“No, all good.” Just a colored line of discolored skin where it was new and had just healed. It would be fine in a short time and maybe a small scar would be left. He hadn’t expected to heal so quickly, or nicely, as he had but it was a welcome thing. He assumed it came with being a knight, but he hadn’t anyone to ask about it as he’d been out of the country.
“Parents are nice. Couples normally never see partner's parents less asking to marry them.” He said slowly, wondering what the other would think. It was honestly odd meeting the others parents when that wasn’t the reason for it, it had been new but he’d gone along with it. It seemed to be a normal thing here so it certainly hadn’t had the same meaning, he’d been sure of it that first time.
Laughing he nodded his head once. “I was. Missed being home, food, friends, shopping and people.” He had missed a lot of things, things they didn’t have here in Destiny City or that were different - very different in some cases. “Name few things. Can ask about things also.” Seung responded as he glanced out the passenger side window at the buildings passing by as they left the airports area and hit the highway back into the city, buildings on either side of the highway.

“If you’re sure.” Terry said with a nod. He would probably end up looking himself later to make sure but he did trust Seung to know whether it needed to be wrapped or not. “Really? It’s normal for over here that couples meet each other’s parents earlier than that but to be fair, you did meet them before we were dating.” He said with a smile. If he had a small blush on his cheeks at the mention of meeting only to look for a marriage blessing then he ignored it.
“What did you miss the most?” He couldn’t help but asked even as his smile grew at hearing the other laugh. In return he puzzled over just what he would want to ask about. There were a few different things but he didn’t really want to get into anything that had the potential to be too heavy in topic while they were on the road. “Well, I guess to pick a random question, when you want to the PC Bang with your friends, way didn’t you play with them?” He asked. He had been curious about that since he had introduced Seung to gaming before the other left.

Nodding his head to the others question. “Really. Not normal to just meet, means it’s serious - they are the one.” He said turning his dark eyes back onto the other. “But yes, did meet before we dated.” Which was normal, to meet friends parents. But it wasn't normal to meet the parents of the person you were dating, that was normally taken as a sign of other intentions. So since they had been friends back then it had been ok but he knew, thinking back on it, those feelings for the other had been there then...just under the surface.
“Missed street food most. Expected it here but there isn’t any...just hot dogs…” And those looked unappetizing to him. “Not much here...and none in Korea town.” And he had expected a lot there, since it was Korean people he had thought that would have come over also. It hadn’t though and he didn’t get to enjoy the normal things he would when out shopping and such. That actually was the biggest thing for him, as much as it may surprise some. It was something so simple, so common, that he figured that was why he missed it the most.
Oh!” Surprised by that he laughed, nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. “Different games from when we played...don’t know these games...and competitive...would do badly.” And he didn’t want to do so poorly in front of his friends or ask them to take the time to show him, when it would hold them back. He had never gotten into playing games, he had enjoyed others things, studied, and been dragged about by Akihiko back then.
“Didn’t play computer games with you.” He said to finish answering the others question.

Terry sideways glanced at him before looking at the road again and giving a nod. “I see.” The small blush hadn’t gone away as he had realized that technically while Seung had met his parents before they were dating, he had only ‘met’ the others parents just now. Though it hadn’t been much of a meeting as they hadn’t really talked he supposed.
“There is a better selection of street food whenever there is a fair going on, sometimes if there is a parade though those aren’t common.” He said while thinking back to the many different places he had seen Seung and his friends walk by in the video’s. “Though even then it isn’t the variety you would be used to.” After having looked up how common it was, Terry was surprised himself that Korean Town didn’t have at least some of the food vendors.
He looked over at him again at the laugh and gave a chuckle. “I could always introduce you to them. You would probably do a lot better than you think you would. That way when you see them again you could surprise them.” He offered as he turned back to the road. He could see that they were almost to his house by now and he got a smile on his face at the thought of giving Seung his present.

