"Hmm... I'm sure anything will be good! I'll just take whatever!" He smiled and nodded his head, causing his hair to bounce. Even if he didn't like the flavor, he was a professional! He'd just act like he enjoyed it!
"I think you looked good. Take my phone so you can take the pictures of me!" The colt grinned, preparing a pose as he stood and held out his hoof up near his muzzle at the ready for whatever she gave him.

Stormy wriggled over to her cart and looked over her flavors. She scooped out a almost perfectly round pink ball of ice cream with chunks of red inside. "Coralberry flavor." she announced, handing over the cone. "Pink coral with chunks of strawberries." She puffed up just a little from one of her newest flavors. The filly took the phone, and after a little fiddling around, figured out the buttons for the camera. "Uhm..say ice cream?"

Huh. Coralberry. That sounded interesting? With a shrug Synth reached out to take the cone, holding it up in front of him.
"Ice cream!" He winked, diving on in and taking a lick.
Well, the strawberries were good and the coral gave it some crunch...
He tilted his head, trying to make sure she was getting his best angle.

Was this right? He kept moving, why did he always tilt one way? Weird guy. Stormy huffed and kept hitting the camera button whenever he posed and the phone made a little beep button. She wasn't sure she was doing this correctly...

Synthesis finished eating and licked his lips. "Well, we should've gotten a couple good pics out of that! Now we just have to run over clips and hang the posters up everywhere and everyone will start flocking to you!" The colt laughed, taking back his phone before her dashed to the store across the street.
Quickly he printed out a couple copies of the photos he thought were best, running back across the street with them and some thick black markers to write the information on them with. "Alright! Let's get to work!"

She looked at the posters he printed out and was really unsure about putting pictures of herself up all over. Wow did she really look like that? She ran her hoof through her mane while looking at the poster. She was distracted from the picture by one of the black markers. She uncapped it and it smelled very strong. "Woof, ugh. So what should we write?"

"Well, you need all the important information sooo... What your business is called should be at the top and then at the bottom should be where they can find you!" Synth smiled, uncapping his own marker as her wrote down her beach location.
"What are you calling your ice cream stand anyway?"

"Parfait's Ice Cream Emporium" She thought a moment. "Or maybe..Stormy's Sea: Treats and Cream!" After a long pause. "Ehhh..it's a work in progress.." She just wrote "Ice Cream" in big, black letters along with the location of her stand underneath it.

Synth stared at the mer for a moment before writing in big letters "Stormy's Sea Treats" at the top of his stack of posters. When he was finished he stacked them together and tapped them to neaten the pile before getting up.
"Time to hang these babies around town! Lets meet back here when we're done!" He beamed before dashing down the street.

"H..Hey wa.." annnndd he was gone. She huffed. She wasn't as quick as he was on land! Getting out her scooter, she puttered around, putting up her posters on light poles, in store windows, and some walls of larger buildings. With her last poster hung, she wandered back towards her ice cream stand. Phew..what a day. Really, all of this was so much trouble and for what..?

Synthesis raced around town, pausing only to tack posters to windows and walls. Once his stack was gone he charged on back to the beach to see the fruits of their labors. By that time a small crowd had gather around the beach.
"Hi! Hello!" He called, waving his hoof at all the customers as he scooted through trying to find Stormy.

Stormy's jaw dropped a little. There was a small crowd around her stand! "E..excuse me! Pardon me! Can I just.." pushing her scooter, she carefully slithered through the crowd, getting over to her stand. She could hear Synth's little voice. "Hi? Hey! Hey! Synth!" She couldn't see him over the crowd. "Back here!" She waved her ocean blue arm frantically.

With a grin Synth squeezed over to Stormy's side. "See! It just took a little bit more work and now business is booming!" The colt gestured to the crowd. "All you needed was a little bit of advertising and now you're certainly going to get famous for your creations!" He giggled.

She nodded in awe. "I guess you're right." People started to ask questions from the crowd. What flavors were there? How many scoops could they have? How many days of the week was the stand open? Stormy's eyes teared up and she could help but to laugh. The colts' silly little plan actually worked! "Thanks Synth." she wiped a laugh tear from her eye. "I guess you're plan wasn't that silly after all." She threw open her stand, jammed scoops into some of her ice cream containers, squared up her shoulders and put on her best business mare smile. "Ice Cream! Get Ice Cream here!"
