Kyuseisha no Hikari Loaded Dice:
This attack has a chance to affect Fortuna positively or her Foes negatively. Fortuna will raise both hands above her head with her wrists crossed, then brings them down in front of her, (a dice will be rolled to determine which attack; 1: odd it will target the enemy, and 2: even it will target Fortuna)
Option 1: as her hands reach the level of her chest the foe is overcome with a feeling of invulnerability and overconfidence, this will cause them to attack wildly and recklessly for 25 seconds, as time passes they become increasingly calmer and of sound mind until the debuff fades away completely.
Option 2: As her hands reach the level of her chest Fortuna is filled with confidence and adrenaline and will attack strongly and with precision for 25 seconds, as time passes the blows will decrease in power until the buff fades away completely.
Duration: the rush lasts for 25 seconds regardless of which target and decreases in potency as time passes, this attack can be performed twice a battle and will affect one target only. Fortuna did her best to quiet her mind and focus on herself. Inside she found a little pool of energy that she knew was connected to the power she was supposed to have. When she examined it she found the words she was supposed to say and what her magic was supposed to do.
Taking in a deep breath she raised her hands above her head and crossed her wrists, when she brought them down to chest level she whispered, "loaded Dice." Instantly she felt the magic take hold, weakening her slightly as it was cast.
Then an instant later she felt herself fill with confidence and adrenaline, the weakness from casting was gone replaced with an unbeatable feeling. Unable to stop herself she turned and roundhouse kicked the tree squarely. She felt wood give way beneath her foot and she spun as a few inches of wood splintered off.
She wanted to punch more things, she wanted to break and destroy, she was Unstoppable. However she was also training and she didn't want to break or destroy Remarque so she held herself still and breathed heavily for a few moments until she felt the magic lessen slightly.
Still feeling it in effect she was at least in control again and she grinned at Remarque. "What a rush!" she exclaimed with her hand over her heart, she could still feel it pulsing through her and she wanted to see what she could do against Remarque when she was fired up like this, but she stopped herself from attacking her leader.

Remarque just seemed a bit amused. He was still standing, primed for an attack, and admittedly looked a bit curious. Outwardly, he could see that she had summoned her magic, but he still wasn't quite sure what it actually did.
"Yeah?" he prompted, little grin planted on his face.
"Well, come on, let me see.'
He didn't seem afraid or intimidated with the strength she had displayed; in fact, the thought of some sort of battle excited him. He'd played the diplomat for so long—working with words and gestures—that he missed fighting. Not that I could actually fight against a member of the Dark Mirror Court—much less one who was still learning, but it was a rush of a thought, at the very least.
He could dream.

Fortuna didn't need any other invitation, with a wild grin still on her face she attacked Remarque with a flurry of punches. When she wasn't powered up, Aubrey practiced Aikido for several years so she knew her art well, as Fortuna with her magic coursing through her she felt unstoppable. Each blow had more power behind it and more precision with each attack.
Fortuna aimed two quick punches at Remarque's face followed by a round house kick to the stomach. With all her heightened senses she felt as though she could see the battle happening in slow motion, as if she had all the time in the world to land each strike.

Remarque had the benefit of experience and rank; he had practiced boxing for years and while he wasn't in the ring much anymore, his memory hadn't faded. In the ring, all he had to worry about were fists.
In battle, they were always what he paid most attention to. The fists coming at him, and footing.
Fortuna's movements were rapid, and he had no doubt that she'd be able to strike a bit of damage if either of her punches had connected, but he weaved between them. He had appearances to keep up, after all; who would trust a businessmen with a split lip and a black eye?
The kick, however, landed, and though Remarque had solid footing it was still powerful enough to push him back a bit.
He let out a slight grunt of pain that sounded more like raw annoyance, but his face didn't betray his emotions.
"Solid," he complimented. He didn't make any effort to attack her, but rolled his shoulders. "Your magic, what did it do for you?"
He hadn't noticed a difference—no sparkling trail behind her as she moved, no glowing eyes, nothing he could see. But she must have noticed a difference; he just wanted to understand it.