“Oh? I have not seen a parade or fair here...are they like school fairs or...what?” He had no idea what a normal fair here was like, having not seen it in American movies or anything he was a bit clueless on the topic. But if it offered up street food, or something closer to it, he’d like to go and experience it. He liked to eat, at least when he wasn’t busy and forgetting to do so. “No...we have a lot of it, people are busy and street food fast - take with you.” And it was cheap and that worked for people. The prices for street food was good, meant anyone could purchase something to enjoy while walking around or shopping.
“Could...might be nice.” He admitted after a moment's hesitation. it would be nice, he could do more than sit there with his friends for hours and eat a snack. “Why you think I would do well?” He asked curious as he turned his focus back onto the road. They were close, even he knew that from the time he had been to the others home. He could then give the others parents their gifts - he hoped they’d like them.

“There will probably end up being a fair with in the next month or so, they normally have something around this time of the year. The fairs here tend to have roller coasters, fun houses, ferris wheels, things like that so it’s more than a normal school fair.” He said and mentally made a not to take Seung to the first one that came up in the area. Provided they had the time and there wasn’t interference from the Negaverse or such. “Understandable, fair food it like that most of the time.” Even if the fair had strawberry shortcake as one of their offered foods it was in an easy to carry container.
He glanced over at the hesitance with a raised eyebrow. “Because you did well when you were playing with me in the normal games. PC games aren’t much different beyond different control schemes, and that’s only if you don’t use a controller instead of the keyboard.” He said reassuringly. “All you would have to do would be to learn the controls and the rules then practice for a bit and you would catch on quickly.” Terry spotted the street to his house and turned on to it.

“Oh! Like theme park.” He said though he wasn’t sure on what a fun house was, he’d never encountered one. He knew what a roller coaster and ferris wheel were though and that he wouldn’t mind at all. It would be nice, he should take his cousin also though he had the feeling Terry would ask him to one. So that gave him two options, take his cousin with them or he could take her at a different time with him. She also might wind up going with friends, he knew she had a few very close, good, friends unlike his sister who hadn’t made any really - he felt for her.
He could understand why his sister had decided to return to Korea and remain there. He’d miss her, he’d see her in the summer, but he’d keep in touch with her over the internet. There was no way he wouldn’t plus he would be keeping in touch with his elder cousin to make sure his sister was doing well mentally and emotionally.
“Oh...I was thinking because keyboard is different...lots of buttons.” And moving his fingers about that much, it seemed like it would be more that way than with a controller and slow him down. His fingers friends had been fast, flown over the keyboard really. “You have played the games?” He asked then.

“Yes, though smaller than a theme park and generally less expensive.” Normally anyway as there is always variations in price. “You pay to get in then you pay for tickets to rides, though you can pay for a wristband so you can ride for an unlimited amount of times on any of the rides.” His family usually paid for the wristbands since it was easier that way and cheaper in the long run than buying tickets over and over.
“It can take some getting used to and if you are using a keyboard then there is more buttons you have to worry about. Like for instance you might have to push four different keys to move around instead of a joystick. But typically the set ups are in a way that you don’t have to move your hands around a lot that way you can react faster.” It had taken him maybe an hour to get used to playing on PC after having been playing on consoles for years but once you got used to it the scheme translated over to other games. “Yes, I’ve played the ones your friends were playing, along with others.” He said as he pulled up to his house and parked in the driver way.

“That make sense...wristband sounds like good idea.” Something he’d have to keep in mind, write down perhaps, so he could remember to do that with his cousin when they went to the first fair. He’d just have to find out about the fair, when and where it was being held, so he and his cousin could attend together; perhaps with Terry and maybe his family?
Nodding as the other explained things he perked up seeing them closing in on the others home, and finally arriving as well. Finally responding to the other he turned, his belt buckle being undone, and kept his eyes on the other. “Ok, will try it on keyboard and see if I can do it.” He would try and if not than if a controller option was available perhaps that then? It couldn’t hurt to try - right? “Should come with me, in summer, when I go to visit family. Can play at pc bang and see Korea.” He said smiling and leaned forward, mindful of what was in his lap, and kissed the others cheek before sitting back and moving to let himself out once the other was parked. “Would like it I think.”

