Tanis watched Simon leave.
She saw the shame and fear in his eyes, she wondered of how his life must have been, unlike herself that were isolated involuntarily as a child within a temple, it looked to her that he had had some very bad experiences with his gifts. Tanis Would stare at the door Simon entered into with concern and slithered towards it, She then Starred at Kyrio and Ash with a troubled look,
she could understand why some would be scared, yet was Tanis worried more than anything, worried about her friend.
And looked away from them to continue her Vigil at his door, she deemed it best not to approach Josiah, it only meant more hassle to her though she tried to be nice she were constantly misunderstood by him. It was his aggression that hurt her the most the constant profanities that made her feel hollow, but she did not care now though , she could not care less of the remarks right now what was important was getting her team to be a team, her hand touched the door as she would knock lightly on the door, " i do not know what you are going through, and i probably do not understand all that you are going through , but if you wish to talk at all.. i will wait till you are ready..." she spoke walking to the orange room. She noticed a Rubix cube on the floor and realized it must of been Simon's it probably fell out of his backpack as he ran, exiting the orange room Tanis spoke towards Kyrio, " i Am called Tanis.. i think thats better than snake girl .. let us make friends.. would you help me do something nice for Simon...i feel we would be a better team if we all helped each other..like you helped me"

  Ashlynn "Rift" Biancaxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ↘↘↘ Ash glanced slightly to her left as Kyrio joined her at Josiah's door, watching as she leaned against the frame. She was obscuring part of her view into the dorm now but she could still make out Josiah from around her frame, her own statement doing just as well to see what was going on in there. Unfortunately, nothing was working well when it came to their check up. Josiah seemed to be singling Simon out from the crowd, his statement one that would definitely bother him in time to come; but there was little Ash could say in his defense. People reacted the way that they wanted to, the way that their mind and body told them to do so, sure Simon had fled to the rafters.. Even Ash had thought about how scared he may have been when she watched him scale the wall; but she wasn't one to judge. As Josiah popped his knuckles her mind was torn away from those thoughts, instead she focused on Josiah; watching as his eyes went towards herself before he burst into a hyperactive speed. Now that was a sight; the man seemed to be walking at a brisk pace in her eyes, not that slow motion ebb that she was used to. Whatever speed he was going, she knew that it was incredible; but she reacted faster. Her hand was already waiting, expecting this kind of thing and was up before his second step; filled with Rift energy she was tempted to shoot a blast through the door frame to send him back into the room but her eyes caught onto something odd. His hand, was he, pointing at her? As his speed came to a stop, his pointer finger was matched by her own gesture of an outstretched palm. Everything was silent, and Ash didn't look the least bit surprised from how he had approached her; she hadn't known that Josiah could move that quickly, but he didn't know that despite his speed she had just less than a minute to react to his approach. "Remarkable speed." She commented, willing to pay a compliment to anyone who wasn't slow in her eyes; and as Josiah started to calm down Ash let her arm drop and the Rift's energy dwindle. ↘↘↘ As he soon became talkative once more Ash nodded, letting him settle his nerves as he talked about what the team should take care of. "In the morning. We can go all out to eat, as good a place as any to start talking." Ash remarked as he finished, watching for a moment as he left for his bed. Sighing softly Ash turned towards Kyrio, looking her up and down; she appreciated that she had come to the door with her, but Ash didn't show that well with any facial features. "Thank you." She mentioned clearly but in a soft manner, trying not to let Josiah hear her remark as she started to take her leave; but that was when she heard Simon's feet touch the ground. Her eyes shifted to him, seeing that he was in human form once more but his face was distorted in that of a grimace and a scowl. "Good night." She replied as he made his way through another door to a different room than his first, was it truly that bad? She wanted to have said more to him, but his rush kept her from giving any form of support. Despite having all the time in the world to watch her team mate go, her body wasn't that fast; she knew that if she spoke it would be a hurried voice trying to catch up so she remained silent. Instead, she watched intently as Tanis approached Simon's door; offering her support before retreating to his previous room. Ash had thought that would be the end of things, but as she returned holding some kind of toy Ash spent a few moments studying it. She was unfamiliar with it. Tanis's questions were posed towards Kyrio, so as she finished Ash took her leave. "Good night you two, while I believe we should help Simon.. Maybe now isn't the best time. Anyway, that''s up to you guys to decide." Ash remarked over her shoulder as she sped down the stairs to retrieve her last bag, hoisting it over her shoulder before returning to the room that she had taken. On her way there, she had glanced inside the one Simon had left; it's decor a brilliant orange, but otherwise the room was fine. 'Maybe he just doesn't like the color.' She thought to herself as she made it to her room, closing the door behind her and settling in. Simon was prostrate on the floor of his dorm room in front of the small, insect like girl whom he had accidentally kidnapped. They didn't wind up going to class; Simon got so thoroughly spooked by the purple, gold and white clown that his instinct to simply run and hide in safety overtook the agreement he had made with Eva in the garden. She was there, after all, because he was truant on his first day of class. He had said he'd only go if she went with him, but he blew that off himself by running fully-formed from the Plaza, along the insides of the tunnels, and shooting up and East towards his dorm. The bell had rang just as he slammed the door open, and their few words came racing back into his head.
And then we came to his current placement upon his own floor. He'd never beg, but this was the closest he may ever come. Head to the floor and back bent, his large arachnidic form molted quickly to where he at least looked fully human. "Forgive me for taking your time!" He said quickly, the traces of molted spider legs disappearing into thin air as he spoke. Norman, the small white mouse that Simon had adopted some years ago, squeaked in his cage and eyed the visitor widely before scurrying around in the sawdust of his cage and scratching at the walls. "I- I will try to make my next class, but please don't inform the headmaster of this yet!" He said, lifting his head as a mixture of firmness, fear and hope. He was used to disappointing cute girls, but it at least took him a month for all the others he had known. Not to mention, he didn't really think this soft spoken, ethereal young woman as a student as he was. He was used to disappointing the authorities less so. "I-... I've never met another Aura such as myself; not like you. I've almost been indoctrinated to hate us by the schools I went to before; I don't want to waste this opportunity on such a tiresome misjudgement of my own." He said, the more worried aspect of his expression taking over the rest as he remembered some of the "lessons" they had been given in case they came into contact with an Aura. Thoroughly washing yourself, praying to whatever god you held company with, and reporting to the police everything you knew about them weren't the worst of the actions they taught. "Please..." He said, resting his head tiredly on the floor while he waited for her to either dismiss or report him.

