As the bloodfury from the darkness passed, the shadows left his iris and became dormant once more in the white of his eyes. He cleaned the blood off his sword, then moved his free hand down sweeping his cloak back. Sliding his sword back into it's sheath, he then let his cloak return to it's idle flow, covering his sword again. He looked around at the bodies of the dead moblins, before hearing Takir's question. He looked away some, "I'm a disgraced warrior, I'm not allowed to use my name again until I have earned it back." He said to her, crossing his arms over his chest some. "My clan is from the outer lands, it allowed us to decide which royals we felt deserved our skills." Theodwin said while still looking away, standing this way a few minutes before looking back over at Takir again.

"Our clan trained in all weapon styles, we pick the weapons we are most comfortable with and get weapons customized to each trainee. No two weapons are ever the same." Theodwin said to Takir, he reached down and drew his blade about halfway from it's sheath. The blade had a very intricate designed etched into it, "It's made from a metal very common in our lands, but very uncommon here." He said, before sliding it back into it's sheath. He looked over at the Zora, "For now, my name and past are unimportant. We'll need to get him to the water soon, if he's out of the water much longer he'll not be able to heal the damage done." He said, then moved over closer to the two of them. "Are you able to walk or do I need to carry you soe more? We'll need to move soon, the Hylian guard will have undoubtily have noticed the commotion out here." Theodwin said.

    And they did, making their approach known by the clanging steps and short barks of commanding officers redirecting the men into the correct formations. It was a matter of minutes before dozen at least two dozen Hylian soldiers were on top of the small group. Fighting them would be absolutely out of the question, but luckily Rheaus, living up to his species' reputation for miraculous healing with water, had started to recover incredibly fast.

    His skin immediately started to soften up again, and in his face was a color more fitting for the majestic stories told by those lucky enough to see the Zoras. He coughed up a viscous, shiny blue sludge on the ground next to him: his blood? After that, the prince seemed much more sharp, standing with the others.

    "... Thank you. I should be able to make it water now." Rheaus took a look at the oncoming swarm. "... You should run the other way as me. They want me. If you--" A squad leader's whistle cut through the Zora's speech.

    "There he is!"

    "GO." Rheaus dipped and ran for the river surrounding the Castle (which everyone seems to think is a moat lol) to try headfaking the guards. The others might be able to catch him, but would they be willing after his warning? Catching Rheaus also meant a nearly impossible to avoid confrontation with the guards due to the timing of the whole thing.

Whenever there is a meeting, a parting is sure to follow. However, that parting need not last forever...

✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿

xxxLeaving her home behind and her precious 'children' as well, it always took a toll on the girl. It was something that had always pained her to do, but it had to be done in order to help those who need it, as well as keep the forest safe. Taking a moment and standing on the bridge that connected the Kokiri village to Hyrule Field, Tiquora held the rope between both of her hands. Feeling the moss that had grown over time was rather strange to her, it was something that had grown over the years- but had never changed. It was reassuring to her that the world may once more become fully pure once again- however it was very unlikely. However, turning her head slightly to the side, a smile managed to creep it's way onto her lips as she saw a shift through the time to years before. Two children meeting here in such a way it ws nearly heart-breaking. Something she knew rather well with having to leave loved ones behind. One of the children however, would be around still if it were not for the cruel wave of fate and time. The late Sage of the Forest. Then the hero who once saved the land. Tiquora personally never met either of them, however she had herd all of the legends and what they were to become and do. It was fascinating. thinking that she had spent too much time here, she began to make her way towards the exit into Hyrule Field.
xxxOnce making her way through the trees that had grown to touch the ground, the Hylian glanced around the field remembering small things that had long changed. Gaepora for example who would always come to greet those traveling to new lands- long gone of course. Tightening her grip around her staff, she made her way along the dirt road and over the hills to glance towards Lon Lon Ranch. Such a beautiful place with such kind animals. Another place she often loved to visit. Her sight seeing however had been cut short with a sudden commotion coming from the direction of Hyrule castle town. Slightly cocking an eyebrow, Tiquora walked over the hill to see just what had been happening. Upon seeing a group of... warriors? and then the guards, her curiosity had been poked at, just what was going on? Taking a few steps closer, the sage could see and injured Zoran and a few fighting to defend the creatures of the goddesses- how noble. Tapping her fingers on her staff for a moment, she wondered if she would place herself into their position and intervene? Taking a few more steps forward, the Hylian made her presences briefly known to those who were around the group, if they were to turn just enough, they would be able to see her. Tiquora knew well enough that without having a sense of idea of who was at fault here, she wouldn't be able to help those who need it more.

✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿

Whether a parting be forever or merely for a short time... That is up to you.

❂Takir of the Sheikah❂

Location: Hyrule Field
Company: A Zoran, and a nameless Sheikah.

₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪

Takir had heard stories old of Sheikah tribes from other lands. There was a tradition within her clan for boys to take their names after their first battle, but she had been given her own name when she was given to her mentor. Her parents had fought in the Hylian war, and she'd been left in the care of the elders in her tribe. She wondered what they could tell her about the man's situation, had any of them still been alive. She was the last youthful warrior in her village, and the remaining elders had passed many years ago. ”Your sword is beautiful. I'd like to train with a sword someday. I'm the last of my tribe, so there aren't any customs for me to follow except the one's I remember from childhood.” She climbed back to her feet, head turning back to face the castle walls as the Zoran started to speak.

His tone was very interesting. She'd never encountered a Zoran before, and wasn't sure if they all sounded the way he did, but it was music to her ears. She wondered briefly if he could sing, but her fancies were cut short by the distant shouts of guardsmen.

Crimson eyes darting to the side at the oncoming hoard, she quickly picked out a few of the Deku nuts tucked within her belt. “Everyone scatter,” she added, following the blue-skinned being's thanks, and warning. She wanted to know more about both the estranged Sheikah, and the Zoran. Anger boiled in her gut – she had a chance to reach out to the other broken cultures in the land, and the Hylians were stealing it away from her with their brutality. She hated their vicious ways.

They seemed to falter as the Zoran darted for the river, diving gracefully into the rushing waters. In the moment that the guards hesitated, Takir decided she would stand for their forces no longer. She was tired of defending a family she didn't even know. She felt disgraced as a warrior, born and trained to protect a race of ingrates. She'd never been thanked for her actions against the evils in the land, save for the meager offerings of thanks given to her by the citizens of her village. Without another thought, she sprinted toward the barbarians, screaming wildly to distract them. Perhaps the other Sheikah would decide to help her again. He had taken prompt care of the moblins in order to help her protect the Zoran. His heart was good, she sensed it.

Paces away from the guards, she shot off to the side, chucking down the Deku nuts and disappearing into the smoke. She wouldn't allow them to capture the Zoran. She'd defend against the people she'd been sworn to protect if it meant her own death. They were no longer people of justice.

Alteric looked at the Zoran, before it ran off to the water surrounding the castle. He looked down at Takir as he heard her, "Sword training is one of the more advanced training of my clan's camp." He said, before looking around at the Hylians that started to surround them. He reached down to his sword, but stopped himself as he felt the darkness scratching to get out. These guards were corrupt, but they weren't evil. To kill them would only feed and strengthen the darkness within him, he reached down to the back of his waist. Pulling four spheres out of a hidden pack under his cloak, he strikes one set of two and throws them towards the guards. Then strikes the other two, throwing it towards another group of guards. The bombs detonated throwing up large clouds of dust throwing up an obscuring cloud.

Theodwin then let out a whistle, a few moments later a huge black horse came running towards them quickly. Easily plowing through the line of guards and getting to Theodwin's side, he quickly climbed up into the saddle of his horse. Then quickly rode over to where Takir is, he then reached down and picked Takir up setting her on the saddle in front of him. Before turning his horse and charged the line of guards, the guards that didn't move out of the way were plowed down again. Theodwin then quickly urged his horse on towards Kokiri Village, as he quickly broke away from the guards. He saw Tiquora off to the side, he looked over towards her slightly before quickly urging his horse on more.

Once he cleared Lon Lon ranch and felt sure the guards weren't in pursuit, he slowed his horse down to a casual stride. "Sorry about the sudden yanking you up, but I felt it better to escape from there while we could. I'm sure the Zoran is already almost back out to the ocean." He said as he held onto the reigns of his horse, though looking back some as he rode. Not looking for hostile pursuers, more wondering about that woman he saw. He could sense a great deal of power about her and that made him very curious about her.

    The Zora would have already gotten away, making beautiful, loping strokes upstream. He looked like a bolt of lightning--seen in slow motion of course--and even though some of the Hylians threw their spears at the Prince it didn't matter.

    "Bastards...! Get the horses, we're going upstream! Tell the magicians to send word to the Noble Zoras--" etc etc. Captain James roared and snarled as the men he saw as more than capable to kill were being reduced to babysitters and doormats. He gripped his spear and was about to charge the field himself when a hand came across his chest.

    "Calm yourself, you rube... We haven't the leverage to crush them yet." Captain James grumbled and eventually had something clever to say to this.

