It seems everyone has made it inside, mean while, Lance had stayed at the entrance of the assembly hall. He knew he had to enter, but scowled at the idea of the fact that they kept it at a cool temperature. Feeling the presence of someone, Leo blinked with a curious expression, and looked down to see that Eva was keeping him company. He knew she wanted to assist him in the whole keeping him warm thing, and appreciated that she had kept this issue between ONLY them. His hand closet to her twitched, as he stared to the top of her head blankly.
She really was driving his desires. He had vivid memories of slightly parted lips, sharp inhales, even remembers pressing bodies onto the other stranger, feeling the softness of a womans- Lance snapped out of his day dream when he heard the first teacher from Atlas explain herself. Once he was back in reality, he even saw how his hand had almost landed on Eva's shoulder, and quickly withdrew himself before anyone even noticed. He looked back at the Teachers, and proceeded to listen in.
When Chrissy had mentioned how she was surprised that her, and Yoru were founded out, Lance looked away and spat. "Because you're old" he whispered to himself. Hearing the sounds of the teacher's weapon being drawn, he tiredly looked in her direction. So, she's asking for everyone to reveal their abilities? How naive of her. Lance thought to himself. After all, if everyone knew each others abilities, then whats the point of the element of surprise when it would come to the tournaments?
Lance jumped to the sudden voice of Eva, who had remained quiet for some time, to introduce herself, and do as she was asked. However, when Eva asked Lance to go next, He stared at her blankly, and a bit lost. Though he listened in on key points of everyone's conversation, he didn't care so much to pay attention to the rest. Lance removed his gaze on her, to the top of her head, and saw a leaf planted in her hair. Maybe from earlier when they were in the forest? Lance reached out, and carefully pulled the leaf from her hair, and turned his attention to the teacher. "Lance.....and I have a leaf..." He began to sarcastically motion his hand about while making Swooshing sound effects. He then moved his attention over to Hirsch with the same dull expression. "Hirsch...Your turn." He stated loud enough for him to hear.

Hirsch turned around, still in awe of everything around him. He almost didn't hear Chrissy and Nora address them in his star-struck daze.
The little Deer Faunus shook his head, turning his attention to them. He narrowed his eyes as he listened to them very carefully. Introductions, huh? But wouldn't revealing their abilities be counter-productive? He shrugged. Well, it can't be helped. he thought.
His ears flicked in surprise when Lance told him to go. It was his turn already? Wow, okay, then.
Hirsch cleared his throat. "Well, uh, I'm Hirsch Lightfoot. Just call me Hirsch, please. I'm more of a medium-range shooter," he pulled out his pistols. He pressed a button in them, and then pistols unfolded into two, thin blades, extending past his elbows. "And a bit of a swords fighter, too." He closed the blades and holstered the weapons. "As for my semblance...Well, I guess you can say jumping's my thing." he said with a shrug.
The Faunus boy looked around the room, trying to figure out who to pick next. He spotted the other Faunus. What was her name again?
He pointed to Lilian. "I'm sorry, I forgot your name again. It's Lilian, isn't it?" he asked. He dropped his hand and lowered his ears apologetically. "And sorry. I know it's rude to point, but I couldn't remember your name to save me..."

