"Yes... that works I suppose," he replied slowly. Shun would have made due with a reading of the sections and him filling it out via speech-to-text, but this would do too... Even if it meant basically telling her straight up all his medical information.

And so it continued on until they got to one box in particular. "Um, nature of the injury? You can pretty much describe whatever you want here it's only used as reference if box 16B can't be categorized."

"Multiple lacerations to the left arm and torso," he mumbled.

"Oh ... I'm sorry to hear that," she said quietly, tapping out as much on the keyboard. "Is it true it was some kind of ... werewolf thing? Some things people have been saying have been um. Odd." She waved her hands. "NOT that I doubt what Jeremiah's report says or anything."

"I heard he had a tail or something," she said, filling in the next few boxes on her own because they were inferential from other parts. "Some people are just so crazy."
And by the tone of her voice, Shun didn't know the half of it. "You know someone tried to convince me the other day that our park's sprinklers were spraying acid? Just crazy."

"Furry? Is that like a gang or something?" June continued to fill out the form as she talked, having now moved on to the section the department had to fill out to move things along.
"And yeah. Some old man saw people screaming near them and assumed we were filtering acid through our sprinklers." She looked at Shun with an incredulous look. "I know, right?"

June let out a little laugh, somewhere between a bell and a trill. "It is nuts. I guess it makes our job more fun though."
She pushed up her glasses one more time and reached for something on her desk, only to knock over her jar of pens. "Oh rats." With a sigh she began collecting them up.

Shaking his head, he raised his brow as she managed to knock over all her pens. With a sigh, Shun went ahead and helped pick them all up. The normal way. He was not going to be floating s**t around here.
"Anything else on the form?"

"Well ... more fun to deal with men in weird costumes than normal people, right?" She spoke from ignorance, not malice. "Oh! Sorry I didn't mean to make light of your injuries or anything ..."
She turned back to the computer, trying to sweep the awkward comment under the rug. "Um, just the last part you have to sign. You can either do it with a 4 number pin or you can just use the mouse and make a little squiggle. Then we can save the squiggle signature in the computer and use it on any future documents."

"Normal people are easier to predict," Shun grunted. With a sigh, he reached over for the mouse and did a very rough signature squiggle of sorts.
