Rito
About: One of the eviolutes of the Zoras, Sea Zoras, the Rito are a peaceful species of birdlike humanoids who make the island world or Wind Waker their home. Not only are they confirmation of the geological time which had to have passed between Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker, they are a testament to the mutable nature of Zoran DNA. Also, Laruna, the sage among the race, says a lot about the Zora/Parella evolutionary line in that even as they evolve they retain their closeness to the goddesses.
Appearance: humanoid with a flat bill or beak on their face. Less grotesque than Oocca...
Alignment: lawful good to neutral
Habitat: Islands in Wind Waker era.
Era: Wind Waker
Abilities:
Flight: only after visiting Valoo.
Enhanced Strength

Yeti
About: The Yeti seem to be one of the more intelligent primates in the series, able to communicate fairly easily with Link. They appear to be isolationist, and for that reason could have been trusted with great secrets. As the Hylians moved North from their post near the Temple of Time, the royal family saw fit to confide more in the enigmatic and sometimes terrifying creatures. As with most confidantes, they have more than one provider of secrets, as evidence for Oocca contact can be seen as well. Despite all this intrigue, though, the Yeti remain a playful race on the outside, seemingly content to stay hold up in the mountains and slide around.in the snow... Perhaps they aren't so stupid after all.
Appearance: Big, furry, you know, a Yeti! rolleyes
Alignment: lawful neutral
Habitat: Snowy Peak
Era: OOT, Twilight Princess
Abilities:
Monstrous strength
Trustworthy: People are more inclined to confide in them. Works well on merchants too.

Appearance: Short, furry, and adorable, the Kikwi are small mammals with swirling tails and elongated noses which suggest and arboreal life as well as the advent of olfaction in forest dwelling species on in Hyrule.

Abilities:
*Nimble: With their small bodies the Kikwi are one of the most nimble species in all Hyrule. Plus evasion and speed.

Ancient Robot
About: One of the five tribes of the surface, oddly enough, is the Ancient Robots. While it isn't clear where the technology to build them came from, it is certain from their existence that the land of Hyrule was a much more enlightened place before the coming of Demise. The Hylians are said to have had a hand in the enslavement of the AR, but these claims can no sooner be substantiated as the source of the curious species can be discerned.
Appearance: Small, slightly humanoid, with large cranium and hands. Curious markings all over. Likely some old Hyrulean script.
Alignment: lawful good
Habitat: Lanayru Mining Facility
Era: Skyward Sword
Abilities:
Flight
Enhanced Strength

Subrosian
About: Hailing from the curious land of Holodrum, the Subrosians are one of the more interesting races. They appear to be a little smaller than the Kokiri, but for whatever reason have had to adapt to life under the Earth. As such they have slowed their advancement or have retrogressed. Their economy of ore chunks affirms this.
Appearance: Short, cloaked.
Alignment: neutral to chaotic good
Habitat: Holodrum
Era: Original game (Oracles games)
Abilities:
*Fireproof: They bath in lava... Good luck burning them.

MogmaAbout: When Link arrives at Eldin Volcano, he learns that Bokoblins are invading Mogma villages, and he must get rid of them in order to enter the temple. After Link defeats a colony of Bokoblins for Tyto, he gives the young hero the Digging Mitts in gratitude. When Link arrives at the Earth Temple, he overhears Ledd and Cobal talking about a key that will open the gate to the temple, but the key had been broken into five pieces and hidden by Bokoblins.[1] As Link requires the key to enter the temple, he must use Fi's dowsing abilities to find the pieces and dig them up. Appearance: Alignment: Lawful Good Habitat: Mogmas are a highly civilized mole tribe featured in Skyward Sword. They live on Eldin Volcano and have the ability to dig into and out of the ground. They are friendly toward Link and claim to always honor their debts, but are also somewhat greedy and enjoy Rupees and other treasures. Era: Skyward Sword Abilities: They're able to dig beneath the ground in different metals and ores. They have higher heat resistance and are shown to be fairly quick.

Anouki About: The Anouki are a race of fairly humanoid beings that have antlers like those of a reindeer and are found in the World of the Ocean King in Phantom Hourglass and the re-established land of Hyrule in Spirit Tracks. Appearance: Alignment: Neutral Good Habitat: They prefer to live in very cold environments such as the Isle of Frost in the World of the Ocean King and the Snow Realm of Hyrule. An animosity exists between the sect of the Anouki tribe in the World of the Ocean King and the more menacing-looking Yook tribe, but the Anouki are largely the only race inhabiting Hyrule's Snow Realm in Spirit Tracks with the Yook nowhere to be seen. Era: Late Wind Waker, Spirit Tracks Abilities: Cold Resistance