Clawing at the air near her throat as her face began to turn blue, she felt a good stern pat on her back, allowing her to cough out the small piece of rock candy, followed by taking in several breaths and more coughing. Once her nerves was called, she looked to her savior with teary eyes from at that coughing, and whimpered. "Thank you!" She said with a weak shaky tone of voice. After straightening her posture, and letting out a soft sigh, she moved her gaze back to Garnet, and just as quick lightly blushed to his suggestion. "N-NO!" She was quick to protest yet again. Her eyes eased, and looked away as she began to fiddle with her fingers. "It really isn't like that!......It's just...you know....I never.....that....or seen.....you know....." Her words were shaking from embarrassment, and the more she tried to explain her situation using carefully picked words, the more she became flustered.
Eventually her ears flopped over her face to hide behind, she felt like crying for how frustrating this was for her. She bore no intimate feelings for Leo, and already half the group seems to think otherwise, well, in her perspective that's how it seems. However, her ears perked up as well as her head in the direction of Hirsch who had addressed her. She kinda gave a weary smile in his direction as he had stated his uncertainty to remembering of her name. "O-Oh!.....It's fine...." Lilian then smiled to the teachers, and felt a bit shy for being put on the spot. "W-Well.....I'm Lilian.....I have a twin brother named Umbra......As for my weapon....." She trailed off and pointed to her heels. "As demonstrated earlier......they aren't really shoes.....heh."
At this point, Lilian had already began twirling her right pointer finger through her fine silky hair as a way to help calm her nerves. She was on more edge due to the fact that she wasn't with her twin.....He completed her, and helped her be at ease. With him missing, she was at a lost, and didn't know how to properly interact with everyone else. One would even say that she looked to Leo to fill in the supporting roll. But, with everyone jumping to conclusions, she had to keep her wits to herself....somehow. "U-Um.....I like sweet treats.......and carrots.......and um....." She then quickly looked away while pointing at Garnet. "Y-Your turn!" She hoped the information she provided would be sufficient enough for the teachers.

『When Lilian got embarrassed, Garnet bowed his head in shame, not realizing it was a bit of a sensitive subject for poor Lilian. "Didn't mean to upset you... Sorry..." He mumbled before looking away to prevent himself from further upsetting her.
From then on, Garnet listened to the others speaking and talking about themselves. He would shake his head with a small sigh, as he was no where near conversation worthy. At least, he thought so. He cursed the heavens when the stage was turned over to him and he stood up. He kept his eyes to the ground, though, shaking his head so that his hair would hang over them. After all, he didn't want people to stare more than they needed to... "I've been called a lot of things, but you can all call me Garnet," Garnet started. "I fight with my twin katanas, called the Ariadne Dracul, but I'm also decent at hand to hand. I suppose I don't have an 'specialties', really..." Garnet frowned a bit. It was bad manners to tell the people you'd just met that you spent most of your life as a thief, so he left that out. "My semblance allows me to alter someone's perception so that they won't notice me. Other than that, I'm really not that interesting..." He would conclude, kicking at the ground a bit as he put his hands into his pockets. He glanced around, spotting Leo first. "You're up next, Boss." He would say, nodding to him.』
Leo would frown in thought when the topic of introductions came up. He already had a general idea for most of their skill sets based on how they acted, their gear, and their movements. The mentioning of their semblances seemed to be a way to try and aid team bonding. 'No secrets kept between brothers and sisters in arms' Dalan would say in the back of his mind. When Garnet selected him to speak next, Leo would sigh softly and pick up his blade rig, slipping out the blades individually as he spoke.
"My name is Leo Firesoul. My weapons are Anima..." He would take the twin daggers, lock their hilts against the backs of the blades and throw them high into the air. "Phasma..." His saw-toothed long swords were the next to be sent into the air. "Umbra, and Deus..." Drawing the long sword with the enclosed hilt and the great sword he had used in the forest from the rig last, he would pull a trigger in-bedded into the hilt of Deus, causing the blade to split in half and slide out a few inches in either direction with a snap. Silently, he would slip Umbra into the guard of Deus, holding the weapon out slightly so that the two Phasma blades would fall into the guard hilt first. He would then catch the two Anima daggers and lock them into place in the hilt as well, releasing the trigger he was holding to have the entire guard lock everything down tightly.
"... And lastly, Unity Concordia..." Leo would say with a hint of pride in his voice as he rested the ultra class great sword on his shoulder. I am a front line fighter, with years of experience fighting many different kinds of Grimm on the road." He would explain, looking to Chrysanthemum solemnly as he did. "My master trained me in hand to hand, sword techniques, and survival. My semblance... Allows me to take a lot of punishment, and turn that into monstrous power..." Leo would say carefully, never having liked what his semblance did to him while in battle. Sheathing Unity Concordia in the rig, he would place it back to the ground, still causing a loud thud as he did. With a glance, he would nod to Marten. "Your turn big guy..." He would say casually as he sat down next to his things, keeping his hand on the rig out of habit.

