Indu shrieked again, waving the front of her skirt around madly to try and dislodge the gnome that had fastened itself on by the teeth. "Get off! Get off!! EeeeeEeeee!!" Grabbing wildly at the table, her hand closed around a pepper shaker. Using it as a bludgeon, she whacked the small creature over the head until it let go. That didn't count as illegal fighting outside of the gym - right? Not exactly as combat-aware as Kamakura, she continued to kick at and beat the gnome over the head with the pepper shaker - oblivious to the rest of the fight around her.

Kama looked up as the girl shrieked, a wide eyed look on the demons face as he rushed over and grabbed for one of the many pepper jars near by seeing as the gnome really seemed to HATE that stuff based on how they were reacting. Smacking at the one that was latched on biting the ghoul, Kama smirked as the thing flopped over, clocked out and seeing stars more than likely with the sharp blow from the pepper shaker.
However, he yelped when one of the gnomes bit his jacking tail of all things. Now that was just uncalled for.
His amber eyes turned on the remaining two gnomes, the nekomata clearly was not pleased. "You'll regret that.." He added in an ominous tone, a smirk lining the demons face as he leered down at the short little pricklie bastards.
They had to clean this up, their timers would be going off soon!

Standing back for a moment, Indu stared at the first gnome that was now writing quietly around in a pile of pepper. Well. She hadn't ever seen an allergic reaction that bad in her life. At least, maybe it was a reaction? Or maybe the pepper had just gotten into it's eyes.
She looked over at her table buddy's leering face and gave a small frown, patting the wrinkles and tooth marks out of the front of her dress. She hoped he wasn't one of those weird students. Turning, Indu noticed one of the remaining gnomes trying to sidle around towards the oven. Giving a sharp cry, she kicked it in the face. "Back!"

Kamakura's smile vanished as one of the little guys came rushing for his oven. Grabbing the oven mittens and bopped the thing lightly over the head. "Hey, I said cut it out already!" He huffed, trying to push away the gnome that had a death like grip on his oven handle. No matter what he did, it wouldn't let go.
This was beginning to get ridiculously, his patience was running thin. He wasn't trying to kill the little guys but this was...beginning to get old. Fast. Clenching his teeth he had to pull back as he was being kicked at himself now. For what it was worth, Kama just wanted to get them to piss off...he wanted to finish baking...
"I know we aren't in the gym..but this is getting out of hand..and theirs no teacher around." He added quietly, contemplating kicking it up a notch so to speak. The demon wouldn't tell if the reaper didn't.

"Wh- well obviously there aren't any teachers? Or else they would have -" Indu's brain caught up with the meaning behind the statement and her mouth rounded into an o. "But they'd know - wouldn't they?" Of course they would, otherwise there could be all sorts of unregulated activity going on all over the school. Besides - maybe the gnomes were teacher's assistants.
All thoughts of what was likely to get her in trouble vanished for a split second as Indu felt little arms and legs begin to scale her leg. Falling back against the oven with another scream, she kicked the gnome off, instinctively summoned her meteor hammers, and smashed him in the face. Breathing quickly, she quickly dispersed them and glanced over at Kamakura with a guilty expression.

This time instead of throwing more fire, he untwisted the lid of the nearest pepper shaker still full and threw the entire contents at the gnome. The reaction was fairly priceless. While he felt bad actually having to hurt the dumb oafs in order to protect their goods...
It wasn't like the ghoul couldn't handle herself. His clan had plenty of males and females alike that were powerful. Kama had no biased, only that he'd felt protective over his new friend hearing her screaming. Memories of the visit to the human world still haunted him when he closed his eyes at night.
As he placed a hand on his hip, watching as the third gnome ran, fleeing as it's skin broke out and it itched furiously there was a loud BEEEEEEEEEEEEP. The smell in the air was absolutely divine he'd say. "Oh those smell so good..and will be worth it after a fight like that. Nice job by the way, those hammers..looked intimidating." Kama raised a brow, rubbing his shoulder going to get his oven mitts. "Also.Thanks for the various tips while baking by the way." He glanced over at her, not asking if she was alright but his expression registered as momentarily concerned before he pulled out his perfectly done Sinnamon Rolls. There was a wondrous gleam in the demons eyes akin to joy even despite his neutral frown.
At least one of these was being eaten now, he wondered if the creepteria had milk in the back he could snatch but thought better of it given all the commotion.

"Eh?" Indu had lept for the oven mitts when the buns had announced that they were ready to come out. Turning back to Kamakura while shoving them on, she replayed his comments in her mind. "Oh!" Breaking out into a pleased grin, she waved a bemitted hand at him. "Ahaha, haha! Aw, it was nothing!" Indu wasn't an incredibly modest ghoul, but she had never thought that intimidating would ever be a word she could use to describe herself. Pulling her tray out, she tried to avoid wondering why he had used a potentially unsavoury word. Intimidating, rather than tough or spooky, or impressive. Maybe the boil was just bad with words. Either way, Indu was buzzing high on adrenaline and sinnamon vapours, and happily hummed her tray back to the table. In between small shrieks of "hot!!" she taste tested her second batch to confirm that like Kamakura, hers had come out properly this time.
After letting the remaining buns cool, and of course setting one aside to deliver to the class's teacher, Indu began to wrap the rest up in a paper bag. "What are you going to do with the rest of your buns?" She hesitated as she dropped the last one into the bag. "You ... don't think they'll attract more gnomes, do you?" Those three had been more than enough, and the thought of being relentlessly aggressed on her way back to the dorm rooms was a chilling thought.

Kamakura didn't seem to notice just how hot the pans were, the fire-inclined demon simply slipped his mittens on and pulled out the tray. Sniffing curiously he chewed at his bottom lip in anticipation for one of the none-overly spiced delights. Walking with his tray, he rest it on the prep table with a little bit of a clatter as he began to clean up his station. Whoever this ghoul was, she was very assured of herself and seemed to radiate confidence. Something he could learn to be better about personally.
After he'd removed the buns, Kama set one aside to present to their instructor as they'd need to obviously. He then eye'd the remaining goods. "Maybe I can trade one to you in exchange perhaps? Then we can eat at least one or two before we depart?" It was just an excuse for both of them to taste test eithers baking, so why not? He'd commented thoughtfully as he gently placed one of his buns on a napkin and passed it over to Indu. "If you'd like, that is?" He offered with the small hints of a smile, and a half shrug.
At her last comment his gaze traveled the peppery mess they'd created, warding off gnomes. "Hm? No, I don't think you'll be jumped by more gnomes at least. The fresh baking seemed to draw them like moths to a flame.." Meaning they should be safe for the now, so long as they didn't let some hungry student know perhaps. Otherwise he figured it'd be safe after they were wrapped up and in a bag.
Setting two more aside, he put the rest away in a brown paper bag, before carefully slipping them into his bag for carrying in the near future.
