it was karma for awakening Seraph and Cybele purposefully in October all those years ago. Sure Seraph and Cybele had ended up with mild mutations and had survived awakening but how good was his luck that he would have children that fell within that 10% that survived... again.
“Please... please don’t punish them. I didn’t mean…” Meris trailed off. He always hated excuses. ‘I didn’t mean to’ was the weakest damn out there. No he would never give that excuse. “It was my fault. Please let them be healthy… let them live”

Awakening RP: Cignus wasn't going to be the mother. She wasn't going to have a role in the child's life. Not ... really, at least. It wasn't something she wanted -- to be a mother just yet. Dust had been kind ( was that the right word ... ? ) enough to let her awaken one of the stones on her own. Cignus had to admit, she was curious what the children would look like ... this was unlike awakening her brother. This was something that came from HER.
Cignus reached out and touched the stone, curious what would happen.

It was time! Delilah and Chessy had gotten home from classes today and it was the day they'd scheduled for awakening! She gently picked up one of their stones, and cuddles it, whispering "I love you, little one, like I love your other mother.. Come out, sweetie!" She didn't even realize that it was October... They'd lost track of time with classes, and her job, and so she thought they were still safe.

Awakening RP: Tora was completely stoked. Reegan had been hesitant in wanting to imbue children when the curse could take their children, but Tora had insisted. She WANTED hallowed children. She knew they would fit in to their 'family' life and add a whole 'nother level to the terror they could incite in people. Krill and Joy had just had children of their own ... now it was time to add hers to the world.
"Come on, Rei. Time to meet the world." Reaching out, Tora touched the stone.

Mizuki gently patted the stone she'd imbued, lost in the thought of a precious baby. She had lost her calendar, and really wasn't sure HOW she'd done it, but in the meantime, she had no idea what Month it was now... A silly mistake she'd realize later.

Awakening RP: Smolder and Aten stood together, looming over the six stones they had somehow, crazily, imbued together. They had been done in two different batches, of course, but the first set of three was ready to wake up ... and Smolder and Aten were more than happy to wake them up.
Aten and Smolder took turns touching the stones, excited to see them come in to the world.
"Time to wake up and meet your family ... "

Awakening RP: Hitotsu held the stone between his hands like the precious thing that it was and ran his fingers over the edges. He knew this child wouldn't be a full-blooded Kumiho, but even just his short time away from his people he had begun to lose faith in the idea of racial purity. The time of the month was lost upon him as being important. He was too focused on being a parent.

Indi eyed the stone, warily. He wasn't "father" material. He wasn't meant to have kids. Still, here he was, with a stone laying in front of him... He sighed, trying to sum up the courage. So what if he wasn't father material, he somehow was fatefully wrangled into this, and it was his problem now. He took a deep breath, reaching out to grab the stone. For a grown man who usually put off anything to do with love.. he was trying his best to search for what love meant as he grasped onto the small, glowing object.
"I guess.. it's time to wake up. Don't blame me too much if ... I fail as a parent. Just bear with me ..."

Awakening RP: What terrible person awakened a stones in October?
The person that got their hands on these two particular stones, apparently. They did not awaken the stones out of malice, but more out of ignorance. Little did they know that they were certainly not prepared to raise two mutated children--and had no intention to do just that.
Still, they had no idea what month it was when they finally decided to take out the stones they had obtained a few months prior. With a little grin, they reached down, lifting up the stones into their arms with a bright smile on their face.
"Time to wake up, little ones!"