𝕸𝔞𝔯𝔱𝔦𝔫 𝕿𝔬𝔭𝔞𝔷 ♉ ♉ ♉【Profile Link】♉ ♉ ♉【Semblence: Active/ Not Active】♉ ♉ ♉【Cooldown: 0 Posts】♉ ♉ ♉ Marten listens as the teachers introduce themselves and tell of the initial plans. He was somewhat glad to have missed out on the big fight, knowing he wouldn't have been the best in that situation. He turned his head slightly as the other students began to introduce themselves. He chuckles when he notices he is the last student to be called to introduce himself. Marten was a little shocked at Leo's weapon, noting that it seemed a little bit extreme for someone to be using in combat. Then again, Marten had his own strange version of his weapon that hadn't been used much.
Marten nods when Leo passes the torch to him. "First things first then. My name is Marten Topaz. I came here from Atlas Academy due to, philosophical differences with most of the other students. My primary weapon is Golden Sun." He shrugs, the shield on his backsliding down to his arm and he lifts it up. "This is the main form of it, where I can use my gun through the center of it. I can also split the shield into smaller part that cover my arms, if I have to fight up close. There is a final form that I'm not very good with, easier to show than explain."
With that Marten moves to a fairly open area of the Hall and shifts his grip on Golden Sun. He attaches the two long clips of ammo to something on the back of the shield. After that he tosses the shield up and then swings with the clips. He spins, controlling the shield like a deadly yo-yo. After a few swings he pulls the weapon back in and detaches the clips. "So that is my weapon and it's form. My semblance is another strange one as well. I can control stone and use my mind to reform it. Give me some time and I can make a wall, otherwise I can put a small trap down, or wrap stone around my legs to make using my gun easier and not have to deal as much with recoil."
With that Marten shifts his shield to his back. He looks around, not spotting any other students that hadn't introduced themselves. Marten gives a small shrug and looks back to the teachers, giving them a nod to indicate that he was done. Stats:

Upon further walking down the hallway, Rosa was greeted by yet another one of her assistants. This one had a clip board with urgency to speak with her. "Sir, we gathered information from one of stationary with the Maiden." The woman waited for acknowledgement before continuing. Rosa raised her left hand to the woman as acceptance. "Yes..It would seem their tactics are being organized be the following." The woman flipped through the papers before handing the document to Rosa. While in her casual long strides down the academy, she took the clipboard, and began skimming over the detailed information that was recorded neatly. Flipping back to the front, Rosa handed the document back to her assistant. "Good work." She gave small praise to her hard working assistant who seemed to smile at Rosa's response.
"Be sure to inform headquarters of any new development, and continue to keep me updated with any events or sudden changes." The knighted woman added. Her assistant bowed her head to Rosa. Finally, the two entered the main Assembly Hall where they just came in on the last student introducing himself from Atlas. Rosa raised a brow with slight interest, and began to scan the room. They were young.....Did they know of their purpose, or did the Beacons headmaster decide to keep that a secrete as well? Once the Boy finished speaking, her Assistant tried to urge Rosa to continue preperations. "Sir i-" Rosa raised hear hand for only a moment before lowering it back to her side. This was her polite way of hold on a minute, rather than saying hush or any other harsh form of telling one to be quiet. Slowly, Rosa began to walk towards the group.
"Under the level winter sky I saw a thousand crows go by. They sang an idle song and free As they went up to cavalry.
Careless of eye and coarse of lip, They marched in holiest fellowship. That heaven might heal the world, they gave Their earth-born dreams to deck the grave.
With souls unpurged and steadfast breath They supped the sacrament of death. And for each one, far off, apart, Seven swords have rent a woman's heart........"
Rosa ended taking her last step as she stood defiantly next to the teacher from Atlas. As she had spoken through her helmet, it rang of a metallic tone, which masked her feminine voice, and made it sound more masculine. No, there was no device to help mask her voice, nor did she even wanted to sound like one. She was 100% woman, and was proud of it. Rather or not others knew she was a woman or man was not her concern. Sure, she may come off as all male, but that is not the case here. Folding her arms over her armored chest, she leaned slightly back, scanning the students once more. "Who can name the Author to that Poem?" Rosa decided to give these children their first surprise quiz.

