The dramatic pause won her over. How more amazing could this girl get? She obviously had such great strategies (after all, she did say she was good at strategy - and look at how that fight had just ended! Duhr herself hadn't managed to kill off a monster yet!) so why in the world wouldn't she join up with such an epic leader?

"Sure thing, Dorado." Duhr beamed, feeling the need to salute. But she didn't. Because she wasn't a soldier. Wait, was she?

She saluted Dorado, just in case.

Soon, the sound of a confused truck driver filled the quiet, his yells about finding a thing under his back tire now followed by the clamor of people leaving their cars and buildings to figure out what the noise was about.

"We should, uh, probably head out...." Duhr started murmuring, not one to particularly enjoy the spotlight. Dorado nodded in sage agreement and both girls dashed off into the night....both unaware of exactly where they were going, but dashing off regardless.