“They are, less likely to be lost that way.” He said with a nod. He made a mental note to look up the next fair dates. It was always best to have an idea ahead of time when it would be best to go.
He unbuckled and turned to Seung with a small smile. “Alright, then next time we decide to play games I can show you.” He wouldn’t say they could play soon since he wasn’t going to go ahead and plan that out for them, not when he was pretty sure Seung would like to get to know his gift. He paused for a moment then his smile brightened a bit at the offer to join him in the summer, it brightened a bit farther at the kiss. “Sure, I would like that. You can show me where you grew up then.” He got out of the car and got the other’s luggage out of the trunk then made sure the car was set to lock once all of the doors were shut.

“Can show you a lot, Seoul is big city with lots of people and lots to do.” Lots to see and eat also, it was a lot in general. He would enjoy showing Terry would Seoul and enjoying it together, no one would ask questions either, or so he hoped. He doubted it but who knows, it shouldn’t seem too odd if they were close since it was normal amongst people of the same gender. But Terry was foreign...not that it should matter.
Following the other, just a step behind, he once more took hold of the others sleeve and held on as he kept behind him, peering over the others shoulder as they approached his front door. “Can tell me what you would like to do that you saw in videos. Can talk about them in your room.” As something to talk about, see what the other might want to know more about and what he’d like to do himself. He could come up with other ideas too of course - fun things to do. There was a lot to do and Seung would make sure their summer was a fun one.

“Looking forward to it already then.” He said with a smile. Of course this would mean he would have to look into reading a bit of the Korean language as well so he would be able to recognize different things while there but that wouldn’t be a problem. “You will probably end up playing translator more often than not though.”
Terry carried the luggage and lead Seung to the front door, set one down for a moment so he could unlock it and push it open, then lead him inside. He made sure to keep an eye out for Ace and the little furry gift so they wouldn’t go running outside with the door open though. “Sounds good to me.” Just as he was shutting the door behind them in came the Munchkin with a tiny puppy chasing after him playfully.

“That is fine, I have people help me here. Don’t mind helping there, will be fun.” He answered honestly, smiling as he did so. He leaned forward to rest his chin on the others shoulder as he answered. He really wouldn’t mind helping the other, it would be nice to be helping someone for once rather than being helped.
Stepping into the others home his shoes came off right away and since he had on a hoodie, rather than a coat, he had nothing to take off and put aside at the entrance. The cat he was expecting but the puppy caught his attention and he stared for a moment before looking to Terry. “Jindo dog?” He asked then while turning from Terry to the puppy again. It looked like it, that he was sure of. “You got a dog.”

Terry smiled back and kissed him on the cheek, glad he wouldn’t mind being the translator for the summer. While he had made some small success in picking up a few words here and there from Seung, he knew he wouldn’t have nearly enough vocabulary for an actual visit. Though they do say the best way to learn a language is to immerse yourself in it so he would probably pick up more by the time the vacation was over.
At Seung’s questions he got a shy smile on his face. “Yes, he’s a Jindo dog. I found him at a shelter near by.” He said as he slipped over his shoes. He looked from the two playing animals to the other and ducked his head a tiny bit. “But he isn’t really my dog. I got him because I thought you might like him, happy belated New Years.”

“Jindo dog here?” He asked surprised. That was a long way from their home country, being that they were from where he was. Though this one could have been born here. His carry on was offered to the other before he bent down to scoop the puppy up into his arms, smiling and laughing when his face was licked. “Very loyal dog...smart..” And many other things.
He wondered for a moment how the little puppy came to wind up in a shelter, they were a good breed. He hoped the poor thing had not been on the street, born on the street, it was a sad fate for any animal but especially one so cute. “Thank you Terry.” Bowing, little puppy held to his chest, Seung straightened up and kissed the other right on the lips. He had yet to talk to his parents about a dog, or a kitten, but he doubted they would say no especially to a needy Jindo dog.
“They say anything about him at shelter?” He questioned curious. He would need to find a name for him, something fitting. “You know Jindo dog...I assume?” He had a feeling the other did or had been told.
