Shun was starting to get the hang of this, but he still needed to work on his aim. As much as he'd like to get his precision down, there were other ways go to about this as well. He watched as America went to duck behind a stone bench. After shooting a glance to where the tubs of balloons were, he held his hand out, lifting up two balloons now. With a wave of his arm, he lobbed them both at his target. One was a miss. The other was dead on.

An anonymous voice yelled, "Take off yer top!!" from seemingly nowhere, until vision focused on Chel who had taken a seat next to the battle unseen.
It was unclear which of the two she was yelling at.

It caught right as she was fist-pumping over the miss. Eyes going wide and then squinting shut in concentration, America tried to pick up an entire armful of balloons with her mind, but only managed the more reasonable two she already knew was her actual limit. It'd be nice to stay they stopped mid air due to the nice distraction that was Chel, but in reality... "Okay! Okay! Don't think you've won yet though!" Her expression brightened with she waved at Chel. "Come throw s**t at him too, he's doing too ********' well and makin' me look bad!"

"Naw hon- makeup remember?" She pointed to the full face that was never not raccoon makeup. "'Sides m'diggin' the wet t-shirt contest."
Even if Shun's shirt was black.

The distraction from Chel made it almost too easy for him to snatch both of America's balloons right out of the air. He pulled them in closer to own body, for a moment, whipping them around his back before slingshotting them right back at her. One after the other. "Keep commenting, Chel, and the next one is going straight for you," he warned. He didn't look to where she was, wanting to keep focused on his target. He needed to work on his retaliation throws.

"Now don't go messing up a girl's make-up!" Only managing one this time, it went far wide and actually did...almost hit Chel. It was still a good foot wide of her, but still... "Sorry! We're still getting the hang of this s**t!"

Chel didn't even flinch. It was going to take more than a little water balloon to phase her.
She was still trying to get used to the weirdness of ... floating water balloons (and shouldn't they have been more ... covert about it? Damn!), but she figured exposing herself to it was the best way to do so. "All m'sayin' is f'you wanna have a good contest I need t'see a little n** from someone."
She was probably (definitely) ogling America the whole time she said this. Tits were out and Chel was shameless. She threw in a wolf whistle for the performance.

Shun brought up another two as he moved on around another tree to give himself cover. After making note of where everyone was, he poked back around and sent only the first at America. The second came flying after Chel. He did warn her, after all.

America's hand flew up to ward off the oncoming balloon, expression turning surprised and pleased when it stopped mid-air a few feet in front of her. Sending it back, along with another one, neither hit their target, but the girl was still grinning triumphantly that she'd gotten one. "Only one of us can do that without getting in trouble for indecent exposure!"

June had been out walking her corgi. This was a nice little park mostly occupied by school children, so June felt safe just taking a stroll. Today she had even ventured to wear a pair of shorts, which was rare for the person who was somewhat insecure about showing off parts of her body.
Now she was dripping wet as a stray water balloon had smacked into the front of her chest and splashed her entire front side. Even her glasses were knocked astray, somewhere on the ground. Luckily she wasn't Velma blind, but with the water she was a little preoccupied.

"Good thing there's no cops around," Chel commented as the water balloon sailed over her head, leaving her completely dry. "Yikes. They gave you a badge with that arm?"

"What the ******** do you think I am?" he shot at Chel regarding the cop comment. His eyes caught some movement out of the corner of his eyes, but he didn't look to see who had just been hit with one of the stray water balloons. Instead, he just turned towards the pink haired girl and sent two flying straight for her.

"Hi miss!" America called out to the civilian casualty with friendly smile. "Since you're already wet, d'you wanna join in and get some revenge? Officer Shun could use the practice!" America was not one to apologize, especially when it wasn't her fault. She was also entirely the sort of person who just railroaded a situation into normalcy in order to avoid reprimand. Nothing odd here! Join in or move along!A balloon shot through the clearing, pegging Shun cleanly in the chest. All the better to enable Chel's wet t-shirt request! The other, sadly, was stopped in its tracks.

June used a sleeve to wipe off part of her face. She scooted a little closer to the twosome, bringing her little corgi in tow. Captain Darcy was completely enamored, needless to say, because now there were colored objects flying in front of his face.
Chase.
June looked at America and was encouraged to join, but then looked back at Shun, who slightly intimidated her. She was being tugged in a lot of directions.
"Well ... okay. Do you mind if I let Captain off his leash? He might jump up on you a little bit though." Shun too, considering the balloons were flying both ways.

Chel meanwhile, was letting out a tiny, "You feel better now?" she yelled at him, pulling her shirt up to wipe her face. Still no damage to the makeup. "Or are you tryin' t'get my shirt off- 'cause that don't take no balloons, officer!"

Just as he turned back towards America, he felt a balloon explode on his chest. It wasn't the greatest sensation for what was a fairly sore spot on his body. With a low hiss, he called two more balloons close to him as he went back into cover. "I am not the only one who needs practice, America," he uttered before giving a sharp look at Chel, "Shut it."And finally, he looked over at June. His gaze lingered on her for several moments before he shot both of his projectiles right at America.

America took a water balloon to the knee, collapsing down to the ground with the defeated cry of, " PUPPY! OH MY GOD COME HERE! COME TO AMERICA!"
Its legs were so stumpy oh god.One balloon went whizzing past June, seemingly from nowhere, while another beaned Shun in the butt.
