Sean looked where Caelum was pointing and also spotted the computers. "OK," he agreed. Made sense to split up the work, and the teacher hadn't really said what kind of sources they had to use. He also headed for a computer, but not the internet ones. He needed the catalog, since he didn't know where the Beatles nonfiction books would be. A quick search in the catalog found the call number for one book, and showed there were others in the same area. It looked like there were a LOT more in the adult section, but there were a few in Children's too. So he jotted that down and went hunting. A few minutes later, he'd pulled all the Beatles books in this department off the shelves, and was carrying the small stack back towards Caelum so he could share his finds.

Once the pink-haired boy got his hands on a computer, he sort of disappeared and didn't come back. Figuratively, that is. Caelum spent some time clicking around on Google for some good references to cite for their report and, after what he thought was a satisfactory amount of searching with a few links, he lost himself to a game of solitaire on the desktop.
When Sean came walking his way, he quickly clicked out of it, and fretted that there was no sign of his obvious procrastination. "Great, we've got a good amount of books there," he said, cocking his chin at the stack Sean was carrying. "And I have a good amount of sources here as well. I'm sure this is enough to get us to writing our report."
mewrose Feel free to do a timeskip with them writing said report.

Sean nodded, agreeing with his partner's assessment. He sat down at the computer next to Caelum, and opened up the top book. "So I guess we should start with his early life and move on from there?"... A while later they had a rough draft hammered out, and Sean was getting hungry. He leaned back from the computer and stretched, reaching up to the ceiling while he considered their work. "Looks good so far," he concluded. "I'm getting tired of working this though, and the paper's not due for a few days. Wanna get back together tomorrow to finish it off? I think we mostly just need to proofread and write the bibliography now."

Caelum's shoulders sagged as he let out a fatigued sigh.
Writing reports sucked.
Glancing over to Sean, he nodded his head, and joined him in a stretch that provoked a hum from him. Sure, their topic of choice was great, but actually working on the darn thing was a bore. Caelum was eager to abandon it to the wayside and power up as Cadmus to have something funner to do before going home.
Maybe punch out a youma or two to vent his frustrations regarding schoolwork overall.
"Sure, that sounds good," the pink-haired boy nodded. "So I guess I'll see you tomorrow?"

"Sure, see you tomorrow," Sean agreed as he gathered up the books and his school supplies. He'd check out the book they'd used so that they could get the rest of the info they needed, then return the ones they hadn't used. He stuffed his supplies in his backpack and swung it over his shoulder before turning for the circulation desk. He called, "Goodnight!" over his shoulder to his classmate as he headed off. He had no plans in his head other than getting dinner and doing the rest of his homework for the night.

Caelum glanced up to the sky. He hadn't registered he passage of time until he stepped into the library, but it really was night. Still, his parents weren't expecting home too soon, so after waving off Sean with a quick "See ya!" he backpedaled into an alleyway,
After a few moments, a short burst of light illuminated its darkness, and then a short, shadowed figure dashed out to a rooftop and off into the night of Destiny City.
