 She squealed loudly with laughter as her paws clung to him as he scooped her up, she grinned like a silly fool at him as he set her down, the kiss on her nose causing her to wrinkle her nose as her eyes narrowed in on him.
Before he could run away, she sprung at him, pouncing him with a laugh as she then showered his face in playful, exaggerated loud kisses. "Ive got you now my prince! I shall drag you into the deep with me and keep you all to myself." She teased with a flap of her tail.

 About to hop away and carry on with his dracoish behavior and about to carry on with some outlandish story-telling too. Tengu went down hard as Siren caught him without a single missed step.
It seemed he was 'it' again already but it also seemed as if she wasn't about to let him up. "Ack! It seems as if I was mistaken! Clearly you are a princess beast, and I'm the one about to be devoured. Alas, who will rescue me from this dreadful plight."
That all said, he didn't want rescued for anything, his arms went around her waist and he showered her all over in kisses that were just as loud and playful.

"No one shall be able to save you from this wicked princess beast!" She laughed as she coiled around him, she knew she had to be heavy, her tail alone was built of muscle to keep her swimming in the ocean and awkwardly moving on the shore.
"I shall horde you for myself sky prince." She gave an evil bwahahaha laugh as she then squealed under his onslaught of silly kisses.
"Tengu!" She cried out as she nuzzled his throat. She was almost delirious with happiness.

Pinned beneath his princess, there were definitely worse ways to be caught, Tengu grinned and nuzzled his face against Siren in return and up beneath her chin as she laughed and squealed at his kisses, still holding her tightly.
"Oh, to be hoarded is it? Am I just going to be one in your collection, your high highnessness?" He wouldn't mind belonging to her forever, she already had his heart and his honesty. Everything he was, was hers for the taking.
At this point it wasn't clear who was 'it' anymore, Tengu supposed it was himself, until Siren let him up, if she never did that would be fine too.

"Hmmmm..A collection? Meaning I could collect others?" She pretended to ponder over it seriously for a moment. " I could do that.." She grinned at him. "Are you lonely? Do you need friends in my collection?" She teased. "I suppose I could find some other boys.."
She didnt need anyone else but him, and knew that without a doubt. Tengu may be silver tongued, and have the gift of story but she didnt see those as flaws, but as gifts and loved him all the more for it. He never left her bored or lonely, every minute they shared together was an adventure to be had.
The only flaw was her, and her inability to join him when he ventured away. Instead she was tied to the water, almost like an anchor it kept her. If she could change anything, it would be that her tail be legs. She would happily give it all up for him.
Tengu was her everything.

"Oh no, I've already lost my beloved's favor." Tengu put on a stricken face as she pretended to ponder, his arms still around her waist as they lay in the wet sand, the sweet rains pouring down on them from above.
"The ever lovely princess of the sea means to replace me... or make me one of her harem?" Tengu chuckled, raising an eyebrow. At the same time, hoping that was not the case. The idea of sharing her...
"Well... I suppose if I am at least your favored consort." They could tease, but his thoughts ran rampant. He wasn't lonely, he could come and go as he pleased. Go and see his family, such as they were. The ever present idea that stayed at the back of his mind.
He thought he should introduce her to them, but... even with the truth of his stories known to her, would Siren ever be able to understand his mother's game? Would he want her to? If he brought his mother here, they would never again have this private place all to their own, and taking Siren away from the sea, he wasn't sure it was even possible to do so. If she would even want to go.

"My favorite?" She tilted her head and paused for a moment, "Well I cant promise that, as Ive yet to meet the others and to promise you'd be my favorite would be unfair." She tried her best to keep her face as neutral as she could.
"And I would never replace you my sky prince, that would be unthinkable." The idea of replacing him, not having him sent a cold chill down her spine and made her shiver. She couldnt play this game anymore, suddenly she felt sad as if what was being said was going to take place.
"No no, only you or no one. Only you'll do." She said softly as she nuzzled her face into his shoulder, she couldnt bare the thought of not having him. It took a moment for her to remember that it was raining, a bit harder than the light drizzle that had been falling before her eyes widened. "Tengu my love we must find you somewhere dryer." She was just fine in the rain, it actually made it easier for her to be out and about, she did her best to wiggle herself off of him, hoping she hadnt squished him now.
She glanced at him sheepishly.

