"Better a derp than a hardass?" Hyakutake nudged the other senshi, then made a face. "Like my mother. She's still trying to get me to 'stop being foolish and make a proper person out of myself'." She huffed. "I like my job, I like my aspirations, and I am not going into some stuffy occupation for the rest of my life!"

"I don't know. This whole proper thing is something I've never really understood. I mean, people look at me funny as it is for the fact my two best friends are guys, and I have no intention of sleeping with or dating either of them." Hyakutake leaned against Elpis. "Not quite that." She sighed, shaking her head. "My mother doesn't care if someone loves men or women or both or neither, but it is hard for her to wrap her head around the fact I'm so platonically close to people outside of the family. As for dainty dresses and homemaking? Ha! My mother is a scientist, and one of the sharpest dressers I know. She could give your father a run for his money when he's dressed for a presentation." The grin on Hyakutake's face spoke the truth of her words. "And I have essentially told my mother to mind her own business several times...but some of her worries..." The blonde rubbed an arm with the opposite hand. "She's worried about me being the next person found dead or missing in all the chaos, and I can't tell her about...this. Hell, I haven't even been able to tell Matt and Yuki..."

"Really?" Elpis stared. "She'd rather you ******** with people than persued interests. REALLY?" Elpis snorted. "******** around is why Dad has Flynn and I. He's never been married. You can have platonic friends with a family friend without diddling them. Hell, my bigger worry is not getting knocked up before I'm hitched." Elpis shrugged. She was probably missing points but the senshi was just cranky. "And frankly if she plans to b***h regardless, she can eat s**t."

"You missed my poooooint." Hyakutake nudged Elpis, then sighed and shrugged. "Eh, I think this is probably a topic we should drop. Especially since..." She frowned, looking around a bit before stopping, facing one direction. "Yup. You feel that Chaos aura? Because I do. Shall we go kick butt and send a Negaverser crying back to their boss?"

"Sounds fair. Let's go handle chaos then." Elpis drawled idly, and moved for the source, humming calmly as they moved. "Hopefully it's not someone I know, anyhow." And she was off, trilling.
