ReineriteReinerite wasn't expecting the dark-haired woman to actually dodge her charge - particularly not given the lack of fight she had put up so far.
It didn't stop her from trying to launch a kick in the other's direction as the other woman jumped to the side...
But Reinerite wasn't about to back down - not this time.
She tensed poised to follow - to once again close in - and then stiffened as she finally picked up on a second one of those sickly sweet somethings.
It was a moment's hesitation, perhaps two and then Reinerite charged towards the other woman.
Hopefully the sickly sweet something wasn't the sign of yet more irritants, however maybe she should take care of dealing with this particular one more quickly...
Just in case.---------------------------------------------------- Liryn"Yes - that's a good way of putting it" Liryn said as he continued to trot in the direction that Nauheima had earlier indicated.
"Although it's not nearly as precise" he thought about for a moment before adding "Or perhaps it's more accurate to say it's more like one of those really early models of GPS" that is to say that whilst it would do the job, it wasn't exactly great at it.
He continued trotting, his ears pricked.
"Yes there are two auras somewhere up ahead" he agreed "One feels like a senshi very much like yourself and the other one feels like that of a negaverse lieutenant."
He did his best to try and speed up even as he added "We should hurry."

Sailor AltairAltair felt like a mess mentally and physically and so it would be no surprise to her if taking a better look at herself later confirmed this. This was at one point her train of thought while she presently was still struggling on what to do aside from her continuing at endeavoring not to get beaten to a pulp by keeping her distance in a number of feet away from the agent as one of her current priorities. Perhaps she was going to get dizzy if she kept this up, not sure at this point if they've been going around in circles for a while now. Altair desperately was trying to will her brain to think of something else besides opting for this tag-game sort of survival measure. Was she capable of firing her magic not only at monsters threatening civilians but magical individuals depending on the circumstances? After much scrambling over this question, her insecure thoughts somehow untangled themselves somewhat. This was a war, an odd, magical one. She wanted to keep surviving through it. However, she didn't want to accomplish that by just turning a blind eye on possible sources of harm when she may be capable of providing some assistance. "Magic, we seem to be using it for possibly similar while also different goals. I imagine we're all trying to survive all this turmoil that's bigger than ourselves. However, there are likely likely many possible other reasons confided or undisclosed that could be behind why magic is wielded, why we're a part of all this. And and though I don't want to hurt anyone, I I also don't want to pretend to be completely oblivious and do nothing when I might be of some some aid." Sailor Nauheima"Alright," Nauheima gave another nod as he continued moving to match Liryn's leading strides. Meanwhile, among all the questions still speeding around in his mind, one in particular was growing in insistence to be addressed, one with regards to the denial he's been shielding himself from reality with. And that question he wordlessly asked himself is this: I'm actually awake, aren't I?

ReineriteOnce again the woman dodged out of her way, although Reinerite tried her best to lash out with another kick aimed in the other woman's direction.
It was perhaps not the wisest of ideas as she stumbled off balance for a moment - with the other once again out of reach by the time that she had regained her footing.
Grey eyes eyed her opponent in annoyance as the woman took the opportunity to spout off yet more sanctimonious words at her, as she contemplated chucking the snow globe at her.
Reinerite eventually decided against the impulse - she had already done that trick once so perhaps it was best to hang on to it...
At least for now.---------------------------------------------------- LirynIt was perhaps just as well that mind reading was not a skill that Liryn could claim as one as his own - because the small mauvian would have felt duty bound to tell the green-haired senshi that yes this was very real -
Or at least he would have if he had had even an inkling of the thoughts running through the other's head.
As it was however, Liryn was in part distracted by tracking down the two auras as he trotted past the first set of what looked to be a set of picnic benches.
The two auras were close now - he was sure of it.