Tengu moved a wrist to his forehead and gave a dramatic sigh, "If that is the case, I will just have to win you over again, again and again." He put on a smile, but it was very fake, until the tone of the game changed and she backpedaled. Tengu pressed a soft kiss against her maw in hopes of washing that sad expression clean and held her for a few moments more as she hid her face against him.
When Siren moved, Tengu rolled up from where he'd been sprawled and spread his wings, coated in sand and bedraggled from how they'd been playing. The heavier rain washed the worst of the sand and the rest was turned to mud, he must look a disaster. At this rate he wouldn't be going anywhere anytime soon, and he didn't have a problem with that one little bit.
"Ah... it isn't so bad being soaked," he glanced at the sky, "the rain didn't seem as if it was going to let up any time soon. Let's keep playing."

"Are you sure? Im sure there is a cave somewhere around here if you would rather dry out a little?"
He could be losing his fur and feathers and still, there would be no one as dashing, beautiful, so pleasing to her eyes and heart than he was. Siren loved him completely with all that she was and would ever be. If anything were to happen to him, she would mourn so deeply that she would never be able to be around another again, she would find the deepest depths of the sea and live there until her days were at an end.
"But if your sure, what other kind of games could we play? I dont really know any land games.." She sheepishly shifted her paws and flicked her tail. Sometimes she wondered if she held him back being a creature of the sea and not one of land or sky, maybe...maybe he would be happier with someone who didnt have so many limitations. She sighed as those thoughts crossed her mind now.

"Why waste such a nice day, stuck in a cave, because of a little wet." Tengu grinned, dancing through the rain and the wet sand. It didn't bother him over much, he was too wrapped up in playing with Siren to feel cold... and they could always go and dry off later, or at least he could. He knew Siren found it uncomfortable when things were overly dry.
"That sad look on your face doesn't suit a princess, of the deep or otherwise... if you don't know what we should play... Perhaps we ought to just make up our own games. Not of the sea and not of the sky, something that meets in the middle, something just for us..." Tengu paused in his twirling beside her and bowed low. "May I tell you a tale, your highness...? We can tell it together. You know how it starts, don't you? Once upon a time..." He tempted her into spinning the beginning of a tale.

Her eyes widened as her body squirmed slightly, he was going to tell a story! Oh how she loved the way he had with words, no one else seemed to be able to tell a story like he did, it was always so convincing that she had to remind herself it was just a tale and not something of truth though she always held onto that there was some kernel of truth in them.
"I love your stories.." She said as she wiggled close to him with a purr.

Tengu couldn't help but laugh, the twinge of guilt didn't sting quite so badly as it once had, not after he'd come clean and Siren had forgiven him anyway. She still loved to hear his stories and so he would continue to tell them to her until the end of her days.
His embellishments had become grander and his twists more dramatic, he didn't need to correct himself so often now, because he didn't need to keep the lies in line anymore. Rather he just told for the joy of the telling.
"Once, on a day much like today, with the rains pouring down... Pouring down much harder than even this. Winds lashing the trees and churning the waves. Thunder and lightning booming and crashing over and over...
"In the Sky Kingdom the king his many sons were...
"... but beneath the waves in the Sea Kingdom, her Highness was...
He would pause now and then, giving Siren a chance to suggest actions or twists and when the rains did begin to beat down upon them harder, they eventually moved beneath the shelter of the cliffs, into a cave. It was half flooded, which would suit Siren and Tengu didn't mind too much, there were a few rocks and dry places he could sprawl out and groom the sand and mud from his feathers.
