I am the worlds worst artist, but here is also a Polyvore that I threw together to make her outfit under that coat waaay more clear. You can draw the coat open if you like, but I like her hood being up! Her Hair would be that dark blue in color! Also, the sleeves on the jacket could go all the way down, I was really torn on which to do. > 3<;;

Edited 11/20: I edited the base to make them look more androgynous as far as the breasts go. I'm not sure what direction I'll go with them yet but I wanted a kind of androgynous look...even though they're wearing a skirt. So I can either go female, transgender, drag queen or even agender or bigender.