    "But wouldn't it be an act of treason?? Surely we could smash them and be justified!"

    "No... No, it isn't so simple as that. We'll need a little more persuading upstairs to get those pointy-eared plutocrats to identify Sheikah as an enemy, no matter the circumstances." After he said this the Commander calmly called out to the troops from his place a few meters back. Such authority he held, one might think he was a king no questions asked.

      The men started back into the walls of the city immediately, signifying the end of the uproar, but in its wake was a profound silence: the dense fog of militant plotting; as if the entire place was just a bin for the Commander's wanton thought process. The drawbridge would immediately go up. Surely this would cause the Royal family to stir. It also demonstrated the Commander's executive power.

❂Takir of the Sheikah❂

Location: Hyrule Field – headed for Kokiri Forest.
Company: A traveling Sheikah of no name, and his impressive horse.

₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪

Takir jumped in shock at the sudden eruption of dirt and rocks around her, skidding to a halt in the debris. She pulled the bandages from around one of her hands and wrapped it around her head, covering her nose and mouth as to avoid breathing in any dust. She peered around her, keen eyes making out the figures of the guards to her left, and a large horse quickly approaching from the right. She didn't have much time to put up any argument as the other Sheikah scooped her up effortlessly with one arm, hoisting her onto the steed's back.

She sat stiffly for a moment, shoulders drawn up near her pointed ears. She needed to show some defiance to those damned guards. She'd spent too long under their rule. Their unspoken ownership of her simply because she had warrior's blood made her sick with rage. She didn't want to spill their blood, no, they just deserved to hurt. Her own anger scared her a little, and she found herself feeling more defeated than anything by the time they slowed to a less frantic pace.

The smell of freshly cut grass and cow fodder made her realize they were passing Lon Lon Ranch, and by then she was slumped forward a bit, eyebrows drawn in frustration while she held onto the front of the saddle with white knuckles. At least she had freed that Zoran. She hoped the other Sheikah was right about him making it to the ocean. He deserved that beautiful, open water.

The stranger apologized after a while, explaining the need to escape, and Takir realized that she'd probably be charged for treason. Would she even be able to return to Kakariko Village? Surely the forces would be searching for them, and she knew she was listed on the census as a member of the village. She'd never slept a night anywhere besides the loft of her mentor's old house at the base of the mountain, far at the back of the sleepy little town.

“I suppose I should thank you for saving me, warrior.” she paused, unused to referring to others of her kind. “They would have taken me as a prisoner, surely. I don't know what I was thinking.” She glanced up, the span of the Kokiri Forest coming into view. “Do you live there?” She asked, looking back over her shoulder through her thick eyelashes to study her savior. Up close his features were quite notably that of a Sheikah. Sharp and intense. She turned back to face forward, reaching up to pull the bandage from around her face. It seemed they were both disgraced in a way. Though she had no tribe to banish her, the people she'd once served now likely wanted her dead. 'Perhaps I should stop using my name as well,' she thought, sighing.

Theodwin smiled slightly hearing what she said, "You got caught up in the moment, it's best not to let men like that capture you." He said softly, his smile fading. Theodwin had seen some of the horrible things that have happened to those captured by them, even though he was a disgraced Sheikah. He would not allow them to take another Sheikah, as he rode along with her he could feel the darknessstarting to subside some. Theodwin looked down when he heard Takir's question towards him, his eyes meeting her eyes. He found himself unable to answer until she had looked away, "I live in the Lost Woods, whenever I need a place to rest. Most of the time I'm constantly moving around." He said to her, looking forward again.

Soon coming the bridge into Kokiri Forest, he stopped his horse and looked down at her again. "I think it might be best if you come with me to my place until things cool down some." He said to her, before continuing across the bridge into Kokiri. As he rode through the village, several of the village children ran up and next to him as he rode through. He waved to them some as he rode past, soon getting to the entrance of the Lost Woods.

He made his way through The Lost Woods as if the path through it was clear to him, after a few minutes they reached a section of the woods that unless a person knew what to look for, would never be able to find. He stopped his horse next to a simple but strong looking shack, after helping Tavir down. Theodwin climbed down as well, he patted his horse's neck. Before moving over to the door of the shack, "It's not much, but I rarely need that much room." He said as he looked over at her.