Eva didn't struggle against Simon's grasp the entire way, not sensing any danger. Even as he plopped her onto the couch, she merely looked blankly at him and twitched her antennae, trying to get a feel for him. She really couldn't make up her mind. He abducted her, but it was a spider. Did he plan on eating her? But then he was apologizing to her? It was just so confusing.
Eva looked to him and placed her hand on his head, looking to him blankly. "You zzzcared of humanzzz?" She knelt in front of him, pursing her lips as she spoke in thought. "Humanzzz fear... And run away... Unknown thingzzz..." She stops again, taking a deep breath and sighing. "You aren't... Only one... Otherzzz here... Humanzzz mizzztreat..." She moves his bangs to one side and leans down, gently kissing his forehead with a soft buzz. "Here... No humanzzz... Truzzzt... Here are friendzzz... Everyone... Aura..."
She backed up from him, an outpouring of aural energy coming from her as she held out her hand, a scorpion with a whip-like tail crawling from her clothing and perching on her hand. Smiling, a cocoon of silk surrounded her as she metamorphosed, the energy in Simon's room greatly imposing. However, when the cocoon moved away from her, she looked like a gorgeous dancer. A soft silken pink leotard graced her lithe body, a pillowy skirt gently hugging her hips. She spun slowly on one legs, humming softly in a classical tune. She looked to Simon, her face looking much more cherubim than normal, and held out her hand. A mean-looking whip was attached to her hip, coiled up and stashed. "Pleazzze... Zzztand..." Her smile grew gently, her eyes gazing down upon him like the insect queen she truly was. "Danzzze with me..."

His face warmed as she kissed it and his breath caught in his throat in surprise. He shuddered at the buzz, but it wasn't unwelcome. No one other than his mother had kissed him in months, and while that doesn't seem like so long, Simon missed the affection. It occurred to him faintly that neither of his parents had ever told him that no one would hurt him, but he decided that was because they knew their country's policies. When Eva backed away from him his instinctively reached to pull her back, but quickly saw that she wasn't suddenly running from him. His grey eyes dazzled as she transformed before him, her silk purer and whiter than his own. She stood before him in her new form and bid him stand, to which he only nodded dumbly. Whether it was in his nature to be attracted to her or the amazement of her transformation, he was stunned to silence. He stood and took her hand gently, leading her away from the couch to the more open floor. The evidence of Josiah's outburst from the night before had disappeared without a trace, but as Simon led his partner he didn't notice the mystery. There were sounds of scratching from the wall, but he only heard it as music. He rested a hand on her back to support her, and he began to lead. The tune he heard with his inner ear was of a moderate pace, but his waltz was smooth and drifting. It must have been strange to any person looking in to see the pair dancing to no music, Eva effortlessly following every step he made as if she'd danced for years. Her antennae twitched with every movement, as if guiding her to make sure she didn't misstep, and as they continued, butterflies of many different colors made themselves apparent all around the room. "Relax... Pazzzt matterzzz not here... Lozzze yourzzzelf... To tunezzz in your mind..." As she continued to move, she moved her arms to more intimate positions, as she sensed him getting more comfortable with the movements. Soon enough, she was right up on him, her face inches from his, her eyes closed and concentrated.
She opened her eyes slowly to look to him softly, smiling in a very regal fashion. "No need to fear... Thizzz izzz zzzafe plazzze..." She suddenly stopped dancing and holds his shoulders, smiling softly. "Now... You may relax." She moved away from him and knelt on the couch, looking to him with a rather timid look. "You are... Zzzpider... Zzzpiderzzz eat inzzzectzzz. That izzz way you've... Taken me, yezzz?" She gives him a serious look, one that spoke of a solemn acceptance, and closes her eyes. "I am ready."

