Canon watched, fascinated, as the human bore down on her double, the replica, with her hammer weapon. And then they were joined by another ghoul! Canon waved cheerfully at her.
"I'm great!" she enthused, watching as the Reaper ghoul attacked the shadowy Canon with a long, flexible length of wood. Interesting weapon! "I got to spar with a whole bunch of things! Even myself! Oh, you brought someone with you?"
Given that she had a hard time looking at it, it must be one of those weird not-human things.
Since they had fought alongside her, Canon figured she was welcome to join them in sparring with this new one! She launched herself at it with another happy whistle.
It was like trying to fight someone who had the sun at their back, Canon decided, as she managed to land a light sting against it. In order to land a solid hit, you had to aim where it hurt your eye the most.
Which was difficult, needless to say, but Canon loved a good challenge!
Hold on. What was that? Canon investigated. It seemed that her double had turned into something when the Reaper ghoul had defeated it. A black piece of paper with a 7 on it. She recalled seeing a few pieces like it on her human. She'd give it to him when she had the chance. Rolling it up deftly with her antennae, she stashed it in a breathing hole, and turned back towards the not-human.
Taking advantage of the blight's momentary distraction with the other ghoul, Kari stabbed the fishing pole squarely into its chest.
"That takes care of that," Kari sighed as she pulled the weapon free and watched the enemy dissipate as the shadow had.

Walking over to the Shadow she had initially defeat, Kari was confused by the object on the ground. "Waht am I supposed to do with this?," the reaper held the frying pan up for consideration, "It's not like we have that much food to cook around here."
The blight held a more mundane reward: a small card with an eight imprinted on it.

"Nicely done!" Canon chimed in, glad that she could now look where she wished without strange things hurting her eye. She investigated the spot where the not-human had been, wondering if it had dropped something for her, too.
"It looks heavy! You could try sparring with it?" Canon suggested, looking up at the frying pan. It was a neat find, and Canon was a little envious, but she wouldn't have enjoyed trying to carry a pan around in her current form.
Shu never understand the Halloween creatures, they were strange. While she and the one-eye creature were dealing with their trouble, someone stepped in, bringing a chubby behind her. Instead of taking care of the trouble she brought, she slipped into the space between the petite hunter and the target they were on.
Brandishing her fishing rod, Shu found her deeds very dangerous in a confined place, thus she backed off. After taking down their target, the new comer not feeling enough defeated her chubby one as well. Shu felt her fight interrupted and walked away with the frying pan another one-eye creature dropped when it dissipated.
She wanted some companions, but not like that. Z, let's head back to the daycare and hope we don't get lost this time. <Just you.> The beast insisted she was lost, not him.