Princess Ashieth

The light sound of bare feet against tile sounded quietly though the castle hallway. Ashieth, the young princess of the Hyrule Kingdom, walked through the hall, humming a small tune to herself as she watched the world go by through the windows she passed. Below the castle stood the town, it's buildings simple yet inviting and the market stalls bursting with color from the different sorts of good up for sale. Ash loved visiting the bustling town, meeting it's people, seeing all the new goods for sale, hearing the tales of the adventurers that have come to rest their wary feet. It was a shame that her parents didn't like for her to leave the castle walls. The young hylian understood why they were so nervous about her exiting the castle, but the way Ash saw it, it was her duty to protect the kingdom and the people that live there, it would be nice to know more about it.

Opening the door leading out into the Castle gardens, Ash stepped outside, the sun warming her light skin. The scent of flowers filled the afternoon air and the light running of water could be heard coming from the stream that ran through the gardens. Everything always seemed so peaceful in the gardens, that was once of the reasons Ash loved them so much. She was already planning on escaping the castle for a afternoon in the town, she just had to wait till the right moment due to workers moving about the castle grounds.

Looking up at the wall that was suppose to keep her within it's confines, Ash couldn't help a small smile coming to her face. When she was younger, those blue skies beyond the stone wall seemed so unreachable. So, Untouchable. Like it was all just a illusion painted onto a wall that ran much higher than she could ever imagine. But after her first time making it over, that illusion shattered and her world seemed to become endless.

Following the clear stream that flowed through the shallower water passes next to the wall, Ash came to a stop as she reached the water outlet, a small square hole in the side of the stone wall. Taking a quick glance around, Ash stepped into the warm water, moments later crawling through the hole and reappearing on the other side, standing back up on the sill of the outlet. Okay, one, two, three! Ash thought to herself as she launched herself over the small moat that he water ran off into and land on the stones beyond it. She couldn't help but to smile to herself a bit, it was always such an amazing feeling when she jumped over the moat.