♞ Evangeline "Eva" Angeli ♞
┌
Eva softly chuckled as Lance blew off the introduction, thinking that he assumed anyone who was terribly clever would learn his abilities rather quickly after seeing him fight. She lightly bumped her shoulder against his as she listened to the others introduce themselves and explain their strengths. It worried her some that she was the only one to specialize in long range fighting, all of the others focusing more on close combat or somewhat mid-range fighting.
When Rosa came in she was surprised, thinking it was another teacher who had made time to join them. The question made her automatically raise her hand as she did recognize the poem that had been recited. "Um, that's 'Marching Men' by Marjorie Pickthall," she said, blushing slightly at the attention but standing firm at Lance's side. She trusted that he at least wouldn't make fun of her for being smart.
『Garnet watched as the remaining students reintroduced themselves and nodded, mildly intrigued. A voice came soon after, reciting a poem he had heard at least once from his sister. However, that being the case, he could not recall the author, or even the poem's name. As they entered and went to stand beside the white-haired teacher, his golden eyes narrowed a bit as the armored... Man? Woman? Whatever. He had difficulty discerning the gender of the new body in the room, but it hardly mattered to Garnet. They gave of a vibe of intimidation and that made him uneasy, so he lowered his gaze and remained silent, thankful that Eva was at least able to answer the question. Whether she was correct or not, he didn't know. He never was the most intelligent, as he had grown up to be more street smart than book smart. Regardless, he had faith in her answer and gave her a quick, supportive smile before looking back at the floor.』
Hirsch looked around, surprised. Was that really everyone? Huh. Well, they may have just enough people to make complete teams, then. Unless he was doing his math wrong, which was a high possibility.
Hirsch's ears twitched in surprise when the man? Woman? Well, new teacher, for now, approached the other teachers. He stared at this newcomer curiously. A poem? He didn't know a lot about poems.
His ears twitched again when Eva answered. He whistled. "Wow. Never would have known that." he said, trying to encourage her. He could see how she often seemed to be terribly self-conscious. A little encouragement never hurt anybody, especially if it meant helping them. He gave her a thumbs up to level up said encouragement. Or maybe that was too much...?
Leo would glance back to the teachers when a third had appeared next to them. He would freeze for a moment when he saw the armor, knowing who it was that they were looking at. Old Dalan had told Leo enough stories about the headmistress of Atlas' academy to know that her presence here was not a good sign. He would quickly force himself to regain a neutral expression as she spoke a poem to them. 'Marching Men...? A test to see our knowledge in literature...? I fail to see a reasoning behind it.' He would comment silently in the back of his mind.
Glancing over to Eva as she answered almost immediately, Leo would crack a small smile. 'Book smart, and a sniper... Somehow that doesn't surprise me. She'll be one to keep an eye on...' He would note before looking back to the teachers. After a moment, Leo would begin to feel a throbbing pain in his temples. Cursing under his breath, he would close his eyes and begin to dig through his pack, seeking out the herbal remedy that he kept on hand for cases like this. After a few moments of searching, he would conclude that he was out of the herbs and curse once again, keeping as quiet as he could. Sighing softly in distress, he would lay on the ground and use his left arm to cover his eyes, his right hand gripping the hilt of Unity Concordia for some small comfort as the start of his migraine hit him like a Karkaduun.

With the leaf still in hand, and continuously, yet quietly, Lance was still making the swooshing sound effect, as if the leaf was flying about. However, When Eva had bumped her shoulder to him, Lance dropped his leaf, and discontinued the sound to look at her with a dull- if not blank expression. "I dropped my leaf." Lance stated calmly before relaxing his expression to a small smile.
When a new teacher entered the room, he saw everyone's confusion and reaction. True, it was hard to tell the gender, but what of it? What if this new character was both genders? Like, a hermaphrodite? Wouldn't that be interesting? When he was about to ask the teacher their gender, the new comer began with a poem. It didn't make much sense at a time like this, but perhaps there was an ulterior meaning?
Though, looking back to Eva who knew the answer, he only smiled once more, and gently patted her on the mid center of her back. "Impressive." He praised her for being smart, there is nothing wrong with knowing literature, especially one of good taste.