Sailor AltairShe was persisting in her hopeful aims not to get struck by more blows and yet the recognition that she really will be more and more hardpressed to keep this up at this rate mentally nagged at her. And then, she slipped after a spontaneous sprint across a stretch of several more feet or so to add a little more distance, just as she swiveled to continue accommodating her chaser in her field of vision. Therefore, it hit her that her abrupt dash then fall might end up justifying the expression: one step forward and ten steps back. Additionally, the expression about prey being cornered is one description that had occurred to Altair as how she may label the state of her nerves in these circumstances. And at this point, another such expression sped across her awareness about part of her present feelings: sitting duck. However, Altair also surely was capable of retaliation even towards her own feelings while such a process for her does hold a track record of frantically flailing arms figuratively, literally, or at times both on her part. Thus, she made quick work at getting herself to sit up. And from behind her lifted, uninjured arm serving as a desperate attempt at a shield, she fixed her eyes on the state of her contender again while she took a number of seconds to roll her injured arm, hoping to sooth at least some of the sudden shooting up of a bit of pain there. Meanwhile, her mind spared no expense at screaming at her in reminder to quickly stop her impromptu sitting duck impersonation. Sailor NauheimaCurrently Nauheima was now feeling somewhat torn between asking more questions now or later about such mysteries as how all this has reached this point and how much the city's news network might have fabricated. However, as they pressed on, he voiced a question more relevant to the here and now that pushed its way to the forefront of his mind. "Liryn, the two auras, we're closer to them now, aren't we?" Nauheima asked as he wondered if perhaps his attempt of keeping track of them was being significantly muddled by factors like his inexperience.

Liryn"Yes" Liryn agreed, although his voice was a little distracted as he made his way through the picnic area.
Because whilst there wasn't a huge number of people around, it was hard to miss that every single one of them appeared to be asleep.
And whilst it was a warm day, the combination of dozing people and negaverse aura was not a good one...
And then Liryn darted between a couple of picnic tables and rounded a corner and there they were.
The senshi was garbed in silver and red, whilst the lieutenant was all blue curls and dark uniform.
He was in time to see the senshi struggle to sit up, the aggressor clear in the small mauvian bobtail's mind.
Liryn didn't hesitate - instead he charged the lieutenant.---------------------------------------------------- ReineriteReinerite found herself considering that perhaps it was time to end this - because as irritating as the woman was, she was on the whole pretty useless..
And there was the matter of the second sickly sweet flare of something that she had picked up on.
Her grip tightened on the snow globe, making the decision to lob it even as she shifted her hand in preparation to make the throw...
And then gave out a pained yelp as something raked against her leg.
She stumbled, her snow globe falling to the side before she could recover herself, as a feline snarl echoed in her ears.shyanimegrl hope this works as the cavalry arriving to back up Altair, but if not lmk and I will tweak :3

Sailor NauheimaThough he had been right behind Liryn, it registered in his mind that he had been reacting to more than comprehending the scene they happened upon. It appeared that there was a strange napping event going on. Then when Liryn charged ahead, he had immediately followed. Nauheima had been preparing mentally to come across a monster, so he was somehow rendered speechlessly confused to have instead set his eyes on not just one but two costumed women in a fight. And, when the blue-haired woman dropped what was in her hand that she had looked to be about to throw at the black-haired woman, he had hastily picked it up and with several shuffling steps, backed away again to endeavor at grasping more specifics to what was happening. Sailor AltairAltair had been trying to figure out how to adapt more effectively to the ever-changing situation. However, now it took a turn that surprised her even more, triggering thankfulness but also more frantic thoughts geared towards endeavoring to process how she could maybe manage to be not just dead weight in these newly developed circumstances. Also in the seconds that had ticked on by, she had gotten back on her feet as well and began cautiously closing a small portion of the gap between herself and the trio now before her. And that her breathing had by now gotten to a point of being so labored now was clearer to her senses along with realizing she was not the only one giving off an order signature in this area. She had so, so much improvement to seek towards being a competent senshi, stamina and so forth. litian heart wahmbulance exclaim whee /+lol an ooc translation: sparkles to Liryn the esteemed order warrior from 2 still magic-battle-bby senshi emotion_kirakira

LirynLiryn had taken the opportunity to place himself firmly between senshi and lieutenant, as he hissed at her.
And whilst, given that he resembled nothing so much as a small puff ball, he didn't look that intimidating - the hiss was perhaps a good indicator of his intentions.
Aka try to get pass me and you will be scratched.---------------------------------------------------- ReineriteShe caught sight of the cat first, a small tabby little thing and perhaps under other circumstances but not with back arched and fur fluffed as purplish eyes appeared to glare at her as it placed itself between her and the woman.
Especially as she was guessing that it was the source of the raking pain. Then she caught sight of the green-haired male, garbed in an outfit that frankly looked ridiculous...
And he was holding her snow globe.
Reinerite paused, her grey eyes narrowing.
It wasn't as if she rated the cat, because she didn't, at least not much - and whilst she rated the moggy above the dark-haired woman, Reinerite was pretty sure that she could handle it.
But the addition of the green-haired male into the mix potentially changed things - even if right now he seemed to be more interested in staring at her snow globe.

