"Yes, the disease keeps haunting this place, but have you figured how it spreads?" Asked Daniel out of curiosity. Clearly the man knew more than they did. Sure he read the records pertaining the mission but one thing were the words written on a piece of paper and other the words of the man who've seen it first hand. "Is there any way we could help you out?" Sure, Lily talked about creating antidotes, but Daniel would have guessed they either didn't knew how to take a sample or how to elaborate one. One does not simply become a physician over a night. The records talked about the mayor knowing about a possible cure or alternative. Which was what Daniel expected Abraham to talk about next.

Illo returned no words to Daniel, but instead chuckled internally and rolled his eyes in turning away from the other meister. His focus then drifted along to the scenery. Soon he was examining a vase.

The problem was the fruit said trader received was contaminated with the virus. We don't know if this was intentional or really bad luck. The virus is rare so we really do not know much about it. We don't even know how it spreads... More and more people keep getting sick with each day... I have yet to be hit by it but I am sure it is only a matter of time. Fortunately, we do know the cure," the mayor explained. "Years and years ago, this virus acted as a plague, killing many. It was documented and with it, the cure was also written down to prevent it from killing that many people again. It is called the Mori flower. Their extracted nectar has properties that kill the virus. Over the past couple of weeks, we managed to gather the seeds of the flowers and they are in bloom now..." Kara frowned slightly at Illo who just seemed to be in his own world and not bothered at all by the fact that these villagers were in trouble. She looked at the mayor again "So why are we here then?" Abraham adjusted his glasses"Our misfortune gets worse and worse... The nectar from the flowers is very difficult to extract. We don't have a very proper method of doing so. There is a witch that lives near us. She is a floral witch by the name of Chrysta. She has lived near our village for years and has a machine that is able to flawlessly extract one thing from another. She uses it to extract nectars and essences all the time from many different things and makes potions from them. I am certain that that is what we need to get the nectar and a lot of it no problem... I sent some men out to ask her if we could use it but she became hostile and attacked them. With that, I ended up calling upon the DWMA's help since many of the villagers are ill and unable to help... many are also afraid the witch will attack if we ask again. So please, if you could go to the witch and see if you can retrieve the machine for us. We don't have any other option but that..."

Lily just listened to the mayor speak about it and how he claimed to have a cure "so...you've tested this cure out recently?" she asked since in her experience if there was time between something happening it usually means they are different so she was curious. the next thing she heard was Kara whom spoke what she wanted to say. after listening Lily would sigh "...so we steal from a witch...not...very hero like request to be frank" she stated bluntly with a sigh personally since it was a witch lily had a bit of un-wanting to actually help since it involved a witch but her anger to witches wasn't as strong as before. "well...if we are Stealing...im not going to be the one explaining it" she stated "so where is she located exactly?" she asked
+ Weapon Creation: she can create weapons she owns(puts them in a sort of collection only to pull them out when needed) in total she only has the blood blade + Elemental force: she can harness 4 elements with the help of her sword Fire,Water, ice, and Air + Nine Tailed form: an extra form that She can tap into, she hasn't perfected it yet so she cant keep it up for long, but her abilities are much stronger making her a force to be reckoned with. she is able to manipulate her tails to the point to being able to grab things and attack with them as well as defend. + Enhanced speed + Anti-Madness manipulation: much like Madness it can take its own form, but because she has this she is immune to madness, she can take damage from attacks from madness but she can't be infected, this element is strong against madness users and Black blood users for some reason, she can also add it to her own weapons or limbs, +(unknown) +(unknown) +(unknown)
"I see, well given our story with witches I would assume we'll have to get ourselves ready for a hostile welcome. I doubt she'll be friendlier to us than she was to the villagers. If she happens to be from the old school." This may have sound logic and even a no brainer for Lily and Illo, given they were also knowledgeable about the story about DMWA and the witches. But he wasn't sure if Kara knew about this. Not doubting her brains or anything. But she was an exchange student. Getting into DMWA was already enough to take on. However, one couldn't be too cautious. He would then address Abraham. "If you could tell us in which direction the witch lives, we'll be happy to be on our way to help. The sooner we can get this artifact the better."

Illo looked up to meet Kara's intense stare with a puzzled look, mouthing the word "what" silently. Really, this was all standard procedure. Lily was handling it. No reason for the janitor to get involved as a redundancy; especially not when his words were so easily taken as confusing koans. The more he thought of it, the more it made sense, and at the next opportunity Illo would come to have a little aside with Kara.
"Don't worry, it's all typical stuff, really," he began away from the old man. "The key is to keep a level head and let everyone do their job. My job simply hasn't come up yet."

