Ian made a sympathetic and slightly sorrowful face as Lorenzo briefly explained the plan for the Rusalka. If being reborn as a Raevan was her last choice, perhaps things were not going very well at all. It sounded fairly similar to Antheia's situation, actually. She had been unable to move from her meadow due to development as well; rebirth had been her last choice. He was glad she had made it, of course, and partially for perhaps selfish reasons, but... Ultimately he was glad to have been able to help her.
"A picture? Oh, of course! Um- is here okay?" He was a bit embarrassed to have his picture taken so spontaneously, and hoped he looked okay. "That makes sense. Hopefully it will convince her, if things are as dire as they seem from your description." He held up a spare potted plant as Lorenzo snapped the picture, then set it down with a chuckle.
"Is that everything? I've included a packet of plant food in the wrappings as well, which should prolong the flowers." He smiled and dusted his hands off on his apron.

Lorenzo checked the picture on his phone and smiled. "Perfect." he said. "I'll print it later-- I can't believe I'm printing photos in this day and age, but I'm not about to let a rusalka hold my phone in the middle of a marsh." He tucked the phone away in one of the many mysterious folds of his cape, and paid Ian for the flowers.
"That should be it," he confirmed, gratefully accepting the bouquet. "My father will love them, excellent work as always. I'm sure I'll be in touch with you, Mr. Flynn, if not for advice, then certainly for flowers." He flashed a nervous smile and departed.
