The reaper was finally up proper. He strode across the ground past the smoldering mess he had made dropping into a crouch beside Leo.
"I've had a bit of an interesting youth so I've learned about cooking on the fly." Accepting the bird from Leo he went about stripping the feathers tossing them aside as sharpie started to lay a trail of ink under the spit.
"Leave that one on the side uhh." He paused looking at Zar. "False by the way. Ink soaked brat is Sharpie." Snapping his finger he lit the ink starting a small fire under the roast before flicking his hand making the flames rise hard and hot for a few moments. Sadly the time was just a tad too long the meat was slightly singed but it was far less then Zar had done.
"Better!" He clapped his hands and the ink fueled fire stopped.

"Probably best you handle this, then," Leo happily handed over her turkey; the Reaper sounded like he knew what he was doing and she certainly didn't, so it was an obvious choice.
The other boil went to get another turkey and managed to do so in one go. "Wow, that was... awesome! You're the greatest turkey-killer there ever was!" She whooped, cheering him on. He probably needed it after the charred mess that'd been his first turkey.
And then there were introductions. "Nice to meetcha! I'm Leo," she grinned welcomingly.
As it turned out False really did know what he was talking about when it came to cooking and when he produced a perfectly done steak, she gave him a hearty clap on the shoulder. "Well done! That was nice work."

Zar watched False cook the meat while he licked the blood from his fur, spreading a new layer of slime across with his tongue and working it into his fleece. The results from False's efforts were far improved on what Zar had managed but the Incubus had no idea if this was actually the case, properly cooked food was a mystery to him and he was frankly rather glad he had enlisted the aid of others for this particular silly task.
"Excellent." he said with an approving nod to the other boil. "I suppose if one wants a fire related task, one should bring a pyromancer to do it."
He did puff up a little with pride at the compliment. "And thank you, though killing is not normally how I eat, such a waste to do it this way. These villagers are barbarians."
Shifting back once he was satisfied with his fur, he shifted back once again and moved to his spit, the wrecked Turkey in hand. This time he was intent on only cooking it for a short time and set about doing so, putting the meat into the fire for a very short time indeed before he drew it back out.

"Yeah it seems a bit odd, but maybe they're making a celebration feast or something?" She shrugged, unsure of the villagers' motives. They all seemed like a shifty lot to her, what little she'd seen of them so far.
Sitting down to watch the unnamed boil cook, she quickly realised that she hadn't needed to sit down for this at all. The steak had barely touched the fire before it was out again - but at least it was still edible, from the looks of it. "It's, er, better than last time... I think." She wasn't entirely sure. "I guess if they've got this many portable spits lying around, the villagers can probably cook it themselves, anyhow."
But they were still short a steak. "Alright, let's get the last one!" A fistpump into the air and then Leo was getting up, quickly determining her next turkey victim and setting off to stomp the poor thing. It didn't do much good; the one coming out of it with the most damage gotten seemed to be her. "Aww," she scowled at the mini, unhappy with her own battle prowess. The boil in natural form made it look so easy.

"We do tend to have a knack with fire. Couldn't fathom why." He grinned at Zar, he liked this guy, sure he might have objections to fire but unlike most undead who instantly turned tail he still seemed to have a good sense about his head.
"I mean all folks eat different ways, really, I'm with you a rare steak is rather nice. Just because I like burning things doesn't mean I want all my meals well done but their is indeed a middle groud most people would call "Perfect" but I can respect that you enjoy your meat well. A little more lively." He gave a wink, "Try cat some time I hear its delicious."
Sharpie hissed, "Not funny."
"I Beg to differ, as for the Villagers," he turned to Leo, "I doubt it's a feast, they all seem a bit off no? The way they where creeping on us at the wreck I mean sure i like watching a good explosion or chaos as the next guy but I usually offer some -help- afterwards. They just... watched. And then left?"
Dusting himself off he got up from the spit following the other two as they started in on one last bird flame flickering across his palms again, growing larger the moment Sharpie leaped onto his sholder.
"Let's not screw this up again yeah?"
The cat huffed, "I did my part! You wanted fuel you got the fuel. You just can't handle it yet." The reaper rolled his eyes, "You put too much into it, I'm holding you accou for that one." The cat smirked, "You missed either way."
He didn't have a comeback to that one.
Instead he snapped his wrist sending two archs of fire after the kicked Chicken slashing at it's feather and flesh. "Better smart a**?" The cat only cackled. HP: 19/30 My Turkey: 6/10

"Yeah, they were properly weird about it." Really, the decent thing would have been to offer them help after the crash. "Not really very forthcoming either; with answers, I mean. It's like talking to a wall and not exactly the enchanted, talking kind either."
Aiming another kick at the minipet after False had burned didn't turn out so well though; her kick missed and with an 'oof' Leo fell on her butt. "Well, that was impressive." Her voice was dry as she removed some of the curls that had fallen into her face during the fall. "At least the feathery b*****d didn't get me instead."