Simon smiled dreamily as they danced quietly, tuning in only when she spoke the ever so reassuring words. He hadn't really thought that he might be afraid of other people, but perhaps it was true? He would have thought more on it then, but Eva's mesmerizing movements had him as entranced as the song in his head. Her arms were wrapped around him and his around her, he felt warm and peaceful. That was, until she stopped them. His head tipped slightly in confusion as she touched his shoulders. Was that it? He felt like he could dance with her for hours... His slightly putout expression turned to one of embarrassment as he misinterpreted the term "eat," and his usual pale complexioned reddened as if with fever.
When she closed her eyes he covered his face and crouched to the floor, all aflutter with what he thought she was offering him. She didn't seem that type of girl, though he supposed in the Animal Kingdom, their predicament would have hinted at that being the next step. He blushed further, running his hands through his hair and standing to look at her in all her cherubic innocence. Perhaps, just maybe, she was absolutely serious about the use of her term. Maybe she really did think he was going to eat her. Wouldn't have been the first time the reminder of his arachnid form ruined a romantic moment. Simon took a deep breath and summoned his own Aura, growing as tall and as menacing as he generally did before he looked at her again. He knew exactly what he was going to do. Whether intentional or not, she had teased him. Simon would tease her right back, and he thought he knew the perfect way how.
Eight long legs took minuscule steps towards where his "prey" kneeled submissively, crouching as they came near. His now brilliantly blue eyes seemingly pierced through her, eyeing perhaps the more "tender" aspects of his "meal." The fangs on his lower body quivered in expectation, but Simon really had other things in mind. Two legs of eight took position on either side of Eva and Simon bent toward her, the tickling hairs of his fingers now rough in his current form as he brushed her hair away from her face. As she did to him not ten minutes before, so he did to her; softly planting a kiss on her forehead, he reached for the top of her head and fingered her antennae, moving his mouth down the side of her face to gently brush her check and neck with his lips. "Eva.." He hissed, his other human arm reaching around her waist and pulling her closer into a sweet embrace. "You're much too pretty to eat in one sitting." He said, the tone of his voice turning from a dark shudder to one as sweet as honey. He scooped her up and set her in his lap, nuzzling her neck as he continued to stroke her curling tendrils. He didn't know what would happen, but maybe that was alright for now....

Eva was a girl led by baser instincts. She really didn't understand the concepts of 'romance' or 'love'. She only understood the concept of survival. Now, quite literally within the spider's web, the insect queen saw no way out of her situation, and so accepted her fate. Her fate was to be the prey of this spider, and that was that. However, as he drew closer, Eva would be lying if she didn't fear it just a little. She expected pain, encasing webbing, harsh bites followed by a numbing venom that would ultimately whisk her away for eternity.
None of this came to pass. Instead, she felt his lips gently plant themselves against her forehead in the same gesture she'd given him, which made the insect queen confused. Was he not going to eat her? Then why was she here? Why was any of this happening? She softly looks up to him, antennae twitching. She watched the movement of his lower body, but instead was tugged into a hug from the upper body of Simon, which only served to confuse the poor girl further. In her confusion, she silently allowed Simon to do whatever he wanted with her, not struggling in the slightest when she was tugged into his lap and her neck was nuzzled. She was too pretty to eat in one sitting? Was he going to tear her apart and save parts of her for later? None of that made any sense!
"I am confuzzzed..." Eva's soft buzzing voice rang out to him finally after a long silence. "You... Did not zzzteal... Eva away to eat her?" She gave him an adorably oblivious look, then gasped as her antennae were toyed with. Oh, that's why she was here... "Wait... I underzzztand..." She sits up in his lap, staring into his eyes directly. "You do not... Eat Eva... But rather... Want to mate?" She said it so bluntly that it might have thrown him off slightly. She looked to him softly, pursing her lips as if she were sizing him up to see if he were even able to accomplish sch a task, and nodded. "Okay." Plainly put with a deadpan expression, she looked to him softly. "I will."
