A single pink flamingo sat outside Robert's House wearing a scarf. If Robert didn't notice it at first, there was a small horde of these creatures looming in the distance. They did nothing. Also,Bix MIGHT have gotten another snowball aimed at him in passing and unlike Gale, Marcus had not bothered to hide himself, and rather had run off towards the edge of the trainee fields where a small snow fortress was being built. A moon coat was being used as a temporary flag. Leon got a text.

This was not the way to start out the day. She had been trying to avoid more cold, not fall flailing into the snow. But here she was, snow collecting on her glasses and making it near impossible to see. "Hey!" she squeaked, trying to untangle herself from the person who collided with her. "I can't see at the moment really, but are you okay??"

Today was a day that Milo Hale realized he was not meant for colder climates. Rain he could deal with, jacket weather was alright (it allowed him to show off some of his really cool ones as it was). But snow was a entirely different beast all together. Sure, it was really amazing to see all of it on the ground once it seemed a little more clear to go out, but once Milo stepped outside he felt like a big pile of nope.
(Which sucked, because he really wanted to play in it).
The Sun promptly turned back towards the dorms. Perhaps he could find a few more layers to add on, better boots. Maybe also a certain Mist Hunter to boot.

Sadly October couldn't see anything either, because his own glasses were currently smeared with snow and his dark hair was tangled messily about his face and he was sopping wet and really this was a very bad day.
"I - don't know - " he said, waving the closed umbrella he was carrying in an attempt at propping himself up again.
"Where - all I see is white - "

"Aro- ah, wait!" Oliver yelped, helpless to defend himself against the taller man's enthusiastic handling. It wasn't the first time he had been tossed over his friend's shoulder and taken somewhere 'for his own good', but it never seemed to get any less bewildering. "H-hey, I was working on things," he began, the usual start to a round of protests. "What if the snow is bad for you? Uh, m-maybe we should just stay in here, we can have some hot chocolate? A-are you sure you're even dressed for snow?" The farther they got from his workstation, the more nervous his voice became.

Noemi had seen white outside, on one of her early morning shifts, and when she had finally been freed to go outside, she returned to her dorm and layered on as much as she could. While she grew up in the warmer climates, it didn't mean that she hadn't had those random snow storms come up. Quite specifically because she had been on mountain farm land.
So When Milo came in to redress appropriately, he would find a Noemi bouncing out of her dorm looking much like a cotton ball. "Milo!" The girl cried from underneath her layers. "It's snowing outside!!" She shoved back her wool hat and smiled at him shyly.
"Are you gonna go outside?"

Alex came flying out of the corner of the building, making some sort of call similar to a Native american war cry before sending two snowballs flying at the nearest people he knew / saw.
One hit, the other flew by someone else, and Alex was pumping his fist. "SCORE ONE FOR THE ALEX."

I am dressed perfectly well, little bird, thank you!" said Arorangi brightly as he carried Oliver down the stairs with as much effort as though he were toting a bag of feathers. His best friend's protests were, of course, utterly ignored in favor of going outside.
"We will have hot cocoa after, right now we must have snow times!" Arorangi said cheerfully, and pushed open the door, the snow blindingly white and enormously, outrageously tall.
He set Oliver back down on his feet and beamed at him.
"Now, what should we do first?" Arorangi asked, rubbing his hands together in eagerness. "We could try sledding, or maybe snowball fight, or building a snowman!"

Diana had just managed to stand and clean her glasses when out of the corner of her eye she spotted something soaring towards her. It was too late to realize just what it was before it smacked her in the face, covering her glasses once more and sending her tumbling back over the poor guy she'd ended up colliding with before. A small panicked noise was all that could be heard from her as she fell face first into the snow again. "Why? Why me?" her muffled voice could be heard from her snow pile, her arms struggling to dig herself out of the snow mess.

Bix ducked Marcus's snowball with a, "HA!" Only to have the next smash squarely over his nose. The pale hunter was knocked backwards in sheer surprise and sunk down several inches into a Bix shaped hole. "TRAITORS!!"

