"Er ..."
She paused, thinking how to word it.
"Unprofessional things."

Shun just kind of gave her a blank stare.
"Who the hell do you think I am?" he asked. Shaking his head, he let out a breath before starting back towards the exit.

"I don't know!" she shouted down the hall after him. Now she was going to spend the next however-long-it-took going over what she'd just said being completely mortified she'd offended Shun. Shun was scary and she did not want to piss him off.
She went back into her office and slumped into her chair, pulling one of the takeout cartons toward her. Time to stress eat.
Looking at the tiny pile on her desk she realized she'd really bought too much. Maybe Shun would want some when he came back.

And so Shun went on to the store to pick up a bag of dog food first. After stuffing that into his backpack, he made his way to June's apartment, rubbing his head as he stepped on inside, looking around. He had no idea where anything was, exactly, so he tried to spot where the kitchen might be, figuring that was where the dog was fed, typically.

It was a relatively quiet, empty space. What Shun would first notice was the amount of papers, files and pens both neatly put into small file cabinets, followed by the amount of paper, files and pens scattered about the place. The room opened up into a small living room, a meager kitchenette and a door to what was probably a bedroom or a bathroom.
The kitchenette was relatively clean, with only a few miscellaneous things set out that seemed like the leftovers of June's breakfast (a plate with a fork and knife on it, a glass with a saucer of juice still left in the bottom). It also had no obviously dog feeding spot, but a gaze further into the living room held an obvious pair of bowls for food and water, set on a mat to protect the ground from any damage.
There was a small desktop computer set up in the living room and a good number of bookshelves set up with various titles. A TV and couch sat in the living room with a small coffee table stacked with a few newspapers and a couple unwashed mugs with tea bags hanging out the sides. The couch held a few blankets, obviously well loved.
More importantly, Shun would hear the telltale jingle of Captain's dog tags as the little dog wandered towards the entrance. He stood in the living room, staring at Shun with a relatively vacant look on his face. Most likely, he was questioning who the ******** this was and where his owner was.

Hearing the jingle jangle, Shun turned to spot the corgi not too far off. He watched the dog for a moment, trying to discern its behavior to see if it was about to go aggressive on him at all.
"Oi," he greeted, closing the door behind him. He slung the backpack off of his shoulders for a bit to take out the bag of dogfood, then made his way over to where he saw the feeding place. Opening up the bag, he carefully began to pour some into the food bowl.

Captain Darcy couldn't be aggressive if he tried. In fact it was somewhat the opposite; he walked wide circles around Shun, panting and closing his mouth intermittently. He was a cautious, somewhat nervous dog, not unlike his owner.
He didn't approach the bowl instantly, but when Shun gave him some distance he went and crammed his face into the food.

Shun picked up the water bowl to go on and fill that after he filled the food. While Captain was wolfing down his meal, he set it down onto the mat near the canine, then looked around for wherever the leash would be. He didn't talk to the dog any further. He pretty much was just doing whatever he needed to do here.

Shun wouldn't readily find a leash; most of the time June walked her dog without a leash. After some searching he could eventually find it in a small close in one of the hallways.
As soon as the corgi heard the leash he came bounding down the hall (as much as a corgi with stumpy legs could bound), but again looked confused when it was Shun holding it and not June.
If Shun tried to put the leash on, he'd find he was greeted by a very skittish dog. Good luck trying to catch him.

"Come on you. Time to go for a walk," he grumbled before attempting to get a hold of the dog so that he could put the leash on. After a few passes at an attempt, he fetched a bit of dog food and waited for the canine to approach. If it would at all.

It wasn't actually the food that did it, but the word walk. He tilted his head a little and then ran for the door. Once he got there he began the excited corgi bounce.

Shun slowly tilted his head as the dog began to bounce. He went on over to the door, then tried to attach the leash in place. Once that was set, he went on out the door to walk the corgi.

For the remainder of the walk, the corgi was mollified. A little more skittish than usual thanks to the stranger (not that Shun would be able to tell), but still his chubby, usual self.
Captain was an older corgi, adopted from a shelter by June well into his later years. As such, he walked somewhat slow and was keen to smell things intensely, but the flip side was also that he wasn't running around and being horrible.

While they were out, Shun ensured that the corgi got a good length in for a walk, and made sure to clean up after him. He did so begrudgingly, but it had to be done. Whenever that was all done, he started to head back to June's apartment.
"Time to go back," he deadpanned.
He still couldn't really believe he was doing this.

June meanwhile was sending e-mails at a furious rate. One of which was an e-mail with many basic filing documents converted into a fillable, highlight-able format.
Once Captain was released from his leash he waddled over to the couch, pathetically struggled to hop up to it and then curled in a little circle, already tuckered out from the whole experience.
