Garage Band Leech

Completely irresponsible, Scourge's major life plan is to mooch off of his (perfectly nice, middle-class) parents until he gets kicked out. He doesn't help around the house, at all, and resents his parents for constantly bothering him to get a job. His Power Metal Band just has one member (him). Scourge is the band's name, and since he started it he has insisted on everyone calling him Scourge too. He uploads videos and practices noisily in the garage, sometimes, but he spends a lot more time playing Guitar Hero and Counterstrike. Does not date, since he's pretty sure a girl would just "be after all his money". He just turned 30.

Insects never bother him. He doesn't get bitten by mosquitos, ants don't interrupt his picnics, and he's never been stung.

DESCRIPTION

Long cc-colored hair. Piercings? Beard/goatee. Likes hoodies, hood up, (usually with things like knights, swords, winged stallions, and dragons with lightning strikes or dramatically lit landscapes on them), grungy jeans/cargo pants, and combat boots. He has a pet tarantula named Doug, who he ranks above people.

He loves to have a good time, and can be anyone and everyone's friend. He'll show you the ropes, he'll dance the night away with you under the stars and the neon lights -- and then he'll leave you in the morning without so much as a goodbye. Oh, but he is sweet. The nicest laugh, the bluest eyes, and a coy little lift to the corners of his mouth when he's watching you, or someone across the room, like he's trying to figure out all their little twists and curves. Cross him, though, and he has a long memory -- and he doesn't forgive easily.

Even so, if you catch him at the right angle there's something that looks almost haunted behind those otherwise bright eyes of his, and he has a way of getting lost in thought, especially if it involves a book, that seems to hint at something much more than the party-animal he is (though, honestly, he really DOES love to party).


Sometimes you swear he can look right through you and see your darkest wants, desires, and needs -- and it's pretty freakin' unnerving, ok? Sometimes, though, it really comes in handy - like looking out for the really not-fun kinds of freaks, know what I mean?


Noah is... pretty. It's true. He's obviously a dude, but there's definitely a feminine flair about him that even a blind person would be able to see. His copper-red hair is medium length, and styled in a way to frame his face and soften his sharp cheekbones. The color compliments his more pale skin, and light blue eyes. His face is smooth, and he rarely has the need to shave.
The rest of his features are a bit aristocratic, with a somewhat aquiline nose, to offset his full mouth. To top it off, Noah isn't particularly tall at 5'8", and he has a slim, lithe, build that only adds to his androgyny.

He is very aware of his features, and will often use them to his advantage, and has no qualms about playing up the androgynous side of his looks with applied eyeliner and even a bit of eye-shadow if he plans on a particularly wild night out.

His clothing choices vary depending on the venue, but Noah is fond of wearing the colors blue and lavender - to bring out his eyes - and favors softer materials such as cashmere, silk, and pure cotton. Generally, he tends to wear more earthy or neutral tones to compliment whatever color he's wearing that day (rich tans, soft creams, dove-greys, etc). He generally prefers his clothing to be well fitted, but comfortable, and his style is classy and well-put together while still seeming casual and comfortable. Noah loves boots when he can get away with wearing them.
He doesn't wear a lot of jewelry, though he does have a simple silver band on his left ring finger.

Reid didn't care for school. Reid in fact didn't care for much of anything and he learned it good and early from the best of teachers. He has internalised the solitude brought on by his abrasive and often misogynistic or elitist opinions and turned it outward onto the world. It is because they are wrong and he is right. He was too smart for school he tells himself, so smart he couldn't handle their narrow little lives. He lives in a dingy hovel and works part time at a gas station because he wants to he also tells himself, he spends all his money on junk food and booze because he wants to and that one even he suspects at times is a lie. The world owes him a debt it consistently and stubbornly refuses to pay up. He had dreams once, but he was probably too good for them. He still has a job only because the gas station owner knows he has nowhere else to go.



There was always something a bit animal about Reid's instincts, that feeling when someone is watching you comes in handy when you are prone to getting on other people's bad side. The downside of all of this is the increased inclination to lash out when cornered or afraid.


Caucasian with freckles. Scottish with a Mother who came to America to find a new life and found poverty lived there also. Out of Place. Redhead or Blonde. Gangly but fit. Either muscled or wiry. Scuffed and Hairy. Stares too much. Wears whatever is comfortable and second hand, doesn't care about fashion, cares about old Sega and Amiga games and conspiracies. Tries to look manly with negligible success. Smokes a lot.
