Her head turned to look at her beasts before giving the other Alkidike her attention again. A light shrug of her shoulders came as a prelude her answer, "Haven't caught one yet. Besides, they do tend to be just a tad too temperamental to be near my daughters." And she didn't want anything to happen to her children simply because she wanted to keep a beast.

Well at least it wasn't due to a bad review. She looked around at the beach yet again and smiled. "Do you know where I can find the beasts?" Ariya figured she might as well ask. Since she was likely to get a better answer out of a fellow Alk than she was a Matorian native. "I'd like to get one and then head back to Chibale."

She nodded her head and then pointed to a stretch of beach down the way. "You can usually find them a little farther down that way. They lay their eggs in the tall grass." Dem smirked a little. "Careful though, if you find a mother you're in for a fight."

Once she was pointed in the right direction she grinned. "Thank you sister." She gripped her spear and headed off with a small wave. "Come see me in Chibale, huh?" Ariya winked that Dem then hurried along.

She nodded as she was thanked and watched as the other Alk walked away. Dem thought about her last words. She did need to make a trip home at some point. It had been years and she felt so disconnected.
