Cid was still in his shoes thankfully and was walking over to the turtles to figure out the best way to approach moving them. The look on his face, the bright eyed look, was like the way he got whenever he opened a brand new box of delivery at work. The latest and greatest things from Japan. "... oh, my lovely splendorous sexy nymph, we will rock that s**t. They will absolutely have the turtle's sewer and a dojo. "

Wendy tried not to smile, every time, at his goofy stupid names for her. She always failed. "I think I have a one of those tupperware storage tubs.." She nodded to the turtles and moved down the small hall to the slide open the closet door. A plastic storage bin was yanked haphazardly (and noisily judging by the sound of tumbling STUFF) into the hall and she came back out. "It'll get them to your place for now. Or we can leave them for the night and plan accordingly for tomorrow."

Cid shook his head as she dumped at the container and walked over to her. He pressed a hand against her arm so that she would put it down. "Tomorrow, let's worry about it then. Let's just take the food with us. They'll survive the night here and we can plan on where we want them and get it set up." A hand was lifted, fingers curling against her neck, and then he was tugging her for a kiss. "Way too hungry to worry about it anyway," he murmured against her lips.

"Alright.." She smirked and shrugged, tossing the container willy nilly when he told her to wait. It clattered noisily back down the hall. Wendy couldn't really verbalize what had bothered her about true, public commitment. Blaming her job was an excuse, perhaps it some illusion of being tied down, but now that she'd made the choice it didn't seem so terrible. At least not for now. And happy Cid was best Cid. "Well let's go eat then-" She didn't resist being pulled into a kiss but shove him lightly as if the time spent kissing was taking up time that could be eating. "C'mon." Another kiss before she grabbed her bag and laptop.

Cid was shoved away but only after sneaking in a lip nibble. He was going for the get the food to carry and then waiting by the door for her. The short man was leaning against the door frame, watching her. He definitely looked happy and more than a little besotted. "Come on, sexy thing, let's get our grub on. We can talk more about that new AU on the way."

"Zombie robots.." Was all she said, "Even though you know I hate zombies but.. robots.." She moved to the door and nudged him out, pulling it shut behind her, "Also the Deadpool blu ray came in." She made a face but it was their duty as nerds to watch it again. Wendy did pause outside the door, adjusting her bag, and hooking him with a finger, "I'm sorry I'm a s**t-" she said it again softly.

"No zombie apocalypse should pass up the chance to have robots be part of it," Cid insisted with a grin. He went when nudged, making a bit of a face at the fact that they were going to be watching Deadpool again. As much as he cosplayed the anti-hero vigilante one would think he liked the character. That was so, so far from the truth ... Wendy hooking him had him stepping close, hands finding her lips and resting there. "It doesn't matter, Wendy," his voice was quiet, blue eyes searching her face, "because you're mine and I'm yours." Cid grinned at her, looking impish. "... but I can think of a few ways you can make it up to me if you're really feeling bad about it."

"I'm sure you can," Wendy replied wryly. She nipped his nose and turned him towards the car again so she could slide her arms around the shorter man's shoulders from behind. She wasn't reassured that it didn't matter, not when it had mattered so damn much for the last few days and she was being a stubborn a**. Not even a few days, she'd been stringing it a long for years hadn't she? Even if it was okay now, she'd exist in her lingering guilt for a while. And probably flip out and fight it again at some point. She really was the worst.
