She waited just long enough for Liam to return a kiss to her cheek before letting go and taking a seat next to him, giving no acknowledgment for the noise Austin had made earlier. Instead she merely grinned at him briefly before picking up a cup and filling it almost to the brim with vodka and gulping some down not wanting to get too far behind as she topped off her cup again. Letting her fingers curl around Liam’s she shot the blonde a look for the new rule he had given, not entirely a surprise at the aim but the look on the other’s hunter face was enough for her to know it struck a chord. It didn’t help when the other unfamiliar hunter laughed, not that she could entirely blame him it was sort of cute even if embarrassing. Picking up a card she flipped it over, King. “Alright, to even it out every time you take a drink you have to make an animal noise when you’re finish. Can’t use the same one as the person before either.” Picking up the cup she drank some down and set back on the table and went “ribbit.”

Quote: Seven is no heaven -- dare someone to do something. if they refuse, they drink twice Austin snorted at Harper, rolling his eyes just a little, and reached for the stack fearlessly -- even if, on the inside, he was grimacing at the idea of animal noises. Plotting out what he'd do, should he turn the card over and it be a drink -- But no. A seven, plain as day, which lit up his face instead. Green eyes flicked up across the table to Paige, and then Liam [lingering] and then Harper, considering, before they finally settled on poor Zac instead. He was already a little tipsy. It made him prime dare territory. "Hey, kiwi." He sat back, a hand against his chin while he debated their options. Panty raid was probably too low level for this place. Anything potentially dangerous had the edge taken off by their weapons. The biggest trouble he could cause was of a rules-breaking or a bureaucratic sort. Vandalism, improper conduct, theft -- His smile definitely wasn't exactly nice. "I dare you..." He had to mull on it just a moment before reaching a decision, "To smuggle one of the testing creatures out of Life Labs."

That earned, for a moment, a considering face, then a frown...and then a cough of a laugh. "Yeah mate, nah, I'll take the drinks and...think of some bloody animal sounds but thanks. He waved a finger at the challenger as though to indicate next challenge card he got might very well be going just that way. "Ah... peep I suppose." he said with just a touch of slur after the first one,, shaking his head and downing the second and chasing it with a rooster crow. and

Brows arched in interest as Zeke watched the interactions between Austin, Harper, and the quiet young man that had come in after Zac and himself. They all clearly knew each other, and since the two trainees he'd gone on a mission with were both Day Zero survivors, this other kid was as well. Liam. That actually wasn't what had caught Zeke's attention though. It had been tension between the two young men, the sour looks from the brunette, and the mean spirited little dare from the blonde. It made the Mist wonder about their history, though he wasn't likely to get answers here. Something for later, maybe. Settling in his seat, the intermediate held onto his silence as the others took their turns, right up to Zac, who opted to drink more instead of attempting the dare. It had Zeke smirking as he watched the Kiwi toss back a couple of drinks, cheeks flushing, and then call out some animal noises. He gave him a quick knee squeeze as he sat up to grab himself a card. The number on it had him smiling, and without speaking(Because really, he was not great with rhymes) he turned it to flash the value to the folks across the table from him, then pointed at Austin, brows raised. Drink up.

Quote: King [thirteen] rules the castle -- make up a rule everyone must obey There was a beat before Austin obeyed -- slowly downing more than was really required of his drink -- and then setting it down to consider. The rules said he had to make an animal noise so, instead of baaah-ing like a sheep, he tipped his head to look at Liam as he howled, confidently, like a wolf. Cocking as ever. He could make animal sounds work for him, apparently. With a grin, he drew another card, and held it up meaningfully before he set it on the pile. "Everyone makes animal noises but me, from now on."

Cain had been loitering in the hall for some time now, just being the creep he was. Peeking around the doorway on occasion and figuring out if he could build up enough nerve to go in and see what all the fuss was about. What ever it was had sounded just interesting enough to stop him from heading back to his own room with a lifted bottle of cake flavored vodka.
When he heard someone inside mention the rest of them aside from said voice owner had to make animal noises, curiosity got the better of him. A blonde head peered around the corner into brief sight, thick yellow framed glasses overshadowing squinting grey blues as they ran the crowd playing.
Well that explained a lot there was booze and Zeke, and now Cain had lost all interest in proceeding into the room.
