Mano gave a nod of agreement with her comment about having others along, "Yeah... depending on what happens when we arrive I might need a shoulder or two to lean on." And possibly even cry on. He had tried to keep it out of mind, that he might not find anyone when he got back. It was too sad to think about the idea that he might not get to see his 'baby' brothers again. Instead he pushed the thoughts aside, wanting to focus on Kyrian and Phaedra instead, finding it a lot easier to do.

Unable to help but to laugh Mano said, "It's not that bad, just one tree, that's all." He joked, then nodded, "I don't see why not. I can help you get the debris out of your hair, then we can wash it, and put it in a braid. Once it's neatly braided you won't have to worry about the wind tangling it up on you all over again. It should help you to feel better too having your hair washed and combed by another's hand."

"Far too good to you? Of course! I am only too happy to do what is needed to see you smile again." He said, then gave a little laugh as she mentioned cooking them both something 'nice to eat', "It might take a little bit, I was out hunting for what would be dinner when I found you. Once I get you settled in and make sure that both you and Kyrian are comfortable then I will likely head out again. After that, if you are feeling up to it, you can cook what I come back with." Here was to hoping he could capture them enough to feed three. It was a lot harder hunting for dinner then it was fishing for it, at least from what he'd seen thus far.

Giving a thoughtful sound he said, "There are some interesting things to be had, I will just have to see what I can catch. If I am able to catch a Xaraan that should be plenty to feed us for a couple days, at least if we see to smoking or dryng the meat so that it will keep longer." It might keep them fed until they were able to reach a city that they could resupply at.

Mano gave a little pout, "Aww... you're going to take away the pleasure I get from getting to carry you around? That's a shame, I am quite enjoying myself." He said, finding that he rather liked having Phaedra cuddled up to his back. It felt nice, made him smile, and just put him in a good mood, "If you want to walk though I can put you down. I won't force you to stay on my back though. It should be alright though, my beautiful Leafy Princess. Kyrian won't be mad at me for carrying you or you for being carried, he's too sweet a young man for that."

"If you know the best way to go about smoking the meat that would be great! I was getting the hang of how to do that with fish before my trip but I don't have as much experience with other sorts of meat. If you wanted to show us how to go about it I would appreciat e that greatly." He said, giving Phaedra his best smile.

Mano gave a bright, feline like grin, and he nodded his head, "Yeah, I really, really do!" He chirped happily, his fin like ears twitching before he continued forward, "Both things actually sound good by me in fact. Sounds like a lot of fun... but best that we wait for that sort of play until we get out of Oba or we are gonna end up with sand all over." He laughed, knowing full well that it wouldn't be fun to get sand all over the place.

"We are almost there, so rest up, my Leaf Princess." He said, shifting everything he was carrying, before he continued forward. It wouldn't take them long to get back to where they were heading now, he could even see the camp in fact. They would be joining Kyrian very soon and he could wait to chat up both of the cuties, even if they couldn't do too much more then chat given the threat of invading sand.
