Melena Rai DefauIt Ugghhh... why havent they invented teleporters yet?! this would make so many things that much easier. im sure i am stuck in the honeymoon phase and I know it'll change eventually. although I hope it doesnt. XD lol makes me wish i had a crystal ball to know if its worth it in the end. well i think just remember to take it slow .. it feels good until reality crashes back .. slow and steady wins the race .. how far is the distance? A few states away, so it's not as horrible as it could be I suppose. But still... emo

I'm fairly naive in all this sweatdrop I've been in an LD for four years now (first relationship too) and we have yet to physically meet but there have been lots of video calls. True.... I do phone calls, but have yet to try video. He's kinda shy or w/e you wanna call it so baby steps lol rofl I don't mind though. I hope you get to meet soon<3333 It sounds so sweet

A few states away, so it's not as horrible as it could be I suppose. But still... emo well that depends on where you live.. a few states could be 2-3 hrs ... other locations it could be 10-20

I hope you get to meet soon<3333 It sounds so sweet Yeah, we didn't start doing voice calls until about two or three years ago I hope so too, we've been trying to but some setbacks this year have been making it difficult sweatdrop Which has been really wearing me down but doing my best to keep my chin up about it. I honestly have no idea what I'm doing half the time gonk Prior relationship experience would have been helpful xd maybe

Melena Rai any reason you haven't met? Some set backs. Earlier this year I thought he would be coming down to visit with his parents, but they changed their mind last minute and wanted to visit Florida instead so he had no way of getting here Then for the past couple of months he and his parents tried to get me to visit, but my uncle would have been coming with me so it was hard to get stuff sorted out and I was trying to sort out a good flight we could both take since his parents offered to pay for my ticket but my uncle would have to get his own so thanks to lots of miscommunication on both ends that didn't' happen So now we're seeing about him coming down here where I am instead of me going to Canada

DefauIt Even with prior experience I find I never know what I'm doing lol XD Really? o.o Well....I guess it does make sense that even with prior relationship experience it wouldn't' really be helpful since it would be a different person than the one from before so you'd have to adjust for that new person

I'm not sure if he'll have his parents come with him or not. They do the family vacation stuff so that's the reason in his case. That and they probably want to meet me themselves too I tried to see about my friend coming before but I didn't want to make my friend feel like a third wheel so a family member was my only other option. Who? Boyfriend?