Sailor AltairAltair's gaze pingponged between the three magical individuals in addition to herself. The green-haired senshi appeared as though he may be new but she could be mistaken in her observation similar to finding it not simple to determine age and so on. But if he was a new senshi, then in relation to that guess she went on to guess that the he was awakened by the cat who has taken position in front of her and who was facing the agent in a warning stance. And if he was a new senshi, he was previously a civilian unaware of his magical potential. This domino chain of thoughts reminded her further that she needed to step up her game because there was very real danger she could not afford to forget. This was like a flame spark that was part of a much larger fire, but playing with fire was still playing with fire. And, if she didn't want to eventually burn to a crisp, she had to be stronger. "I I know I asked and and you opted not to disclose why you're targeting civilians. However, I I don't intend to keep on hesitating to to fire my magic if we continue this fight." Sailor NauheimaNauheima appeared to be trying to remember how to speak, his lips having wordlessly opened and closed a number of times so far. Meanwhile, his mind had a lot of words racing around in his not entirely coherent assortment of thoughts. He carefully placed the snowglobe on the spot on the ground he was positioned at and then quickly took another two steps back. There was still the length of a full grown man between him and the agent. But then, he still stood his ground, now unsure of his outward motions for the moment despite his tensely alert yet highly bewildered state. Was that some sort of magical orb in the guise of a snowglobe that can release magic with voice recognition?! Would these magical battles in Destiny City perhaps be part of an overarching modern world history timeline called The Wonderland War?! Well, in an effort to keep himself together, he alloted a chunk of his concentration on repeating in his mind, along such lines, these two points in his head: If that snowglobe explodes all of a sudden, move to jump like never before away from it and fast; and also, do not forget the words of the magic spell taught by Liryn.

ReineriteTo be honest Reinerite didn't really rate the dark-haired woman's attempt at a threat..
At least she was assuming that it was supposed to be a threat.
But it wasn't as if the other had really even tried to defend herself - in fact truth be told she had been rather pathetic.
So no - it wasn't the dark-haired woman that continued to give Reinerite pause... And nor was it the hissing fur ball cat.
Instead it was the unknown factor of the green-haired male - because Reinerite found herself reluctantly having to acknowledge that she was now outnumbered.
It was with that in mind that she decided to withdraw - telling herself that it was just a tactical withdrawal.
She summoned her snowglobe back - out of the green-haired male's hand - because there was no way she was leaving it in his hands and then with an annoyed look she slipped off - because there were other places she could go to finish making her quota.---------------------------------------------------- LirynLiryn wasn't expecting the Negaverse agent to just up and leave, but it didn't stop the small mauvian from glaring after her departing figure - just on the off chance.
But as the moments passed, he eventually relaxed and finally turned to face the dark-haired senshi.
"Are you okay?"shyanimegrl hope it's okay to have Reinerite bow out at this stage, but lmk if you'd prefer not and I can always edit

Sailor NauheimaWhoa whoa, what just happened?!?! Did that snowglobe just teleport to the blue-haired magical girl?! Nauheima could right now only remember the English not Japanese that his girl cousins of middle school age told him corresponds to one of the manga themes they like to read but he was reminded of the story type with the sudden magical surprise to the instantaneous moment and figured it wouldn't be hard to convince him at this point that one of those mangas suddenly invaded reality. He had been trying to push the magic spell words Liryn taught him out of his mouth but when the snowglobe-wielder took her leave, he halted his attempt and instead stepped towards the black-haired probably-also-magical girl and Liryn with a highly perplexed expression on his face. Sailor AltairAltair knelt down as she responded to the cat addressing her and gave a nod while she exhaled a breath of sudden relief before also replying verbally, "This this, um, t-thank you; tonight I've further realized t-that that there's so much for me to learn and that I have to to improve upon." litian <3 I'm definitely A-okay with this development c: /thumbs up! <3

LirynLiryn's purplish eyes turned relieved at the dark-haired senshi's nod to the affirmative "That's good" he said as he padded over to brush gently against her "And there's no need to thank me - I'm just glad that we were able to get here in time."
He looked over as Nauheima stepped over towards them "This is Nauheima" he said as he waved a paw in the other's direction, before adding to Nauheima "By the way I still owe you that explanation."
Because he hadn't forgotten.