While waiting for a response, her Assistant whispered in her ear noting to one of the other students. Though her head did not move, her eyes landed upon Leo. She did recall him from earlier years, but that memory has been long forgotten...for now. Rosa snapped back her attention, and moved her gaze to the one who answered her question. "Very good." She praised Eva. The armored woman placed her hands behind her back, and began to take several steps forward, scanning everyone once more. "Now, who can tell me why I picked such specific literature? Whats the meaning behind the Poem?.......Anyone?" She stopped in her tracks when she heard the shuffling sound of Leo laying down on the ground. She didn't care for his lack of showing respect in front of his elders, but it would see he had some kind of issue bothering him, or possibly making him incapable to comprehend this small session. "Boy, if something is bothering, or if you have some form of medical issue, than it would be proper to inform your teammates of such matters rather than further endangering them later on." She then reached into her small pouch and tossed him a little vile. "This should remedy any ailment you may have. It will dull any pain for at least an hour." It was important to keep spirits up, as well as health in check. Turning her attention back to the other students, she awaited for an answer to the follow-up question.

╔══════════☣═══════════╗ Yoru Burakkudaria Headmaster of Beacon ╚══════════☣═══════════╝
As Yoru walked down the many halls of Beacon, he would pull out his scroll and connect to the schools security system. Listening to each student give their respective introductions he smiled as all but one gave a satisfactory hello. He would have to have a word with Lance later on about this.
As he rounded the final corner to the Assembly Hall he listened to the Iron Giant give her question. Opening the doors he gave another smile as Eva answered the question. Walking directly towards the students he thanked God that he didn't have a large crowd to address like last year.
"My apologies for my tardiness y'all. I had some business to discuss with the other headmasters here at the school. But I must say that each of you have been accepted to this school for one reason or another, be it your intellect, your leadership abilities, your strength, possibly it is a combination of a multitude of reasons. Regardless of the reason you must further strengthen your skills to cover your weaknesses and your team members, for they will be your team mates for at least the next four years, if not the rest of your lives.
Now I heard all of your introductions and I guess I should do the same. I am Yoru Burakkudaria and I am a close quarters combatant, specializing in a multitude of different hand to hand martial arts. This is my weapon, Elemental Calamity and Elemental Destruction, a pair of gauntlets and boots that allow me to channel dust into my attacks. It allows for a great amount of diversity at the cost of diversity in weapon ranges." As he said this Yoru activated his weapon turning the circular armbands and leg bands into their true forms, a Gauntlet and Metallic Boots.
"Now I'm pretty sure each one of you is ready to hear who got assigned to which team so here is my evaluation. Leo Firesoul, Lillian Periwinkle, Marten Topaz, and a new student who eventually will make his way here will make up Team FLMM (pronounced Flame), lead by Leo Firesoul. While Evangeline Angeli, Lance Abadon, Garnet Pendragon, and Hirsch Lightfoot will make up Team ALPH (pronounced Alpha), which will be lead by, Evangeline Angeli. I would like to congratulate all of y'all on a job well done."
Lance faded into existence behind Yoru before he began to speak to the students. His eyes darted around to each and every new student underneath his mask. He wondered which ones would stand out and which ones would fall behind. The ones who were basically the worst of the bunch would be the ones Lance would spend more time helping so he needed to make sure he memorized every single face. It was a shame he could of not seen the students in action earlier but he was in no rush. He glanced over to Rosa who was already acting superior again. Lance rolled his eyes before directing his focus back to the students. Another thing that became apparent was the low number of students this year. What was going on to warrant this? Maybe it was to do with the amount of casualties rising in the past few years or the fact that kids these days weren't as interested in fighting grimm. Whatever the reason, it did not matter right now.