Fortuna wanted to keep attacking, his dodges annoyed her and the connected kick was satisfying. She would have to use that to her advantage if he only paid attention to her punches. She was about to follow through with another attack when he spoke. Taking a deep breath she halted her action and took another second to breath before she answered.
"I don't know for sure, it filled me with so much... energy, adrenaline confidence, I felt like I could see everything in slow motion to know exactly where my punches, or kicks should go." She took another deep breath and focused on her magic. It was lessened, but she still felt the adrenaline coursing through her.
"But it feels like it wouldn't always target me, I was trying to cast my magic on you so I think it would have a different effect on my target." she shrugged lightly. Fortuna was bouncing slightly in place still feeling the effects of her magic and needing to move.

Remarque nodded thoughtfully; he supposed that could be beneficial—to someone who wasn't already as confident as he was. He knew he was strong, and fast, and durable, and capable. Any more confidence for him and his head might have exploded.
Still, he was trying to assess and understand the attack she had used to try and better direct her on how to use it. "Well," he said, rubbing at his chin thoughtfully. "The good news is, it seems like you'll have time to figure it out. Don't beat yourself up if it didn't go where you wanted the first time. Truth be told, I rarely use my magic."
His lips pursed and he seemed pensive for a moment before he admitted, "One of these days I should probably practice."
It was a fleeting thought and one that he dismissed. "Either way, don't worry about your magic. You seem good enough with your attacks that I doubt someone'd have an easy time beating you. You're doing good for being gone for so long."

The effects of the magic were slowly lessening to the point where she finally stopped bouncing in place.
"Maybe some day when I get to your level we'll have a real sparing match." Fortuna responded with a small shrug.
"I never stopped practicing Aikido, so that makes the fighting part easy, perhaps just more experience would make the magic second nature." Fortuna finally settled and rocked back on her heels letting out a long breath as she finally felt the magic fade away completely.
"But in civilian form, I still think I could give you a run for your money." Fortuna teased with a small grin.

Remarque couldn’t help but laugh. "Maybe, but you're looking a little scrawny. You'll have to put some meat on those bones before I'd think about taking you into the ring. I don't practice Aikido, but I used to do a lot of competitions. Boxing," he explained, punching at the air as if to emphasize the sport. "I'll have to show you my trophies some time, let you reconsider if you want to fight me."
He winked and lowered his hands. "Come on, you've done good tonight. Let's get you back home to your sisters."

Fortuna smiled at him. "I might surprise you." she responded with a shrug. She was used to being underestimated, but she also did not want to underestimate Remarque. He didn't get to where he was by slacking.
"I guess you will have to show me your trophies when you show me your other form, get all the bragging out of the way at once."
When he mentioned her sisters she nodded. "Yeah I wouldn't want to leave them alone for too long. Thanks for the tips and for your time, I'm sure you've got better things to do."

Remarque nodded, smile still lingering on his face. "You might surprise me," he agreed and gave her a little pat on the back. "We'll do lunch and talk more, maybe you and I can hit the gym sometime. Or we'll pick another night when you and your sisters are more settled in and do this again. I want to make sure you're safe. So," he gave her a stern look.
"If you're ever in any trouble, call me. I don't care what time it is, don't care where you are. Civilian, powered—whatever. If you need help, I'll be there. All right?" He was firm, but genuine; the Dark Mirror Court—and Fortuna—had already suffered enough hardships. He wanted to make sure she got through this better, stronger, than she had been before.
He wanted to see the Court stronger because of her.

Fortuna nodded at him. "That sounds nice, I hope things settle down quickly. You are always welcome at my house, I'm sure my sisters would love to get to know you." She added with a smile.
When Remarque offered help she nodded. Fortuna knew how protective he was, of those he cared about and of his court. She could only hope some day she could make Remarque proud to have her a member of the team.
"I'll do that, thanks again. I'll see you around." She told him with one final wave as she crossed to a mirror and made her way back home.
