Aysun gave him a once over, starring for a long moment, then couldn't help but to laugh, "I see... sorry, I guess I am too used to dealing with beasts? Looking at you all done up with that just means male to me, I mean most male animals are quite flashy, wanting to get mates." He explained, giving a half shrug before adding, "Though I guess that might be the problem? The look draws attention? I can't say for sure though, I'm pretty bad with people."

Walking up to a booth he went to often he inspected everything on the table before he saw about buying a variety of the dried food that the person was selling. Meats, fruits, plants, and nuts were all good things to carry with him since they lasted a long time. He was careful about wrapping everything he bought up, tucking it into his pack, before he turned to look at Issaly who was cuddling with the keldari that was still wrapped around the younger male, "He is. I thank you for letting him drape around you, I know not everyone likes to deal with his version of affection so openly and freely."

There were those who didn't trust the creature since it was strange and new, something that came from the 'toxic island' that rumors were always chatting about. Lifting a hand up he scratched Volos under the chin before he said, "You don't have to worry, nobody should bother you while you carry Volos. If they do, I will deal with them myself."

Aysun gave a smile, looking at Volos, and nodded at the Keldari, "Good boy." It seemed as though the serpent was fine with clinging to Issaly at the moment which offered up some natural armor for the younger man. He would be kept safe from his various suitors by Volos or at least that was the plan. Here was to hoping that it was one that worked as well as Aysun hoped that it would.

That sort of thing was forgotten though as Therus arrived, something that caused Flower, who was perched on Aysun's head to fly over to listen in on what was going on. He listed to the sprite before turning to look over Aysun, a worried expression on his face. It was something that caused him to give a thoughtful sound before nodding, "Seems as though shopping is going to have to wait." He said, turning to start in the direction of where he'd left Maw playing with Abysio. As he went he lifted his two fingers to his lips, giving a sharp whistle that caused all of his companions to gather together.

Climbing up onto Maw's back he held an arm our, allowing Volos to slither up and around Aysun instead so that Issaly could go to his own janarim, "Once your ready we will follow Therus and Flower to see what's going on."

Once Issaly was mounted on Abysio's back he reached down, taking his lance from where it hung on Maw's side, and gave him a nudge, "Let's get going." He said, the janarim rushing forward in the direction that the two sprites had gone. He couldn't help but to wonder what it was that was going that got the other sprite up in arms in such a manner. He saw it only after they got closer, it seemed some more witu had showed up, but they had gotten into a bit of a tussle with the snaptrotter, at least the one getting turned into food for the big reptile. It was impressive, if a bit messy.

Holding his lance in hand he moved over to the tree that Xanteer was hiding, letting Volos off there so that he could chase some of the remaining witu off with the help of Maw and Sunny. The snaptrotter might have them on the run but he'd help with getting rid of the rest. He wasn't the sort that would just leave everything to Saalin so that he could hide. He didn't leave his beasts to fight alone, as such he'd see to it that the snaptrotter had some back up as far as chasing the witu off. Once they were gone he would help see to any wounds that Issaly's friends might have gotten in their tussle.

It took a short amount of time, and some work on the part of Aysun and the beasts, but the witu were quick to flee. It was one thing to try to figure out how to take down Saalin but it was another thing to deal with Aysun, two janarim, and an almost fully grown kinfa on top of that. The witu weren't as stupid as all of that, disapearing from sight. It was only at that point Aysun and Maw circled back around, with Abysio and Sunshine following along after them.

Stopping under the tree that Issaly was perched in he looked up at the Shifter and his furred friend, watching them for a moment before he held out a hand to them, "Come on you two, time to come down."

Aysun looked at Issaly, a look of concern in his eyes, before he said, "Come on, let's see about getting you somewhere that you can rest before I see about changing out the old leaf for a new one." It was obvious from the sound of pain that he'd made that the leaf wasn't working as well as it should. It was likely due to all the moving around, they tended to work best when one just relaxed. Something that he would have to see about making Issaly do.

"A shame that it's not as easy as how beasts go about it, just having to lick their wounds a part of the time before just walking it off... not that I let them off that easily." Instead he cleaned out all their wounds, gave them salve, wrapped them up, and the like. Still, wild animals at least could get away with licking their wounds that was. Giving a smile he said, "Please don't try that, Issaly." He said as he looked down at him, giving a smile.

Giving a whistle that got the attention of his beast he then nudged Maw, leading the way to where he knew a shaded water source to be. A good place for them all to rest.

Aysun looked at his friend before he flushed a bit, "Yeah... it was nothing..." It was strange to be thanked by another person instead of getting a purr or a lick from one of his beasts. Strange but good, so he would definitely accept it, and enjoy it for what it was during their ride to the shady water source. As they arrived Sinnika set to racing around between and around Maw's legs, yipping up a storm, Sunny landed in the trees to keep an eye out, Maw went to play in the water, and Volos encircled Issaly the moment he was able.

"Alright, I will take care of Ullyee and you can play with Volos." He said, moving to sit down on the ground, motioning for the creature to join him.

Aysun looked the wound over, studying it for a moment before nodding, getting out a jar of salve out, dipping his fingers into it. After he gathered some he showed it to her, "This stuff smells a little strong but it will make it feel better." He told her, letting her sniff it if she wanted to before he spread it over the wound. To Issaly he said, "It will lessen her pain and keep it from being infected so long as she doesn't lick at it... though that is what the bandages are for." Taking out some of them he wrapped the creature's leg before tying it off. It shouldn't slip so long as she didn't pull or chew on it.

Once that was done he dug around in his pack, getting out a wrapped bundle, and took out a piece of dried fish, "Here you go, lovely lady." He said, laying it in front of her so that she could eat it at her leisure instead of requiring her to take it from his hand.

"Alright Saalin, you're up buddy." He said in the snaptrotter, motioning to the big beast, "Come on over so that I can give you a check up?"