Making her way down to the outer wall, Ash spotted at a tree and knelt down at it's roots. Pulling out a medium sized bag from beneath the roots, Ash brushed off some loose dirt before opening it and pulling out a light brown cloak. Tucking the bag back under the tree roots, Ash got back to her feet, draping the cloak over herself and pulling up the hood. Dusting herself off one more time, she made her way to the village.

~~~
Entering Kakariko Village, Ash let out a small sigh of relief, it was nice to have the change of scenery, plus the town always seemed so lively. The townspeople moving about, the sounds of chatter and laughter filling the air with the scents of the goods up for sale at the merchant stalls.
❂Takir of the Sheikah❂
Location: Lost Woods
Company: A traveling Sheikah of no name, and his impressive horse.
Takir relaxed somewhat as they crossed over the bridge. She'd never been into the Kokiri forest – just skirted the edges to hunt for herbs. She'd wanted to visit the legendary Deku Tree residing within the forest, but wasn't sure how accepting the Kokiri were of outsiders. She listened keenly as the male spoke to her, wrapping the loose bandage back around her hand and wrist. She couldn't think of another place she could go, and simply nodded as he suggested taking her along with him for the time being. ”I suppose it'll be nice to see new sights,” she mused, reaching up to itch at her scalp beneath where her thick dreadlocks were tied up. The day's heat was still furious, sunlight fanning over the field only to be broken by the shadows at the edge of the forest.
As the small village came into view through the trees, Takir smiled. ”It's lovely here,” she said quietly, looking around with childlike curiosity. There were a few children wandering about the path, and she giggled as some of them waved while they passed. ”They're used to you, it seems.” She cherished the idea of a village full of children. She imagined waking up in the sacred forest to the sound of laughter and music. Each morning it was the crow's call that woke her from her bedroll in her own shoddy house, jeering her awake to start the day's work. She'd either sit on the gate to Kakariko and watch for bandits while she sharpened her spear, or run errands for the townsfolk. She wondered what she would do with her time now that she wouldn't be able to return to her home for a while.
As the two Sheikah navigated the Lost Woods, Takir became rather certain that they were lost at one point. However, the man seemed sure of where he was going, and after a while of taking obscure turns and crossing clearings, they arrived at a small construct which she assumed to be his home. She felt odd taking his help in dismounting the horse, not quite used to being assisted by others.
”Well, it's better than the Castle Dungeon, that much is sure,” she responded, looking up to offer the other a sheepish smile. Once she adjusted the strap of her satchel, she reached up to stroke the horse's sheer black mane. ”Thank you for your help, friend,” she cooed, standing on her tiptoes to speak near it's ear, scratching it's neck gently.
Takir followed suit as her companion approached the entrance to his home, looking around at the clearing and becoming distracted enough to run face first into the taller Sheikah's back at the door. ”Sorry!” She called, stepping back and awkwardly reaching up to rub at her nose, which she'd bumped rather hard against his back. 'Never one to make a good first impression, am I?' She thought, sighing inwardly.
◆Alone
◆Hungry
◆ Kakariko Village.
Ⓘ ⓐⓜ ⓨⓞⓤⓡ ⓑⓔⓢⓣ ⓕⓐⓝⓣⓐⓢⓨ
It had been years. Years since she had laid foot in Kakariko Village due to the constant fear of being found. A pesky thought wove itself into her mind, she tried to shake it away but it ate at the lingering feelings in her stomach that had been laid to rest for years. What if she just walked into the castle right now? Head held high and gait sloppy. Would they love her and forgive her? Or would they kick her out? Lock her away and force her to get married like they did before? She was too scared to take the next step, she had came all this way..for what exactly? Everything was just the same, and it scared her. It seemed like only she had grown, she had matured from the flighty princess that the Kingdom with eagerly as their next queen. What would have happened if she had stayed, married the prince from another kingdom and stayed sheltered and nurtured. She looked at her reflection in the puddle beneath her, the water still as she looked the voluptuous figure dressed in silk. She was too dressed up, too foreign.
She took a deep breath, fingering her coin wallet nervously.The smell of food beckoned her forward towards the markets, steps barely making a mark on the ground as she slowly made her into the township. The stalls made her stomach growl in anticipation, it made her ignore the obvious looks she got from the village folk and eye out the array of foods that pleased the eye. Before she knew it her hands were filled with different foods and her coin purse slightly less full. Everything was so cheap and fresh, she almost wanted to buy a house here but a comment from one of the shop keepers had killed any chances to. "You're a striking image of someone I know, someone who has slipped my mind but i can't figure out who." She left that stall quickly, silk fluttering behind her like a tail.
"Sir you gave me 4 green Rupees, I gave you a yellow Rupee. Give me 2 more Rupees." Ino's lip were in a tight line, her coin purse clenched in her hands as she kept her palm open. She didn't want to make a scene but the man was trying to rip her off. "You must be new around here lady, it's 6 green ones a cake." His cheeks were flushed at her loud voice, onlookers were starting to peer into their conversation. "You gave the last person a cake for 4 green Rupees and the person before that! Give me my money!" She could sense the mutterings in the crowd, she would use magic if she had to. Would the guards recognize her? Hopefully not, she could escape with the crowd but the residence she was staying in was too far to run in the heat. Her friend had offered a ride but she had declined, she had far more things to do than look after Innogene. She clenched her jaw, hand still out as she looked at the man with a steely gaze. Wrapping a red silk scarf around her nose and mouth a few times she raised her voice, she would gain her money and not be caught. ""A thief! Someone get the guards! A thief!"
As he worked to unlock the door, he felt Tavir walk into his back. He looked back at her and chuckled softly hearing her, many often find these woods distracting. He said to her before opening the door, he stepped inside and stepped to the side to let her in. The inside of Theodwin's cabin had basic living amenities, the central room had a couch and a couple chairs. A bookcase full of various books of varying languages and what looks to be a music player, there was also a door off to one side of the room. Once Tavir stepped inside he looked out the door, his horse moved over to it's water trough starting to drink from it. He smiled some and closed the door, "Have a seat anywhere." He said to her as he reached up and pulled his cloak off, he hung it on a coat rack standing in the corner behind the door.
Now that his cloak was off and his back was to her, Tavir could see a pack strapped to the back of his waist and another tied to his one leg. The gear on his forearms didn't look like normal armor or cloth, it looked to have an abrasive surface. His sheathed sword was attached to him by a strap around his waist and over his one shoulder, Theodwin unstrapped the pack from his waist and hung it on the coat rack with his cloak, he then undid the strap around his waist for his sword. Then lifted the shoulder strap off, he then set his sword down against the wall next to the coat rack. Theodwin then moved over to one of the chairs and sat down in it, he looked over at her as he sat there. "Why didn't you get to the sword training in your clan's camp?" He asked her, finding this girl very curious.
Theodwin had thought the darkness within him was meant to make him want to kill all other Sheikah, at least that was what the witch told him after he hunted her down after being banished. Which is what drove him into seclusion, cause she also said it'll make him attack others at random too. He destroyed her before moving on and going into seclusion, he fought everyday to not attack any random people he may come across. Theodwin found that killing random monsters helped to hold off the call of the darkness within him, until now he thought that would be the only way he'd get any peace from the constant whispering of it. But something about Tavir seemed to either dull the voice or calm it entirely, why it was like this he wasn't sure and he wanted to get to the bottom of it.