Kara only glanced at Illo for a moment as he spoke before focusing on Abraham again. The old man sighed "I wouldn't exactly count it as stealing... we will return it... worse case though..." he trailed off then. The man was obviously stressed. Kara looked at Lily then "At this point I don't think they have a choice. Either we steal from the witch or their entire village dies. It's bad either way," she said. Abraham listened to Lily and Daniel before pulling out a map and opening it. He handed it to Daniel "This should take you to where she is located. Please be careful though. She is... well... she is a witch and I know you have had much experience with them... the bad ones especially..."

Lily sighed "still...you didnt say borrow...and ...sigh..never mind" she muttered the ending as she looked at everyone else, whom seemed intent to follow this regardless, she looked at Kara "its never simple..." she thought to herself, the girl had a point and she wish she wasn't right. she would look at the map that he showed them pointing them into the direction they needed to go. "i may be a hypocrite for saying...but for the future try not to discriminate on other races..." she told the old man before she would take her map out and marking it "alright...got it...we should probably move quickly...if he doesn't know how it spreads...its best we spend as little time in the city...anyone else think thats a good idea?" she asked.

"Kara is right, we have little to no time for courtesies. Lives are in danger. And we must retrieve this artifact wether she likes it or not. I would love to say she would understand but given your story I highly doubt it." Nodding as Abraham talked about the experience with witches. "Lily and I had our fair chances with witches. I would like to say we have enough experience not to underestimate them." Observing the map while Lily talked about discrimination, it was hard not to put a smile on his face. It seemed Lily had grown up just fine during all these years. A strong character he could eventually respect if given time. "We'll move as soon as we are all ready to go." Turning over to the monk he would address Illo briefly. "Do you happen to have soul perception?" Daniel knew Lily had developed hers kitsune senses over time. Kara was an exchange student so it should be a NO for the time being. So, all what was left was to know Illo's abilities. They had the mission, they have the people. But Daniel wished to know how equipped they were. Mira put a lot on the file last night and he didn't had the time to read all of it. So might as well ask directly.

"... No, I don't." Illo couldn't answer that question with much pride. Kara already knew he'd lost his powers en masse, but the admission of this to others was another level of embarrassment Illo'd care not to participate in. Instead he folded his arms and looked at the boy quite seriously saying, "My expertise lies in my technique in hand-to-hand combat. I'll give you that to use however you please;" which of course meant he was going to be little more than a coach on this journey into the eye of peril.

The old man ended up ignoring Lily's comment about witches. One wouldn't blame him though since the witch that held the machine responsible for saving his village was refusing to give it to them and also ended up attacking them. Kara nodded in agreement to Lily "I would prefer not getting a rare illness," she said with a small smile.

Lily would sigh "Well...i dont know how we will get ready...the only one whom brought luggage would be him" she stated, by luggage she referred to the mule Illo had brought. "so...you can wait until everyone is ready...i'm going to start heading there so i spend as little time in the place to catch something as possible...feel free to take your time" she stated, as she would look at the map she had and would start to leave the mansion heading down to the direction she would need to follow to get to the correct place.

"Good to know, I'll take that into account" Said Daniel, there wasn't anything wrong with Illo not having soul perception, it was actually better to know it now than once in battle. However, he heard Lily's hastiness, while understandable given they indeed didn't need the chance to get the plague before helping out. Even Kara agreed with the idea. "Then go with Lily, we'll catch up with you as soon as we are ready." Daniel told Kara before addressing the monk. "Lily's right. Would you bring the mule or are you going to leave it here? If so, we need to let the mule on a place with food and water at it's disposal. Unless abraham would be kind enough to let us host it on one of the village's stables."

"I'll take it along with us, just to transport more weapons and equipment, sure," said the monk. "I can leave it in the field before we enter the witch's quarters, so it'll be fine." As the group was preparing to depart Illo took a few moments to unload his beast to make room for others' cargo.
"There," he said finished. "Does anyone have anything they need taken? I'll be a little slower, but I shouldn't have a problem catching up to you before we pay this witch a visit." He looked to the rest of them and then to Daniel, nodding.

Kara stood close to Lily "Yes I also think we should leave the town quickly..." she said with a small nervous laugh. She puffed her cheeks out as it seemed Illo was taking his time with the luggage "Have you ever heard of packing light of course I don't have any luggage. Like Miss Kitsune said, you are the only one that brought luggage," she said with a pouting tone before she looked at Lily "Lead the way, Miss Kitsune! You have the map!" she said with an innocent smile on her face again. Meanwhile the old man just stood there and watched them. He muffled a small cough then and Kara seemed to jump backwards in response.