Lokomo About: The Lokomo is a tribe from Spirit Tracks. They are servants to the Spirits of Good, with their sole role being to protect the land, the Spirit Tracks, and the temples scattered throughout Hyrule. Most importantly, however, the Lokomos protect the land from the Demon King, Malladus, by making sure that his prison and locks, the Tower of Spirits and the Spirit Tracks respectively, stay intact at all times to prevent the Demon King's escape. They were originally sent by the Spirits to Hyrule to continue their work of watching over the land for them, and as such, they are considered the guardians of the five realms. Appearance: Alignment: Good Habitat: ****ORIGINALLYOne Lokomo resides in each of the five realms in the land, and they can always be found in their respective sanctuaries. They are: Gage, Guardian of the Forest Realm Steem, Guardian of the Snow Realm Carben, Guardian of the Ocean Realm Embrose, Guardian of the Fire Realm Rael, Guardian of the Sand Realm Era: Spirit Tracks Abilities: Most Lokomos possess sacred instruments that, when played, have the ability to generate enough energy that powers the Spirit Tracks; however, to do this, special melodies known as the Lokomo Songs must first be performed. These songs are duets that require two sacred instruments to function properly and, once the Lokomo Song is performed, it will help restore the Rail Map's energy, which in turn also restores the missing Spirit Tracks that lead to the each realm's temple. The Lokomos also seem to have longer life spans than normal humans, as Anjean was already the guardian of the Tower of Spirits by the time Tetra and her pirate crew arrived in Hyrule 100 years prior to the events of Spirit Tracks, and Byrne, who had "a century to train", maintains the appearance of a young man despite his apparent age.

Skull Kid About: Skull Kids are recurring creatures in The Legend of Zelda series. Navi implies that children who wander into the Lost Woods become Skull Kids. They appear in Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess. One first interacts with Link in Ocarina of Time, and later plays a major role in Majora's Mask. Skull Kids dress in a red cloak and hat covering an underlayer of clothing composed of a straw-like material, and play a flute, which they can also use as a weapon to shoot projectiles Appearance: Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Habitat: Navi implies that children who wander into the Lost Woods become Skull Kids. Era: late Skyward Sword, OOT, Twilight Princess (PM for permission; I may allow them in other timelines simply because the Lost Woods are in more eras than these) Abilities: They are able to shoot projectiles from their flutes.

Twili
About: Seen as a curse, both by Hylians and the Twili themselves, the Twili, thought to be the curse Hylians and others associated with the losing side of the Interloper War. The twili have seemed to have lost the ability to speak normally, and despite any smiles make terrible groaning noises. It seems they are susceptible to the darkness which invaded the Twilight Realm, suggesting the Twilight Realm is/was much more peaceful without the influence of Ganondorf's twisted energy. Also, this throws into question what a true Twili looks like other than Midna and Zant...
Appearance: Pale blue skin with typically red hair, as seen with Midna. Strange tribal glyphs seem to dot their skin. Light and dark sides.
Alignment: Chaotic evil to chaotic good
Habitat: Twilight Realm
Era: All
Abilities:
*Ancient magic: Somewhat like the Hylians and their affinity for regular magic, the Twili have the ability to learn their own magic.

Dragon
(NPC)
About: Dragons are as old a species as Link's quest itself, appearing in Skyward Sword as Faron, Eldin, and Lanayru. The species takes on many roles, but as far as shape goes they tend to favor the Eastern/serpent style. They have been known to treat Link with as much hostility as hospitality, being one of the more common enemies the Hero has to face. This, however, does not diminish their prestige. Some, like in Wind Waker, are worshiped.
Appearance: Most are serpentine with long whiskers.
Alignment: Lawful good or lawful evil. Rarely anything in between.
Habitat: Most seem to prefer the dank confines of dungeons, but they could live just about anywhere.
Era: All
Abilities:
*Tough: Dragons simply can take more damage than any other race. Most have a certain elemental resistance.
Flight
Telepathy

Monkeys (primates)
(NPC)
About: Yes, there's monkey business in Hyrule. For some time now the primates of the franchise have held positions in the plot associated with intel. and just plain smartness, which agrees nicely with most astrological layouts. However, to pigeon hole them into this role is a bit too simple. The relationship between primates and the rest of the species, particularly humans/hylians, is so intertwined that one wonders how the Royal family might keep tabs on the wild without them.
Appearance: ... Come on.
Alignment: Literally anything.
Habitat: Almost anywhere. Don't seem to like the extreme hot or too much water.
Era: All
Abilities:
Agile
clever
Thieves: Liable to get a five-finger discount on goods. 10% chance.

Ghosts
About: Ghosts everywhere in the franchise. From Poes to benign deceased who have yet to move on, they are found in nearly every place on the timeline. In each race, it makes no difference, if there is regret at death the deceased will cling to this world as an apparition. It seems the only thing from turning a normal ghost, which retains much of the sentience and detail in form they held in life, from a Poe or Hue, is a certain degree of malice which may or may not be predicated by a set passage of time. Whatever the case, it seems as if a very low level of spiritual awareness is required to interact with them.
Appearance: Variant.
Alignment: Any.
Habitat: Everywhere.
Era: All
Abilities:
*Phasing
*dream speak: can talk to people in their dreams.
