With such a large amount of Characters a series would be better then a single movie not to mentoin with all the weird bosses/monsters like 99% of the movie would be computer generated as is so an anime series would be best in my oppion (God I hope Fliks in it and has a good voice actor)

I'd rather have an anime than a live action movie... I agree. You can do anything with anime without it having to worry weither or not it looks real. But which Suikoden would they do? They'd just have to do them all. 3nodding

anime is always the way to go when you think about making movies off of video games, i mean i really dont think that real live actors could capture the true feel of suikoden, some may think it only a game but when i play suikoden i feel as though im actually there, so in order for the movie or series to work it would have to be anime. 3nodding

i bought the anime "suikoden: demon century" back in 99' thinking it dealt with the game. i was so wrong. that anime sucked. it only has a few elements of the book. sad

*sighs* When it comes to Suikoden, I am first and foremost a Flik fangirl (disregard my signature pic for the time being, yes, I'm also a Nightmare fangirl xp ). Anyway, if they made a Suiko movie, of course I would love Flik to be in it, but there's no one (real person here) in this world who could get away with playing his role....... if anyone dares suggest an actor for Flik, I will personally hit them on their head upside with Nightmare's galley oar crying
So, like most others, I would rather they make it an anime movie, or an anime series 3nodding heart

if they do make it into an anime. i would like gonzo digimation to do it. they did a great job on the suikoden 3 intro(i think they did it) and last exile is a masterpiece. they have the best animation in my opinion.

Slightly irrelevant question here.... but say they did make an anime movie or series for Suikoden, who do you guys think would be good voice actors for the characters involved in it?
I'm talking english voice actors, not Japanese.
*thinks* I'm not sure which characters I want them to voice act for, but I would love it if Crispin Freeman (guy that did Zelgadis in Slayers, Albel in Star Ocean III and Regal in Tales of Symphonia) to be in it somewhere xd And the guy that does Kratos' voice in Tales of Symphonia (don't know the dude's name) would make for a cool Camus or, okay, maybe Flik if they did a Suiko II anime heart