Only two weeks had passed since he'd been out on the beach, his jeans rolled up around his knees as he searched the sand for staplers and cigarettes. Now they had thirteen feet of snow. People around here kept telling him he was going to die young, but this was the first time he actually believed them. Shivering and damp in a hastily thrown together bedding-and-towel ensemble, Max had amassed an impressive pile of snowballs and was considering moving on to a snowman when he heard a familiar voice. Diana's HEEEEEEEEEERE! Caper bellowed from her place on the ground nearby, her fins glinting where ice had begun to form at their edges. This was the first time since they'd met that she'd been enthusiastic about being in her weapon form, and there was one simple reason why. Between Max and the other hunters there was an eight foot high drift, one side sheer as a cliff and the other sloped in a perfectly packed slide. As a weapon, Caper could go for a ride all by herself. PUSH ME!Max did as he was told, positioning the harpoon gun at the top of the hill and giving her a nudge before jogging over to peek around the side of the snow heap. Caper screeched happily as she skidded down the incline, toward... some guy. Oh, crap. Moments before she caused some sort of horrible accident involving harpoons and eyes, Max desummoned Caper back to his thumb and stepped out of hiding. This bit of snow was much softer than where he had been, and he almost lost his balance as he tried to get close enough to help Diana up. Although he couldn't walk properly, surely he could retaliate. Max gathered a handful of snow and squished it into a ball, but as it arced through the air toward Diana's assailant, it broke apart in a series of messy blobs. Aw.

October hadn't even managed to get his glasses clean before a snowball came whistling past him - but fortunately, it missed. Unfortunately, however, his companion wasn't so lucky, because October heard a squeal and a thump as he tried to find a dry spot of his clothes to wipe his glasses.
"WHO DID THAT?" he wailed. The one who was Definitely Not Gale came looming over the Bix shaped hole, debated for a minute, and then promptly dropped a snowball down the chasm left behind because he was just that nice.

< Aaaw, she looks like a fluffy little foxfire ~> Koume cooed in his head. Even after all this time, so many of her comments made no sense. Noemi did look fluffy though. And warm. Which he wanted to be.
"Ya, it is," he replied with a little laugh as he rubbed at one of his arms, "Totally way more than I've ever seen, ya! Gonna need a few more layers I think before I head back." Milo kind of wished he had a coat similar to her's but then again, he wouldn't look as adorable as she would in it. (Wait, what?)
"Gonna be just a sec," hopefully she would wait for him as he maneuvered past her and into his room to grab what else he could manage to keep the cold off him. Thankfully he did have a few more extra things; a proper pair of boots, gloves, a hat and another jacket.pixie nyxie hurray, I'm able to actually reply ~

That was it. No more nice Diana. She tried her best to stumble out of her hole, balling up a snowball as she went. Watch out world here she came. The guy who hit here was really going to get it now. Oh she was so ready for it. Popping out of her hole she drew her arm back and hurled it at the first person she spotted....which just so happened to be Max. Oops. That wasn't the plan at all. She stared in horror as it collided with his face, really hoping she hadn't done any serious damage. "Hey, hey guy. Are you okay? Sorry I tripped over you again," she called to October, checking on him and attempting to pretend she hadn't just hit her Max in the face.

Lydia wasn't exactly used to cold and snow, but she was no stranger to it either, and she had always found it to be lovely, and fun, and since she dressed in many layers all of the time anyways, the chill in the air really didn't bother her at all! So, with all of her many layers, a scarf wrapped around her face, and a lovely hat on her head, the death trainee found herself outside in the snow, digging a hole. A very large, very deep hole, that she covered with a white blanket, with rocks used at it's edges to hold into place, all hidden under a thin layer of snow. At it's center, was a can of beer, and a bag of cheetos. She sat back and waited. ANYONE WHO WANTS TO FALL INTO A HOLE just quote me if you do ;D
