Myridia felt at ease right now. The male before her was...pretty perfect. Ai'ian had a good heart from what she knew so far. Was she up to standards for him...not by a long shot in her mind. Though she would indulge herself for the time being. There was no harm in that. Right? She liked the feeling of his roughened hand against hers. Noting the reactions of those around them she figured him walking in with a companion was a joyous thing for them. She smiled at him. Feeling like the silence was alright for now. She waited for their food, liking Ai'ian's company.

The rest of the food came and Ai's eyes lit up. Food! Good food! What a joyous thing it was, especially in Zena where fuel to keep the cold at bay was much needed. "Here it is, I hope you enjoy it!." He took some on his plate and offered her some as well. "I don't know about you but I'm starving." He was a big lad and akin to a bottomless pit due to his hobbies. Swinging hammer or sword was tiring work and his muscle burned a lot. This was awesome. "Its so much better with someone else here, what was Jauhar like for you, do you miss the trees?"

She took the offered food, a little put out they had to let go of each others hands to do so. Though, food was important. She took a small bite and loved it instantly. "Yum." her eyes glittered as she looked at the male. "Company makes food more enjoyable. Ah...Jauhar was beautiful. I was a great climber...Dad always stressed flexibility." For obvious reasons however. She did find that it was good for distracting most guys. Specially when she could touch her head with her feet...a few seemed to enjoy that trick a lot.

"Flexible huh? Your lucky, I have to be careful to make sure I can still touch my toes after building so much muscle." He poked a bicep. "Strength and flexibility don't really mesh all that well you know. But i dont really mind, at least I can still lift the hammer and the sword when i need to, or the spear or whatever weapon we happen to be working on." He tried not to eat too fast but he was hungry, "Uungh yum." He was so happy right now. Pretty girl, good food..food was here. He wondered what would happen after the food. In any case he was ready to find out go with the flow. The food disappeared quickly, "Ah, Myr that was wonderful.' He paid the tab. "Now what would you like to do? Perhaps a quick walk before your father sends his mate out to hunt me down?' Ai grinned.

Myr smiled. "That's actually a real possibility, Ai. Papa isn't one to play around when a male is near me. There are several males in the group who are around my age. Each of them knows what he can and will do to them. You...he'll let it slide due to us being new around here." She did blush a little at her next words. "If you would like. I could help you with that. I can guide you through a few basic moves that would help you if you stand for long periods." As she finished her meal she smiled at the male. "I think I should ask Dad to let me cook for you. Its not something I boast about, but...Dad cooks and I mimicked him as a kid so..."

"And here I thought I was spared because I'm a nice guy..deep down you know." He laughed, it was easy to laugh now with her parents so far away. He grinned at her. "Seriously the last thing I would want to do is to do anything to hurt you. Therefore I should be avoiding their wrath." He coughed, "Several males huh? Whats wrong with them? Besides having to live in the troop with them." "I would love to have you teach me to stretch, sometimes my muscle seems more a hindrance then an asset. I bet your cooking is amazing, I'll have to help you get the best supplies." He tugged her close to his side, wrapping an arm around her as they walked having eaten paid and suffered through the sly looks of the staff. It felt like his whole side was on fire but in a delightful way.

Myridia chuckled. "Besides one of them being pushy...I was raised with them like my brothers. It just...doesn't fit for them to try and be something more. As for Papa, leave him to me. I can get him calmer in half the time Dad can..." though all her Dad had to do was whisper something in his ear and Papa would relax instantly. She blushed lightly. "You realize we'd be in close contact right? I mean I'm okay with it if you are...I'm just warning you..." she did blush darker though. "I'm...not that good...but thanks. I'll have to cook you a meal one day." She liked being melded into him like this. He was big yes, but at the same time she could feel a small humbleness to him. He was strong, but she saw he could be weak. She leaned her head on his shoulder perfectly content...

"Oh um, yes I wouldn't mind. I'm sure you will be gentle with me." He chuckled, because men didn't giggle. Truth be told they were rather close to each other right now and his head reeled with the implications. He was having trouble thinking straight. How did people with a crush function at all? "Your parents are awesome, I love the connection they seem to have I think it is a rare and precious gift." Yes talk about men that will clear your head right up. He was also glad none of her crew seemed to have a chance. "I hope if hes pushy again you push him over. There are plenty of single girls here." But your mine...or at least I hope you will be, he thought but didn't say out loud.

Myr smiled at that last line. "Of course. Because the male who caught my interest currently has me on his arm." she admitted blushing. She kept close to the other male picking up on the telltale sounds of some of her crew. She glanced up to see one of the males around her age. Glared silently and smirked softly when her best friend pushed him along. She would enjoy her time here with him. With Ai... "Thanks, my parents are awesome. Though I was mainly raised by my Dad. Papa came in at the right time to forge a really strong bond with me. I learned everything from them." she smiled at the hidden meaning. Everything alright. All her skills, all her charm...they taught her. She didn't want their time together to end, but she knew that with how long they had been out. Her Dad was sending the usual suspects to tail her for reports. She wanted to warn Ai, but that was a trigger for a few of them to act and take her away. So instead she got real close.

Ai grinned like a fool. "I guess we should spirit you back, though I hate to part company but I would prefer to start out in everyones good books, least I do something silly later on, not that I plan to you understand but well...I've never really dated before." He gloried in her closeness. "I like you beside me Myrida, your so warm and snuggable. He tightened his arm around her experimentaly. Yes she felt very good there. "We should be coming up on your house soon." Then he would have to find a way to hide her gift...without a catastrophe happening.

Myr giggled. "I like this too. Thanks Ai...really. This was an amazing evening." she sighed before spotting her Dad waiting for her at the door. "And now I guess we call this night to a close...well. Better do what I was planning all night." She stopped to step in front of the taller male, sliding her arms around his neck she rose up on her tip-toes to kiss him full on the lips gently. It was a chaste kiss. One she felt send a shiver through her veins. Ai'ian would find this as the perfect moment to slip her her gift...

It would be the perfect time if he hadn't lost all sense of thought when her lips touched his. It was so sweet, so pure, such a gift that it basically wiped his mind blank. He was the luckiest man..wait wasnt' her father watching?! Quick Ai the package, he managed to stuff it in her coat innocently. And came up for air. "Myr," he purred and pecked her on the lips, unwilling to stop the contact so abruptly..and then the sense of propriety kicked in..probably do to the sensation of her fathers eyes or what he thought were her fathers eyes on him. Ahem. "I had a wonderful night..I'll uh, I'll see you tommorow? I get off at the forge at 4ish."

She bounced back on her heels, smiling. Oh she felt that innocent slip Ai. She was trained after all. She noted that Ai's movements were subtle enough that from his distance her Dad wouldn't of tracked them. Most likely he was ready to lecture her about appearances and making sure she didn't damage the good lad's reputation around the village. She nodded before kissing his cheek in thanks again. She liked his eyes when she did that...they took on a darker hue. She didn't know what emotion to label that yet. "Be careful going home, Ai...I'll see you at the forge tomorrow." she smiled. She turned to walk back to her Dad, got the lecture she knew was coming then went into her room to discover the necklace. She let out a soft gasp and giggled. Yeah...she really did like Ai.

Ai waved at her father then drifted home in a happy fog of cloud, walked right past his smiling and very bemused parents and fell into his bed his thoughts full of nonsense and the feel of her lips upon his. Oh yes he was in trouble~
