And, suddenly, Nell was being pelted by snowballs from two different directions. With a shriek, she scooped up a handful of snow and threw it at whatever poor soul happened to be closest, though she didn't give herself much time to aim and the snowball turned into a cloud of powder before it hit poor poor Oliver and his nice clothes.

Truth to be told, Lazarus was unsure if he was looking forward to this, or if he should fear this. He hates cold!! But at the same time a group game with Raevans and guardians sounded like a good fun.
Outside, he was dressed with another layer of clothing with a long scarf thickly wrapped around his neck and some of his face. Of course, he's wearing thick gloves as well as he rolls up a decent amount of snow into his hands. Grinning, he threw the snowball at the first figure he saw without a word - Mordekai. He watches as his snowball crumbled easily as it hit his arm, perhaps he should give it a few pats to make it firmer the next time.

Mordekai laughed as he was hit in the arm by Lazarus - "Ach!" he took a few steps back before bending forward to pick up another scoopful of snow to aim at Lazarus.

Already, the game was descending into good-natured madness.
Claire, a small smile on her face, glanced around for her first target. She packed a small snowball, eyes ever wandering until they locked onto Nell, the girl she had been talking with at the hot cocoa table. "Incoming!" she shouted with a laugh, launching it as best she could at her and she made contact with her arm - solidly enough but not quite on target.

Lazarus rolled up another snowball in his gloves and was prepared to launch it when he was hit firmly by one on his chest. "Ow!" Good thing he wore a thick waterproof jacket though. Unfortunately, he did not see who did it, although he has a suspicion, throwing a glance in Mordekai's direction.
Thankfully, the snowball he made is still in his hand. This time, he took aim at someone nearer to him that was shouting and laughing. Watching as the snowball hit Claire hard. "Yes!" He shouted as he ducked down to make more.

He's getting the hang of it, making snowballs. This time taking aim at Mordekai once more. Revenge shall be his! However, his throw was kind of off balance, he wasn't sure why, might be from how thick the gloves were, affecting his mobility somewhat. He could only watch as the snowball flew sort of slowly towards the older man on a high arch. On the bright side, it did hit the man, albeit he didn't flinch from it; on the other hand, the Valsaros was kind of embarrassed about that lame throw.

Well, she couldn't just let people throw snowballs at her and get away with it, could she? So as soon as poor Oliver got doused by snow, Mordekai was next with a solid shot to the chest.

And next up was her new buddy, Claire. "Right back at ya! " she called, lobbing a snowball back at her, though it wasn't as well aimed as her other one and only hit her shoulder.

While Ethiriel didn't recognize him visually, even without his wings she was able to discern that Lazarus was a Raevan -- he just carried that feel about him. Plus... well, he was the only one who had legs at this point so she just knew it was him.
Rearing back, she hurled a snowball his way. It was a direct hit, but a soft blow.

Ronan didn't even wait to find a different target. The moment game started, he wound up his arm and hurled a hunk of snow straight at Kris, nailing her in the arm.

Kris yelped at the hit, dropping the snowball she had been forming. "Oh, it is so on!" She quickly made a new snowball and threw it his way, but in her haste hit Amity instead!

Amity made a noise even louder than Kris had, the snow having glanced off her wing. Flying away from the imminent family battle the frei threw her snowball at Claire.

"Family issues, Ronan?" called Cesc, lobbing one high and overhead to the man, the loose-packed snowball managing to just glance off his left arm. With all the snowball fight commotion, Cesc was dodging cross-fire and laughing, happy and amused with how it was all going down.
