There was a distinct look of concern on her face when he didn't power down at first. Like it was perhaps her own fault, because she had not explained it well enough. However before she could launch into a long apology or try to encourage him more he crossed his arms in a bit of a huff and finally the glamour fell.
The man left behind was handsome, and oddly familiar, something about his features nagging in the back of her head. But she dismissed it for the moment when she spotted the phone in his hand, rattling off her number to him slowly.
"You can call anytime you like, day or night - I don't mind." She assured. "Especially if it has to do with those monsters, I know they keep weird hours." He seemed like the sort that might be concerned by manners and general manners tended to include not calling someone at 2am in the morning.
Important stuff out of the way, she couldn't help but grin a little, he was - after all - the very first Polarian knight awakening she'd ever happened to be around for. He looked at the time and sighed as now instead of 3 am, it was closer to 4 and he still had his run to finish and his homework to attend too AND Noel would need a walk soon so...
"I will call you." If he had a problem....He started to walk away before turning around and reaching up. She earned a very chastise pat on the head.
"If you are in trouble. I am knight. You call me as well." He rose a brow. "I will come. No matter what."
And then he was like speed walking away. CAUSE CRAZY s**t HAD HAPPENED and also because he needed the time to process it all.

She blinked, surprised by the sudden pat bestowed upon her. But it was a good surprise, one that was compounded when he spoke the magically wonderful words that followed. I am knight. I will come. No matter what. Such sense of duty was woefully rare. And to think he was one of hers.
There was a definite look of starry eyed awe and joy as the stoic figure disappeared into the night. Lingering a moment, bubbling with excitement and delight quite contrasted Sergei's she pulled out her cellphone as she walked home, already sending off messages of the exciting news to the two boys she had waiting at home.
One more had joined the Polarian ranks and this one was a true solider. Pixie Nyxie So much adorkable. If you ever want/need her to call for help to help you get some battle reqs or what not just pester me *o* heart Fin!
