"Aw, man. You don't have your own dorm or anything like that even while attending SHP?" he asked, giving him a sympathetic look. "That must suck big time. Well, at least you're almost done there, so there's a chance things might change for the better."
With his arm around Minoru's shoulders, Kit reached his fingertips out to touch the ends of his companion's asymmetrically cut teal locks. "Nothing wrong with that," he answered. "I'm not real good with traditional relationships myself. But hey, the more people you get to know, the more you learn about people in general, right? And, at the same time, the more you come to learn about yourself. Stuff like what you are or aren't looking for and how you want or don't want to be treated."Unoderi ((Nooo, don't be sorry! Minoru shook his head, his voice starting to lull a bit at Kit's touch. "No, nothing like that," he said, his tone softer than usual. "I wish I did, but my mother is too attached. She'd throw a fit if I lived on campus."
He'd gone quiet then, gently brushing lips against the fingertips that toyed with his hair. "Are you leaving soon?" he asked. "As you say, I want to learn more about you. But in other ways, not just this."

"Hahaha, I gotcha. Sounds like she cares about you a lot to want to keep you so close, even if it sounds like she might be smothering you."
Kit's own lips parted slightly when Minoru's touched his fingers. At the question he was posed, his crooked grin returned. "I can stay as long as you like, precious. But here's not the only place to get to know each other. If you want to go somewhere else, we can do that too. Your call." He winked. "Once in a while I listen to my elders."

Affirmation pleased Minoru more than he realized. Unfortunately, there was the matter of where. Home was definitely not an option despite the convenience; he didn't have the money for a hotel as he only came to wallow in his loneliness over a drink; and Phil would have his hide if he tried a bathroom stall again...
There was always Xenia's place, only three blocks from the bar. But was he really desperate enough to use her place to sate something even water couldn't quench?
He eyed Kit up and down.
Welp, desperate times call for desperate measures. Finding the spare key to her apartment shouldn't be too hard.
Minoru cocked his head to the door. "My friend's place is only a short walk from here," he said. "Wanna go?"

"'Your friend's', huh?" he chuckled. "Must be a really good friend. Sure, we can go." He smirked. "I'd offer to head back to my place, but I'm not sure the Hillworth dorms are ideal for a situation like this. Not to mention I don't think you'd be too happy to see your old alma mater."
Sliding off the stool, he gestured with an extended arm. "After you, 'Trooper."

The chuckle echoed sounded humdrum as the teal-haired male dug into his pocket and dropped a crumbled bill on the counter for his beer. "Xenia, my friend, won't mind." Much.
"It's an interesting option, but you're right, it isn't an ideal choice. But not because it is my old school." Minoru reached a hand over and gently grasped Kit's wrist. "We just have a noisy night ahead of us."
Despite its distance, the walk to Xenia's was hardly a journey. An elevator trip to the fourth floor of the apartment complex and her place was only four doors down. Even the spare key was as cliche as they come—under a flowerpot. After sliding the key into the lock and clicking it open, Minoru presented the entryway.
"After you," he offered.
Kitomyx Hope a quick timeskip is fine! :> If you wanted them to talk during the walk, do lemme know and I'll edit accordingly.

"If you say so," the younger male answered, watching as Minoru took his wrist. The other's comment elicited another laugh. "Fair enough."
Kit wasn't the sort to mind long walks, especially when he had someone pretty to look at along the way. He found himself wanting to take out his sketchpad to draw his teal-haired acquaintance, even if it was just the back of his head. What stuck in Kit's mind, however, were the expressions Minoru had worn earlier when he'd been speaking, like when he'd looked away in embarrassment.
Too bad other things weren't so easily captured on paper, such as the sound of the teal-haired man's tone when he'd said certain things or the feel of his fingertips against Kit's lips. Replaying those things in his mind to better commit them to memory, Kit hardly realized they had reached their intended destination until Minoru invited him to enter the open doorway of his friend's apartment.
"Thank you," he replied, gazing at his companion with half-lidded eyes that reflected the lustful, hungry, sly nature of the smirk that played on his lips. He then proceeded to enter.Unoderi ((Of course~! Thanks for doing that. ^_^))

Xenia's place was a simple thing; living arrangements to the right, bedrooms and bathroom to the left, always smelling of peppermint to the point Minoru hated it. He'd been through that enough times where the idea of self-control seemed like an afterthought. As soon as the apartment door was clicked close, his hands were on Kit and lingering anywhere there was skin—hands, arms, the back of his neck.
But then he withdrew from his forwardness and couldn't help resting his temple on the other's shoulder. "This isn't too forward, is it?" he asked. "It's... been a while."

The black-haired youth was just taking in his surroundings when he felt the touch of Minoru's hands and took a sharp breath. At the other's question, however, Kit smiled warmly and put up his hand to cup Minoru's cheek.
"You can't be too forward with me," he assured the orange-eyed man. "Just tell me what you want. Or, even better, just do it. Take it." Putting his other arm around Minoru's waist, Kit gingerly kissed the top of his teal-haired head.Unoderi ((Hehe, are you set to invisible on AIM, Uno? 'Cause I tried to message you several times on there, but I've never seen it say you're online and it won't let me send you messages when you're offline. ^_^; ))

Minoru, by nature, wasn't greedy, yet then and there, all he wanted to was take and take. Hands twined about Kit's waist and pulled him close. His lips parted as if he wanted to say something, but whatever words he dare speak were stalled when he slid lips to Kit's. Then the agony from the bar he held dissipated as he reveled in the softness he only had the honor of feeling on his thumb.

Kit's eyes seemed to glaze over as Minoru took him by the waist to bring him close. He stared at Minoru's parted lips with a dazed look before moaning softly in surprise and pleasure at the unexpected kiss.
Overwhelmed by the urges which, until then, had been largely suppressed, Kit moved to trap Minoru's body between the nearest wall and his own, kissing back hard and passionately. At the back of his mind he absently hoped the apartment's owner wouldn't return too soon because he had a feeling that neither he nor Minoru would be getting much sleep that night.Unoderi ((Ohh, I see. <3 You're fine, thanks for letting me know!))
